Love this Merle Norman. The owner is so knowledgeable about the products and she takes time with each customer learning their individual skin care and makeup concerns. Shopping at this store is truly a pleasure.

Diane is so knowledgeable and friendly. She really cares about her customers and gets to know you personally. I just love my visits to Merle and feel like Im catching up with a dear friend each rime.

Great customer service and markup

My name is Teresa Minnick, and Ive used Merle Norman products for over 40 years. I love all their products and have purchased them from the Tanglewood Mall store location the majority of these years. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful, and since Ive been going there so long, they seem like family! I would highly recommend their products, and the wonderful ladies help and expertise!

Love this Merle Norman, I dont live in Roanoke and ordering by phone has been wonderful. The staff is great. So many Merle Norman shops have closed, I travel and 9 times out of 10 if I look for a shop if Im in need of something and theyve closed. I think they should allow each shop to do on line ordering.

People that work there don t know their products.
