I don’t believe I had purchased a mattress in over 20 years. I was very grateful that Lee took extra time to show me all of the new technologies and options available. He helped educate me and was not overbearing from a salesman standpoint. He was kind and worked with me to find the right solutions. He provided several options and gave me the space to make the decisions. Looking forward to receiving a new mattress in the next few days. Overall, a very good experience.

Recently purchased a new queen size mattress and found the experience to be really hassle free. No pressure just information provided. The process was quick and I had my new mattress delivered in a timely manner.With in a week or so I received an email from Mattress Firm informing me I would have a $50 on-line credit or $100 in-store credit to use over a 2 week or so period.Just so happened I discovered the existing box spring (5) I was using raised the bed too high for my liking. I was able to purchase a 2 Bunkie Board with my in-store credit and had about $20 credit left. I needed it delivered 35 miles away and the old box spring taken. That additional cost would have surpassed my $100 credit limit by quite a bit.To my surprise and appreciation they adjusted the billing so it came to $99 and some cents which put me out the door having to pay nothing. Within days I had my new piece and the bed is now the perfect height. I couldnt have asked to work with better people on both occasions.

Great experience!!! The staff was attentive and very helpful in assisting us find the right mattress for our needs. We were able to sample multiple brands and discovered the mattress we thought we needed wasnt truly fit for us at all. We were really not expecting to make an actual purchase this particular day but after finding exactly what we were looking for, we had no choice....We couldnt leave without it! The only problem is that our mattress wont be ready for about a month😞Not the stores fault so they still get 5 stars.

We were looking forward to getting a new set of hopefully ( great sheets) and a set of new pillows. However we didnt realize the pillows were going to be a price of $200.00 a piece. Bummer. So we only purchased the sheets 😒. Service was great.

The salesperson was as nice as she could be. I’ve been having trouble sleeping due to an injury to my shoulder and she helped me decide on a mattress that would ease the pressure on my shoulder. We bought the beauty rest with the frame that raises feet or head with the push of a button. Spent a little over $2000.00 that day. Delivery could not be made for a couple weeks later. They delivered the mattress and frame. The bed scoots all over the bedroom & mattress slides partially off bed frame. For some reason you feel like you are sliding off bed.When I bought the bed my husband and I both thought the lady told us if we were not satisfied with it, we could return it within so many days. We dug up paper work and it says no returns. Plus the store is closed due to this virus. So now I’m stuck with a bed I can’t stand. They may have gotten me once but never again.

Purchased an adjustable King bed from Cookie 2 weeks ago. We LOVE the bed and Cookie provided us with excellent service. She listened to our needs and provided professional knowledge about each mattress. I now wake up without back pain and sleep through the night.Great place!!!!

Buyer beware DO NOT PURCHASE from any mattress firm store. I purchased a queen mattress less than a year ago that has developed a huge sink hole in it. The mattress firm company says thats usual wear and tear and my tough luck. Please dont make the same mistake I did. PLEASE look elsewhere unless you plan to spend $1000 every year for a matress without deep holes. I realize I only spent 1000 but surely you should be able to sleep on it for more than a year without having to toss it out .

Cookie really hooked us up! We walked in completely unsure of what we wanted— and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. I walked out of there not only with a great deal on an excellent mattress, but a new friend who was genuinely interested in getting us the best fit for us. The time we spent shopping flew by due to Cookie’s sweet, approachable nature. Every question was answered honestly and unbiasedly, and there was no “sale-pitchy” jargon. Seriously will be buying from mattress firm (and Cookie!) every time as we go on to furnish our home and every home in the future.

Went in for a replacement RV mattress recently. Got a good deal and had it delivered painlessly two days later. Even the delivery guys were friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy.

I bought a matress the same day that my aunt gifted me a relatively new matress. I called the store less than 24 hours after the purchase to ask about the return policy. I will have to pay $120 to return a $199 matress that is still completely wrapped in the original plastic. Seems unfair. The employees are very friendly but the policies are unreasonable.

Would definitely give NO stars if that were an option. I ordered a NEW Tempurpedic mattress with adjustable base but when it was delivered the base was broken and it was the wrong model. The delivery guys barely spoke English and told me they didnt know what to do about it. Got the run around at the store about redelivery of the correct nonbroken base on a day and time that was convenient for me since it was their mess up in the first place, I ended up having to contact the district manager myself. The second base they delivered was also the wrong model. The store and district manager assured us that if we gave them 1 more chance to make it right the manager at the warehouse ( wherever that is) would personally make sure the right one would be delivered undamaged. The THIRD delivery was the correct model but the entire corner was ripped off! The staff at the store were very rude when we contacted them the third time for a refund.

Bought mattress there few years ago over 2 grand had problems with it recently e Mail all the information in still no response guess there warranty ain’t as good as they promised most likely I won’t be buying anything else there in near future after 2 years sinking in really no response been 2 half weeks so far 😡😡😡😡😡
