I had the pleasure of shopping with Jessie and his sidekick at the hometown Sherwin Williams in Roanoke. They knew their product, answered questions thoughtfully, and set me up with all the extras I needed to make my project a success. I am new to town and they are locals and we started talking about historical architecture and a book they suggested I checkout from the library. I was on my lunch hour, but I felt like I had traveled back in time to and old general store hearing the latest news and weather. It was a delightful 25 minutes and I am a customer for life.
