My daughter bought a car from White Motors it were listed for 12,124 online so my daughter wanted the car so I told her to sign the paperwork thought they were honest HELL NO!!!THEY CHARGE HER 13,995 instead they are SCAMMERS also!! Thats why sales DROPPING and it will continue to LOL!! THEY PUT A LOWER PRICE ON LINE TO GET YOU IN THEN🚀 I WILL PUT IT ON FACEBOOK ALSO!!! I WISH SHE WERE SMART ENOUGH TO CATCH THERE LIES!!! THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDNT GIVE THEM 0!
Don’t do business with this dealership. They lack honesty and integrity. Once you sign the deal you’re totally neglected from that point on. They don’t value their customers, they don’t return or accept your calls and the one time they did take my call, they lied and passed me around to people who don’t have the ability to help. The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. They should be shut down because of some of the illegal tactics they use. (Selling vehicles with more miles on the odometer than what’s documented on the disclosure form)
I had my car service after a accident of hitting a deer. And, Beth went above and beyond with helping me get my insurance to pay! Even when I wanted to give up Beth wouldnt let me!! And, I think you for that!! After, two months of fighting with insurance I finally have my vehicle. Hats off to the team at Whites Motors!!! I truly thank you!!

Ladies be careful when purchasing a vehicle from them. Purchase a vehicle in December and already have a transmission problem. I believe they knew of the situation they just wanted a quick sale. And am trying to get in touch with someone to see about my warranty keep getting hung up on and they want provide me with the miles on the car so I can take it to the mission place. Michael Powell is was my salesman’s. It’s a shame single woman and mothers need a man to go with us everywhere to purchase vehicle because of con people like White Motors.

Buying the car was great. BUT after they gave a paper to.sign stating it was never wrecked we find out it was wrecked twice. Now we are paying a $26000.00 for a car that has already been damaged twice and they refuse to take it back. We started telling them about all the issues a few says after the date of sale. Its at Franklin Collision now getting an estimate. Then on to a lawyer. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE YOUR FRIENDS WHILE BUYING BUT SMARTASSES AFTER WE FOUND OUT HOW DIRTY AND UNDERHANDED THEY ARE.Oh. They also added an extended warranty without asking. When I called about it They said they recommend it to.everyone. fine. Recommend. Do not just add it on. When I called about all the car issues Barry said Arent you glad you have the extended warranty. No. You should have never have sold car thAt was wrecked twice and had us sign a.paper acknowledging it was NEVER WRECKED!!!!Update - Franklin Collision has estimated over $2000 to fix car. May be more after bumper is pulled off. Will reach out to Whites again Monday. If.they refuse to take car back we will begin legal process. MY ADVICE IS TO STEER CLEAR OF.PLACE. TOTAL RIP.OFF

So i rented a car through A XPRESS RENTAL CARI WAS ALITTLE WORRIED SINCE WHITES DEALERSHIP NORMALLY RIP WOMEN OFF; BUT ENTERPRISE DIDNT WORK WITH ME ON A RENTAL SOOOOOO I DECIDED TO TRY A XPRESS RENTAL AND LET ME SAY MR.TIM IS DOING A GREAT JOB. YOU.CAN TELL HE IS HONEST AND HE RESPECT ALL PEOPLE. I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT BECAUSE I NEVER HEARD OF THIS RENTAL CAR PLACE BUT I ENJOYED EVER PART OF THE PROCESS.ME AND MR TIM ACTUALLY HAVE THE EXACT SAME BDAY SO I KNEW WE WOULD GET ALONG.BUT ANYWAYI GOT A.NEWER KIA AND I ENJOYED IT. WHEN I WAS INSPECTING THE CAR I NOTICED A LADY SHOES IN THE TRUNK WITH ALOT OF DIRT SO I DIDNT BOTHER IT.THE INSIDE SMELLED ALITTLE LIKE SMOKE BUT I GOT AN AIR FRESHNER FOR THAT....SO OTHER THAN THAT I ENJOYED THE CAR. I HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE CAR. WHEN THEY CLEAN OUT THE CAR THOUGH I WOULD ADVISE THE CLEANERS TO ACTUALLY CLEAN OUT THE WHOLE CAR AND THROW TRASH IN THE TRASH AND NOT LET IT ACCUMULATE IN THE CAR; ALOT OF CONTRACTS WERE LEFT IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT SO MAYBE NEXT TIME CLEAN IT OUT. COVID19 IS STILL OUT. PEOPLE CAN SNEEZE ON THAT STUFF AND IT LINGERS ON SO I WOULD SAY A NICE CLEAN WOULD SUFFICE.BUT IF YOU LOOKING FOR A RENTAL AND ENTERPRISE TURN YOU DOWN PLEASE GO TO A XPRESS RENTAL AND ASK FOR TIM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Fixed my truck license plate was stolen. If you are going to leave it outside for 3 weeks you need to take the plates off. No one even noticed the plates were gone. No sorry it happened just you need to file a report. Was told my truck had to wait so they can do there regular customers. Thats fine I understand but if you want another regular customer you shouldnt say that. My job is retail sales you dont tell customers that stuff.

