I always receive a friendly smile and greeting upon entering the store, the branch manager is always eager to help with any materials that we may need, including specialty items that have to be ordered. I always receive immediate help with any paperwork that I may need for projects and if we need materials delivered to a job site and are unable to pick up, the branch will do everything they can to get the material to us as quickly as possible.

I was once appointed to be the Project Manager during a shut down of a project that had been scheduled but had not been totally planned. The project had previously been removed from the list of projects during the shut down and put back on the list at the last minute with out having all the needed materials to successfully complete the project. I needed a special wire for the robots and cnc machine we had to wire. The supplier the company used could not get the wire in time for us to be able to do the installation and the other supplies the company called could not get the wire at all. I called Richard and inquired about the wire I needed. Richard passed the information on to Joe and called me back within a few hours informing me that not only could he get the wire, but he could have it to me in three days. The delivery date was the exact day the shut down would start. The next evening I received a call from Joe informing me that the wire was in the store and would be delivered out to the Plant the next day. Not only did Joe get the wire to me a full day earlier but he saved the company about $2 a foot on the wire we purchased.
