These ppl act like ur big problem dont wanna clean the hearing aids we got... they need 2 bring Becky and Kathy back I aint never been so embarrassed by the way I was treated

This clinic in Roanoke Rapids is amazing. David the specialist and Vicki the front office person are super friendly, very caring, and understanding. It seems the 1 bad review is for a different office location. Maybe this person should come check out the Roanoke Rapids location. Theyre now open 5 days a week and they love for you to stop by and see them! The office is also very nice and clean!

I do not know why this business went straight to Hades after the name changed from Avada, but it did!! The people who were there originally were warm friendly caring and considerate. The name changed and these new people act like you are bothering them!!! Ive bought two sets 6000.00 each and one single over the years. I was told, batteries for life. No problem with Avada. Hearing-Life, different story. You can call and call, they WILL NOT answer. You can leave messages they WILL NOT return calls. You can go by there, they WILL NOT come to door. You can the main call center number, theyll answer, but are absolutely NO HELP. They one person will said, get hold of office and they will mail batteries, office wont answer. Another person will tell you NO we cannot main batteries. Finally once I got someone at main office to get hold of Emporia office and told me to got by and pick up batteries. Got there within 2 minutes. Door locked, no one came. I sat outside waiting, none came out. An act of congress to try to get your promised batteries. I finally gave up and ordered case of 80 on-line. If you do not wont the aggravation and headache do not deal with these people in Emporia. Im finished, done with them this is ridiculous they are very unprofessional unorganized and one hand doesnt know what the other is doing or saying.

They are great the best hearing place ever.

They are always friendly and accommodating. If a problem occurs, they immediately take care of it.
