As ALWAYS Auto Zone Employees STEP UP when you need some help. I bought some fuses and they put them in for me! No husband anymore, and on my own Im not trained in anything but regular maintenance in caring for my car. Lost it all in the divorce I paid for, but got the kids Thank You Sweet Jesus! Sorry! I digress. If you are in a bind Auto Zone has fair prices on everything auto except gasoline!! If they are not allowed to help you most will take the time and talk you through. My Auto Zone and the crew are ddfinite KEEPERS!

It was another successful visit to my local autozone, they was very helpful as always and my patronage felt very welcome!

Was actually a great store the service was amazing I wasnt there for myself bit was with a coworker who needed some parts and Mr calvin took the actual time to help to make sure that my coworker had the correct bolts for his starter. So yea the experience was gr8 normally they dont show that type of dedication they would normally let u buy something and once I get to your destination u find out its wrong then gotta run back but that wasnt the case at this location

The manager Brenda took care of us when the battery died without hesitation. Put the battery in, checked all the fluids and even replaced the windshield wipers. Hospitality at its finest!

My battery died in my truck. The associate helped me with getting my battery straight.

Auto zone always have what you need,they are always busy so you have to be patient and when your time come they will give you all the attention you need

2 workers wouldnt admit I needed a new battery one kept claiming it was something internal and said that I needed to talk to a mechanic and the other walked away from me the other put the tester on said it might be the battery and walked away leaving ne high and dry to help some one else

Ask for greg,he was amazingly nice,he waited on me over the phone and curbside. Very cautious with part i was buying,he took an extra look and found that was not the right one.very satisfied!!

When i call in, they put me on hold for customer in the store and when Im in the store they put me on hold for the customer on the phone. Which way is company policy?

There are some good people here but many of the managers are incredibly rude. They act like they dont want to help you and take a long time to help you. Today I went to get some brakes the only ones they had that fit. Where some that someone had brought back and had oil all over them and they would not give any sort of discount. You could clearly see that it was used. I ave had problems with them before. We tend to go to other places now.

Purchase car covers manager was rude cut me off before I could say what I had to say. Saying he had no way of looking up anything I purchase with in the 90days when it clearly says on line that auto zone keeps track of what customers purchase.
