This shop has a great variety of juices, but I thought they seemed a little pricey. The location is terrible. Hard to get into and hard to get out because of traffic. The staff there was very helpful.

Staff 11/10. Pretty wide selection. Theyre open late. They have rewards. The rewards were better before idk, some tax was implemented or something? Idk. Yeah you can find everything cheaper online, as is the case with everything that exists... but this is a convenience.

This is my go to vape shop! I live in Bristol and come up here to get juices, mods, and coils when I visit my friends. They have very knowledgeable staff and the most welcoming store. This shop has one of the most diverse selection of juices Ive seen and I havent run into a bad one yet. There is even a good rewards program for discounts on future purchases.

Asked for a disposable vape, gave them a price range and flavor. Very genuine customer service, they told me to try the vape out before leaving and it ended up malfunctioning so they replaced it for free with no hesitation 10/10 guys thank you!

I’m giving this a 1 star because the prices are triple what they are online and double what they are at other Vape shops. The staff is great and very Police and nice to be around. But the prices are god awful unless you don’t have a choice I would go elsewhere or order online. It’s highway robbery here.

The guy that was here this morning around 10am was AMAZING !!! I will deff be back!! He was so helpful in explaining and got me the best purchase I could’ve gotten! Great place. I got my Hyde vapes there at a good price plus if you register with them they have an excellent way of saving $ and all you gotta do is give them your Info and spend on vapes. The staff is very helpful and friendly too. And whenever I go in which is at least every other week they are all wearing facial coverings and require it of the customer.

The staff has been friendly each time Ive gone in. However, their fluid prices are extremely high. I paid over 10$ more for the exact same fluid that I usually buy from a competitor. $16 vs. $26 is a terrible difference (Same size 60 ML, strength 3 mg, and brand Naked). Definitely shop around as these were not the only prices I saw so much higher....

Not a huge selection for a new vapor like me the disposable vapes are terrible I wasted money on them. In response to the owner’s response you had nothing I went all the way to Georgia to get more acceptable vapes I can’t make this up. You didn’t have these products... don’t believe the hype this store has nothing but generic fake vapes!

I’ve been a loyal customer with WC for the last five years. I hate to say it but, their inability to keep things in stock have steered me away. I went to both the Roanoke and Salem store today trying to find a simple 8/10 tip and they where both out of stock. I’ve had issues with them over the last few months having cotton threads in stock, as well as my juice in a 6mg. The annoyance of having to purchase an inferior product, different juice, and having to drive all over Roanoke to find what I need have concluded my business with WC Vapor.

Peter, the guy that helped us out was very informative and patient. I will definately be doing more business at this shop.

The few times Ive been in WC Vapor its been a pleasurable visit. Being Im not an experienced vapor, I explain what Im looking for in that unknown speaking terminology like at the car mechanic trying to explain the vehicles problematic situation, LoL. I actually feel like a dummy, but they in no way respond as if I am. To my surprise, these fellas understand that language very well. They always lead me to exactly what Im looking for and help me in my decision making even when it can be a timely process, ugh!! Thanks WC Vapor staff for being so polite and patient. Employee sold me wrong product and then I tried to exchange it the next day. The very same employee who sold me the wrong product refused to do a simple exchange without manager whom was not on site. I was told I would have to come back the following day when manager was present over a $20 item. Employee was also not wearing a mask within a indoor retail building. Wouldnt recommend based on horrid customer service.

Staff are not knowledgeable about the flavors the are selling. I buy a fruit flavor to find out its Menthol as well. I also never received my discount for loyalty after the charge had posted to my account. Find people who actually know what they are talking about and don’t waste your money. Won’t be back just lost a customer of 3 years.

