First time visiting the Pandora store yesterday. I was looking for a new charm for my moms bracelet. We were helped by Emilee and her customer service was excellent! She was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great experience and because of her, I will definitely be returning to your store. The other sales associates were also very polite to us and we greatly appreciate the positive experience.

I love everyone at this location. Desi has helped me many times, along with one of the guys I believe might be the manager. I have so much pandora jewelry and I’m pretty picky when I go in. I know what I want, but I want to look at everything you know!! They never make me feel like a hassle. I even had to return a piece due to a defect about 8 months after I purchased it. Showed my receipt and they immediately swapped out my ring. No further questions. They made it super easy and made right by their warranty.

I am always blessed with outstanding service at this store I shop here often.. and I am always notified of sales by phone call so it makes me feel like my business is appreciated.. the person that helps me and is a great employee is Kelley... she is my favorite person. She provides great customer service.. I will always shop here

Emilee helped me get my new iconic bracelet for a great deal, she was so sweet and made the whole experience fun. The whole staff made it a great atmosphere to come back and want to shop more too.

Waiting at the door was an employee literally taking names to assign shoppers to salespeople. Not ready to do that, I declined and entered the store. Apparently, that was the wrong thing to do because, while looking into a case, another employee asked me to move away so she could show her clients an item. She did this twice. I was treated rudely and do not plan to revisit. If my future business is important or a manager would like to discuss my experience I would welcome the conversation.

Had a nice experience st this store, even though there was a waiting list I thought it helped us to be waited on efficiently. Our salesman was very helpful and I would definitely go back.

I am new to Pandora. I have visited the Pandora outlet at National Harbor and the store at Spotsylvania Towne Center. The associates at National Harbor were beyond AWFUL!!! Spotsylvania TC was okay. I made an online purchase, but once the items arrived it wasnt quite the look I was going for. I decided to try another store to make an exchange and I went to the Valley View mall location to give my in-store experience one more try. I am so glad I did! My first visit I had the pleasure of shopping with Brianna. My second visit (yes I went back) I had the pleasure of shopping with Desi and Kelley. My third visit (yes they know me by name now) I was fortunate enough to shop with Brianna and Kelley again. These three ladies have created that customer experience that goes above and beyond! They were AWESOME! I feel like Im being invited into their home. They are very knowledgeable about the Pandora line and were able to explain EVERYTHING to me-- the collections and what goes with what. They give me suggestions (without being pushy) which helped me pick fantastic pieces that created that look that I was going for. They have heard me state whats on my wish list and remind me of specials and alert me as to what items are being discontinued. I cant thank you three enough for letting me enjoy my Pandora experience and showing me how customers are supposed to be treated!!!Now if one of you would like to visit the 2 stores mentioned above to show them your way thatd be awesome. 😉 Until then, youll continue to see me.THANK YOU!
