These guys are awesome! They installed my speakers for over $100 less than Audiotronics wanted. Speakers sound great! Will definitely use them for any audio needs!

While I didnt get work done by them personally, I did buy a car that recently had work done by them. Not only did the price seem excessive for what was done, the work was poorly done. The driver door speaker was only secured with 2 screws and the passenger was only secured with 1! It rattle because of this so I installed some better quality speakers myself since I didnt know what the problem was until I removed the door card. Also, they couldnt even spell their company name correctly on the receipt. If they miss simple details like that its unlikely they will consistently get work done correctly.

Even with a million and one things going on at once these guys still take care of you and then some. I drove over an hour just to have some speakers installed and it was completely worth it; they even took care of some issues that I didn’t even mention to them. Without a doubt I’ll be going back.

I really don’t like leaving small businesses awful reviews, but unfortunately, my experience here was so poor that I absolutely feel the need to. I brought my E90 here to have a Pioneer 3300NEX installed in, as well as a backup camera and a wiring kit for an amplifier. I set the appointment 3 weeks ago, because between working 50 hours a week and his availability, it was the soonest I could come in. I made sure to ask twice what I needed to bring with me before coming, and he confirmed that he had everything in stock to complete the installation. He also said that the earlier I could bring it in, the better, and said he opened at 10am, and I said I would bring it AROUND 10am. Day of, I arrived at 10:38pm, which was a little later than I hoped and I apologized about that. He gave me a little bit of attitude, which was justified, and said he’d get it done by the end of the day because he was busy. He told me 6pm, despite them closing at 5pm actually. Me and my fiancé decided to walk to Valley View to spend the next couple of hours, assuming that he probably wouldn’t save my job for the very last, and just do it after the current one he was working on, since I’d had an appointment for 3 weeks, drove an hour each way, and he said at max mine would take 4 hours when I set the appointment. 6.5 long hours later on my first day off in a week, I called him because I hadn’t heard anything. Upon calling, I realized they closed at 5, not 6, and started rushing back. He told me that he was finishing my radio, and wasn’t going to do the backup camera or wiring kit because there was too much stuff in my trunk, and because I was 45 minutes late, even though it was clear he just overbooked himself. I told him that was okay, and I’d be there soon. I was a little disappointed because I wish he had mentioned that he needed the trunk clear when I had made the appointment, because I happily would of before bringing it. I keep all my tools in there because being a BMW, sometimes you’ve gotta do work on the go. When I arrived, he was still a bit rude about the stuff in the trunk, and told me to bring it back when it was clean in a couple weeks. I said sure I’d let him know, honestly not intending to ever come back there at this point because he’d been such a pain. I pay $250, and am on my way. When I went to plug my phone in, CarPlay didn’t work. Granted, it wasn’t an Apple certified cable, so I went to the store to go pick one up. While driving there, I also notice my steering wheel controls don’t work. Once I got the cable, it still wasn’t working. The memory also cleared out from the radio after powering the car off overnight, and the fitment wasn’t awful, but honesty didn’t look that great either. When I called in the morning, he then informed me that he didn’t realize it had CarPlay (which I clearly stated), it didn’t include the USB or wireless mic so he didn’t install those (or even bother to mention that), and that he had the steering wheel control wiring in stock, but didn’t bother to install it at an additional fee because it’s a “separate thing”. First of all, what would lead you to assume that if I have the steering wheel controls stock, I wouldn’t want them anymore for an aftermarket radio? Second, not knowing that the radio had CarPlay severely makes me doubt you know what you’re doing at all, and not mentioning that you needed those two additional components to finish the installation is ridiculous as well, and what’s even more ridiculous is leaving me to figure that out on myself. You wasted my entire day off, were rude, and did a poor job doing what I paid you to. 45 minutes can excuse you not doing the backup cam & wiring kit, but it can’t excuse you not doing your job right. At this point, I’m just going to finish it myself, because I don’t trust you to.

Had stereo amp installed in Toyota Tundra & front windows tinted. Went with owners recommendations. Great job. Sounds awesome! I will be back for more customizing on truck.

I recently purchased a new car stereo from Power House and was very pleased with my experience. The stereo was very affordable and they were able to install it the same week I went in and I only waited a very short time before I was back on the road. The owner is professional and friendly and didnt try to sell me a product that was more expensive than what I had in mind. My husband and I will definitely use them again for out stereo needs.

Liked this place. Referred for radio/amp install for tirting motorcycle. Fellow working was very knowledgeable and informative. Wasnt in town long enough for parts to come in which really stunk, but if needed in the future Ill go here before I go to a big box store.

We made an appointment to have some work done.The appointment the shop made was for a Sunday. I asked multiple times if it was accurate and was told yes. I called back and asked again and was told yes. My Husband called and asked and he was told yes. When time and date came on a sunday we drove 45 minutes to this shop as we were assured multiple times that the time and date were accurate to find it was in fact closed for the day. I am very disappointed that we were assured multiple times that the DATE and TIME we correct. I sent a message via Facebook the night before asking as well and it was seen but was NOT responded to. A simple sorry we are closed would of prevented a 45minute drive to a place that set up an appointment for a day they are closed after we asked multiple times if it was correct. Very disappointed.

I had a backup camera and new audio system installed on my Jeep Wrangler. Price was much better than other places I checked. Dan was great getting me up to speed on the new system while working out some glitches pairing with my phone. Extremely helpful and patient.

Great place to get work done

My son purchased speakers these guys recommended. Charged him $190 for $80 worth of speaks plus$ 170 to install. I went up ther and asked them would they consider that a good deal. They said yes they gave him a 3 year waranty which makes it a good deal. Son not happy with sound. I would give them less than one star. Powerhouse did a power play on my son. Buyer beware.

Got my windows tinted on my 2015 Chevy Silverado. They were fast and efficient. After getting 5 quotes from other shops, they were the most reasonable! I will be going back for my audio needs real soon

The whole Powerhouse shop is full of great HONEST people who are willing to help and not try to get in your pocket but take care of you very well. I will continue to take all of my stuff and my five kids cars for everything they need stereo rims and neon lights. Dont take my word for it take the PowerHouse experience and you will find out yourself