Not gonna lie, in the past, Ive had terrible experiences with stores that mix their flavors on the spot. WC Vapors is not one of those stores. They have an excellent and broad selection of juices. I was pleasantly surprised to find a juice I havent had in over a year and a half (back on the west coast). Jeff and Joe were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I will definitely be back, and I do highly recommend checking out WC Vapor if you need your supplies! =)

I went here without much knowledge about vaping and what the pros and cons were to different mods and flavors. I ordered my vape from Mig Vapors and my vape juice from Vaping.com and they were horrible. When I came into this store for the first time, the environment was relaxing and peaceful. The three employees working were very knowledgeable about their products and truly helped with everything I needed. I asked 50 million questions and they were great at answering every one of them. I left with two recommended flavors and I absolutely love them. This is definitely my go to store as I will get all my needs from here and their website. Chuck and Ian were great! They really know their product and are not afraid of giving an actual opinion. We went in with a certain tank model in mind, but after their honest feedback about the problems with this model, we didnt get it. They have a wide variety of products so youre sure to find what you need. I live 5 hours away and was in the area on vacation, but they offered their card with the website. We will definitely be back in person when were in the area. If any of yinz are in Pittsburgh, give us a holler!

Great group of guys and gals here. You can try other mom and pop shops or the shady gas station spots of you want. But, the service and the selection you get from the Roanoke store is untouchable. The same can be said from all of their other locations as well. Not sure what mod would be best for you... Have no fear they will hook you up with what fits your needs. The selection of Ejuice is just flat out unreal. Parking is a ease, even if you drive a 18 wheeler the side lot accommodates. So if your from the area or out of town stop in at WC and see what they can do for you!

Good service great inventory.

WC Vapor is a great place for mods and some juices, although they do not have the largest selection of juices. If you are more so in the market for juice than anything else, I would recommend Cloud 9. However, WC does have a very nice juice bar where you can stick different tanks filled with different juices on your mod to try them out. The only downside to their juice bar is that you can obviously tell some juices have been sitting in the tanks for way longer than they should and that some people have burnt the coils without letting staff know. Staff seems friendly enough although they seem a bit uptight. Good luck getting a close look at the bottle of juice itself without first agreeing to purchase it. Other than that, this place will do fine in a quick pinch for almost anything to suit your needs.

I went in after I moved and I fell in LOVE! CJ is absolutely knowledgeable and the prices are out of this world. They should be your go too! They have TONS of flavors and you spend so much less for juices!

The owners, managers and employees are all super approachable, passionate about what they are selling, and have the best prices around. They do not mark up items by 50%-100% like most shops, their prices are the same if not a little better than online retailers. Despite what someone else said, this particular store has plenty of parking. I park my tractor trailer there all the time. Right next to the store. Not to mention, the restaurant behind them has a sizable area for parking within walking distance of you arent a lazy prick. I love WC. They always have what I need. Hard to trust a review from a guy named Duey anyway.

Extremely poor customer service when I was trying to get a hold of the Gus nicks and orange location I was repeatedly hung up on, I sent someone to purchase an item for me it was an incorrect item when I attempted to return it it had not been used but the cashier claims that it had been and refused to return or exchange it for anything else in the store it had been purchased within a five-hour window Im really really upset

The staff is always really helpful and make great suggestions. They have an easy system for finding exactly what juice you would want with an iPad app and carry many great types. Go check them out.

Bought a faulty device. Was promised an exchange but after 3 visits I gave up on them doing anything but changing my coil. Then when I talked to manager at other location he said these guys told him I dropped it and thats why he wouldnt exchange for me. It was NEVER dropped or damaged, it may be rare for it to happen but it came out of the box leaking and blowing through coils every other day. I said it fell over on my couch not I dropped it off the couch. Tipping over on a soft sofa did not damage it causing it to spill its contents! I dont like my honesty challenged and having my words twisted and used against me.

Vaping is not as bad for you as smoking and I love WC Vape. They have so much to choose from and give you points for buying from them and half off the 2nd bottle if you get 2 at a time. I have COPD and since I quit smoking and started vaping my COPD is so much better. Try out WC Vape... theyll treat you right.

There are lots of option to choose from at this vape shop, however if you want to try a flavor, you will not get a good taste of it since all flavors are already in a tank and have been sitting for a good while. Most premium juices you cant try unless you buy, some you cant even smell because they refuse for you to open the top. High prices for most choices here, but friendly staff, and gets the job done if you need it.