Service department at White Chevrolet is great. I even take my wife and kids foreign autos there for an oil change.
If I could rate this dealership any lower, I would. In February, I purchased a 2011 Jeep from them for over $25000 it only had 34,000 miles on it. The next day the roof was leaking. In March it needed a transmission overhaul. In April it needed an engine rebuild. In May it needed new spark plug wires. In June it need a new transmission cooler and cooler lines. In July it needed a new pressure switch solenoid. Today, its back at a Jeep dealership after overheating and leaving me stranded on a 90+ degree day. Whites wont return my calls, Steer clear of this dealership if you know what is good for you. They are unscrupulous liars.
I would give it a zero if I could. I have had the worst experience ever with this company. I have purchased two brand new vehicles ( Dodge Journeys) from them that have given me all sorts of problems, the last being purchased in may of 2017. I have already had all sorts of problems with it. The a/c goes on and off by itself, the car is sticking at certain speeds. It got stuck at 50 mph the other day on the interstate.Ive got three kids Ive got to worry about in this car, but do you think Whites cares? Heck no, Bill White wont return any calls. I left several messages. Whites wont do anything to help the situation. They said they could put me in something else but that were gonna raise the payment almost 300 dollars a month and leave me stuck with the vehicle that is messing up also.This company says that customer satisfaction is there number one priority, well evidently thats a bald faced lie, because they have done absolutely nothing to fix the situation Im in.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, it has been a nightmare to deal with. Once you buy the vehicle, oh well, if it starts messing up shortly after they arent gonna help you. You should stand behind the vehicles you sell and not disrespect your customers. Again, if I could give them a zero I most definitely would.
My mom and myself came in to see if we could get a car with my mom being a co-signer for me.The salesman that was waiting on us said that he had a bank in mind to try to get us in a car. He didnt say several banks!!! My credit score was good and so was my moms credit score but I know its not now because we got letters from two days after we left there which was July 13th until the third week of August so what yall think our credit looks like now!! HE SAYS TO US THE BANK!!! Never again will I ever go here now I see why people goes to the buy here pay here lots best thing I ever did

I have a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. I dropped it off with them at noon on Monday for service. They told me they would call me to let me know what is wrong but that I would have to leave it with them. It is now Thursday just before noon, THREE DAYS LATER, and not a word from them. Over the past three days I have called probably four times and each time they tell me they havent even looked at it yet and will call me. Yesterday I was assured that the mechanic would look at it before they closed and I would get a phone call... still no word from them.Update: Finally got my truck looked at and everything is moving along, though slowly. Service is very friendly, just a bit on the slow side.

Bought a 2015 Grand Caravan and have been very happy . It averages 24.5 mpg and on the road, it averages 26 mpg. April my service writer has been a joy to deal with. I would purchase again from White.
Bought vehicle then found out there was a year old fuel leak recall on it that they didnt take care of before selling, was supposed to have back up camera that they cant find, keyless entry but they dont know the code. Everything negative you have ever heard about used care salesmen manifests itself right here- also cant find 2 of the 6 speaker sound system and all the rear headrests-just sayin!!

Initial sales associate lied about incentives, such as option of trade in after a year of making payments on time, as well as lied about mileage on my warranty paperwork to make it run out quicker. Fast forward almost 3 years, engine went kaput in the truck, Whites refuses to trade, Im stuck in a high interest loan with a company that has been investigated for illegal overpricing of loans to minorities (Santander, look it up) AND the service center has now refused to do any work on my vehicle. Customer service sucks, every telephone rep I speak to has been rude to me now for the past two months. Last two sales reps I spoke to appear genuine in trying to help me, but because of the negative equity, theyre unable to work out a trade. Im stuck paying $500 plus monthly for a vehicle I cant even operate, thanks a lot Whites, sarcasm intended! I plan to file a complaint with the BBB as soon as possible. This dealership takes advantage of the working class.

Made a appointment to have my oil changed, waited 1 hr and my truck had not been touched. Two hours passed my appointment time I was still waiting. Never again. I will drive to Don Bulluck Chevy in Rocky Mount, NC next time. They have lost a customer.

My car has been there for over a month. All I can hear is the part I need is in back order. We all know how its difficult to get around in this area without a vehicle and this seem like they are dragging their feet with my vehicle.
