We loved working with Caroline and her team at CLED. Caroline is a master at event planning and our event went off without a hitch....at least it seemed that way to us! We never would have know if something went wrong because Caroline and her staff have everything under control. We just showed up and enjoyed ourselves and went home. It was great.

Caroline LaRocca made our perfect wedding weekend come true! My sister found her on a search for wedding planners in the Virginia area, and I am so thankful! She is so fantastic at what she does. She is organized, calm, thorough, has great ideas and opinions. She was sweet but also direct and helped me make decisions when I was overwhelmed. Her ideas, organization, referrals, planning and being the director of the weekend were just awesome. AND, she took our favorite photo of our wedding. Thank you Caroline!

Our wedding was a fairytale. Carolines team exceeded all my expectations, transforming the courtyard into an explosion of PINK. Caroline is so fun to work with and I couldnt recommend her more highly!

My daughter wanted a big elegant and magical wedding and Caroline made it happen. She found a church big enough to hold the large wedding party and guest. She helped decide elegant colors. Took care of every detail down to the table settings and invitations. We had no worries at all. We had the reception at hotel Roanoke in the Crystal Ball Room. When I say she and her team went above and beyond our expectations is an understatement. The church was magnificent and magical. A wedding you see on tv. The reception was elegant and classy. The entire wedding party and guests felt like royalty all thanks to Caroline and her vision. I would refer her to any and everyone wanting a once in a lifetime experience. Our guests and wedding party are still talking about it 2 months later wishing we all could go back to that day. Hiring Caroline and her crew was the best decision we made while planning our daughters wedding. Caroline was responsive, pleasant and easy to work with throughout the process. She guided us from the beginning to the end and by the time the date arrived, the pressure was off. We knew that whatever might arise--Caroline would handle it. And she and her assistants did just that. A persistent rain forced us to move inside from the planned outdoor venue, but she assured the bride that the new setting would be lovely and that the planned flowers would easily work inside. Her calming presence and assurance made a big difference and helped us to avoid frazzled nerves as the time for the ceremony grew near. As it turned out, the service could not have been more beautiful. In the days since, I have been told numerous times that it was the best wedding I have ever attended. The flowers, the table settings, the perfectly executed timeline of events...we could not have asked for a better experience. If I could give six stars instead of five, I would!

Wow! I could not be happier with CLED. Caroline and her team were extremely professional, helpful, and truly made my wedding day perfect. After getting engaged and starting a new, demanding job within a week, planning a wedding in 8 months seemed impossible. Caroline did an amazing job taking the stress off of my plate and really brought things together for the big day. The flowers, decor, everything worked out beautifully even after some rain made us move the ceremony the day of. Thank you so much for making my day so special. Anybody who chooses Caroline should feel comfortable that their big day will come together beautifully. :)

In the end, I would recommend this team. The day of, the CLED team was there for anything I needed and helped my wedding go perfectly smooth. Oh and the lines/drapes were beautiful and the flowers were pure perfection. Michelle was my weekend/day of coordinator and I would highly recommend you request her because she is an angel and I could not have done the day without her! The team came up the night before and had everything set up and then had everything taken down, packed up, and delivered after the wedding.The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were quite a few communication problems between me and Caroline. I found out the day of the wedding that she would not be there, when I was expecting her to be there (ended up working out better though because I read the review the other bride posted of the wedding she went to instead of mine and it was not pleasant but its gone now. Plus Michelle truly was amazing, so I had the better end of the deal). Additionally, there were some other mistakes on Carolines end because I was only in communication with her and then she wasnt there day of so the rest of the team didnt know. I talked with Caroline about it after the wedding and she said she would get back to me about it and never did. Additionally, she is typically slower to respond to emails in comparison to other vendors I used.Again, overall, I would still recommend the team she has under her because they were all amazing. The flowers were beautiful. The drapes/linens were perfect. The team was there to keep the flow of the day going set things up and tore them down. Michelle made my wedding the day of my dreams, I had nothing to worry about the day of because she made sure to have it all under control! The reception was perfectly timed because Michelle had a schedule and made sure that it was followed perfectly which caused the reception to be absolutely perfect. Again, still have to recommend for this amazing team and the fact that my wedding ended up still being perfect.

Caroline and her company transformed our home into a dream wedding venue. Throughout the planning Caroline kept track of all contracts and deadlines so all I had to focus on was enjoying being engaged. She was easy to communicate with and made our ceremony flow like clockwork. Everything was truly magical.

Caroline is amazing! From the first time I met her to discuss the wedding she has surpassed all of my expectations. She is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced. Planning a wedding is a huge task with lots of stress but with Carolines help she made the event stress-free for everyone. We had a 300 person wedding and I was concerned about seating and being over crowded at a venue that I loved. Her experience and insights for event planning transformed the venue to a perfect balance between a full event yet had adequate space for all. Our wedding was a fusion Indian/American wedding and she helped with making both traditions shine. We had events starting at 9 am until midnight and she and her team were there the whole time. The decorations transformed the venue from a traditional Indian ceremony in the morning to a classy evening reception. It was hard to believe that we were in the same venue for both events! My husband and I were also planning the wedding from another state but with Carolines help we didnt feel like we were missing anything. She was available via text, video calls, e-mail, and phone. She was also our coordinator on the wedding day and we had people coming up to us at all times telling us how seamless the day went. On the day of the wedding I was completely in the moment knowing that everything was being taken care of by someone who knows exactly what they are doing.

Caroline is lots of fun to work with! I love her style, her sass and the fact that she is up to date with the ins and outs. Not only is she open to your ideas but I really appreciate the fact that she stays truthful with you when she honestly feels somnt may not go well together or work out. However at the end of the day, if it’s somnt you want to firmly stick with.. she will not disappoint. Tell her your envision and she will deliver!

From Mary Katherine Stahl:Carolina and her team couldnt have done a better job making our wedding the most wonderful day to remember. From the initial planning to the night of, everything was mapped out, had a place, a timeline and no room for error. This was perfect, as I am much of a perfectionist myself. We originally had our wedding ceremony planned for outside at the Homestead in Hot Springs, VA, however with rain in the forecast we moved it to a small church nearby last minute. The transition was seamless. The floral decorations in both the ceremony and reception were out of this world. I hated that they were all real and they couldnt last forever. Many of our guests took centerpiece flowers home with them, so at least someone could enjoy them for a few more days :) I would highly recommend CLED for a wedding. Caroline is so easy to work with and she can work with your budget as well. Also, if you plan to get married at the Homestead she knows the ins and outs of that place and you CANNOT go wrong with that venue.

We had one webinar with Caroline and knew she was the one. We used her for planning and decor; it was everything we could ask for. If you want someone that will plan and design your wedding, you want Caroline.

Carolina was the wedding planner at a friends wedding. What a disaster. When it comes to a wedding a being a wedding planner you have to be assertive, vocal, very outgoing. Carolina was none of the above. We had to help decorate the venue, which should be he planners/coordinators job. She was texting during the entire rehearsal. She was not looking much less following the program given to help orchestrate the rehearsals went smoothly (because she was texting). While at the reception she was very absent. Needing members of the bridal party to go find her. When it came time toast. The father of the bride already did his speech before Carolyn decided to start handing out champagne and I notice she was recruiting members of the bridal party to assist her to pass out the champagne. She was very closed off and not very open and welcoming. I would not hire her no matter the cost or what she tells you she can give you. Proceed with caution.
