They replaced the battery in my cell phone and no problems. The employees at the store were friendly and knowledgeable and they did the battery replacement in a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommended!!

Both of the people I interacted with were very helpful. Helped me get the right battery for a motorcycle. I had trouble sourcing it locally. It was nice to have someone local I could work with to get me the battery I needed at a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time.

I have an Apple iPhone that is old and the battery needed replacing. I had contacted Apple and they made an appointment with Bestbuy with the Geek Squad and after the technician looked up the model he told me that Apple does not supply them with parts for outdated products and suggested I go to Batteries Plus Bulbs. The technician there gave me the price and said it would take about 20 minutes. After about a half hour later she came out and told me that it would be about another hour so I told her I would wait out in my pickup. About an hour later she came back to let me know that it had about 15% charge on it and was working great. She gave me a $10.00 discount for having to wait longer. I found out that they had to take the face off of the phone to get to the battery 🤔. This is the second time Ive conducted business with them and Im very pleased with their service.

My first time in the business and my last time...I called before I went to make sure that they carry car remote entry batteries inwhich they did...So I got there and gave the employee my remotes while telling him that Im the customer that called earlier...so he replaced one battery and the remote didnt redpond..so I said just try that same battery in the other remote...and unfortunately it didnt work either...So I went ahead and purchased the battery because he opened and tried it...but little did I know that there was a fee of $6.00 for putting the battery in the remote...which consisted of removing one screw with a Phillips head screwdriver...I ssid wow you never mentioned that at all...even when I called you before coming in and He said yeah there is a fee for installation...all Im saying is please let your customers know this before rendering any type of service...I felt like Ive been had...even though I was willing to still purchase a battery that I didnt even need by his own admission(he tested the batteries that were already in the remotes)...because he opened the package...I should of stood my ground...but I decided to just pay and leave the store...but Ill never return!

Great for a store called Batteries Plus Bulbs. It was certainly easy to find my required car bulbs at a good price, but the main reason I was here was to have an iPhone screen replaced. It was a bit pricey, but was offered slightly cheaper than other places and the work was fantastic.

Fast and knowledgeable

They fixed my daughters iPhone 7Plus charging port for free. We thought it was either damaged or that a part of her charger had become dislodged. It was the latter and Johnny removed it for free. Port replacement is $89.99, which we were willing to pay if needed! We will definitely return here for phone repairs!

I needed to replace the back of my Galaxy, as the rear glass had shattered. From the minute I was greeted on the phone to the minute I paid, the gentlemen there were so enthusiastic and polite. They took care of my issue immediately after I called and had it ready to go by the time I was done eating dinner (at less than the quoted price!) I really appreciated their outstanding customer service

The guys in the store were so helpful and friendly. I was prepared to wait at least an hour but m;y battery was installed in about 15 minutes!!! Absolutely worth the hour drive to get there!!!

Came here 3-4 months ago looking for an led light strip to place behind my TV for ambient lighting. One of the associates laughed and said, Your idea is pointless, I dont understand why people like doing that. He then made a rude remark to my partner at the store. The other associate was busy so we left, but he seemed much more amiable. The store has a miserable selection of LED products. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

OK this batteries and bulbs has saved my life on three different occasions. I smashed my iPhone to smithereens (a brand new iPhone eight) and they fixed it so quickly and with a really good quality as well. While I was there they offered me the long term protection plan thing, it’s basically infinite screen fixes and when you buy it you got a new case as well with a really large and cute selection. Of course then I broke my phone screen within the next month and I was thrilled that I a) had bought the plan and b) knew that they were going to do a great job.The manager Johnny is really friendly and nice and great to talk to. I felt really comfortable and not embarrassed at all about the sheer number of times that I have had to visit them. I can’t remember his name but there is also a tall African-American gentleman that helped me a bunch of times and did a great job.Now, this is not at all in the scope of their business but one time I went in there basically just having an iPhone software problem although I thought it may be slightly related to the phone screen being replaced, and Johnny helped me reset and fix my iPhone! I don’t recommend you go there with iPhone problems but I’m just saying that to illustrate what a great place it is.

Great service but the guy was has trouble with register and lady was trying help him he was rude to her and not saying thank you when she fix it for it to give receipt. It was easy to find what was for me an unusual battery (12V 7A). I ordered & paid for it on line, and was able to pick it up in less than an hour knowing that it would be waiting.

Yea came buy valley view location at 8:50 to run in real quick to get charger and doors where locked and guy was standing at counter counting money and just looked at me???so called location to ask what time they closed??man said 9:00???i understand wanting to leave and how it feels to see someone pull up at 8:50 and you close in 10 mins..but now thanks to this location I now know how it feels to need something and not be able to get it because an employee was anxious to leave!!!way to go Batteries Plus and funny thing is I send a lot of my customers to y’all for phone repair???and also this was my first time visiting store....and it won’t be a second and I won’t send no more customers to this location!!!!thanks guess I will just half to try again tomorrow???

Wife scheduled a Galaxy S6 rear camera replacement. She was quoted 59.00 with a 10.00 coupon by doing it online. She went over to her appointment and dropped the phone off. Less than 3 minutes elapsed and they told her the camera was extra because it was damaged along with the camera glass/plastic cover over the camera lens. WAIT A MINUTE your website says Camera Replacement 59.00. Sounds like a scam since they quoted her over 100.00 to repair it now. I told her to pick her phone up. Never will do business with anyone doing such deceptive business practices.

Went into store needed one interior bulb for my car, I gave the rude not friendly man who had a beard all the info. he didnt know what bulb I needed.So I said Id go out to see if I could get cover off and bring old one in. I couldnt get it off, so I left, went to Auto Zone they came out and out it in for me.

Although I received an e-mail indicating my battery was ready for pick-up, the clerk said I should have waited for a phone call. I presented my old battery for refund of the core charge, per e-mail, and clerk did not know how to credit my account and spent several minutes trying to contact other stores as he was alone to find out how to credit my account. He asked if I could come back the next day which would have meant considerable travel distance/time. Bottom line is the store needed additional, qualified staff.
