Such an awesome place! I just had my first visit with them! The owner is very helpful and didnt rush me out of the door when they had already closed for the day! He even took the time to help me figure out what was going on with my mod! They had everything I needed and I got some awesome juice! Definitely will continue my business with them!

Sold me a defunct product. When I called about it, was told to speak with the manager. Showed up in the store to return it and was told they didnt take returns. When mentioning speaking with the manager in store, was told to leave the store by Joe. Horrible customer service. I recommend WC Vapor off of Orange Ave.

Just left the store I got the Sadboy Blue Jam Cookie, which is great, mixed it with a blue slushee I had and it is great. The owner was very helpful and knew what he was talking about unlike a lot of shops you go to. Prices are normal but there is a reward system to get discounts for loyal customers. I will be returning as I think it’s the best shop for nicotine juices in Roanoke.

Vaporfi Roanoke is the best vape shop around. All of their staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Their flavors are much smoother and taste better than the other 15-20 brands I have tried. They are also compliant with all of the current vape standards and their e juice is all made in FDA approved labs. That make me feel way better than the other places that I have no idea where they are made (some dudes basement?). Trust me you will feel like they actually care about you from the moment you walk in. Well worth the extra few min drive I made from sw roanoke.

Limited mod choices or the place would get 5 stars. Outstanding choices in flavors by way of being able to create your own flavors on the spot. One could easily spend hours in VaporFi just trying out the flavors. Red Tobacco mixed with Cherry is my personal favorite. I will and already have VaporFi to my friends.

Ive been going to the store since they opened. Always been a fan of Vaporfi products. The liquids are some of the best on the market.The staff here is what really makes this shop shine. You could literally go in hang out all day trying various assortment and combinations of juice and feel like your hanging at your buds house. The quality of products are excellent! The juice selections are vast and top notch. Service is gold star ! I will continue to be a returning customer.

Amazing place with amazing quality products. I will not buy juice from anyone else, after an entire month of vaping like normal my coils are not caked with old juice and my cotton still looked brand new! They are always running specials and flavor of the month and they mix everything right there and you can even make your own concoction all and all I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Only negative is their prices on mods and tanks are a little expensive for what they have but for juice I will go every time!

Ive ordered several items from Vaporfi with no problems in the past, however the last two orders have been a mess! Items on the web page that are suppose to be in stock are not but the customer service is the big problem! It took 5 days, 2 emails and a phone call (from me to them) to find out what was going on with my recent order. After 5 days, I was told my order was shipping the next day and then on the next day, I received a call that most of my order was not in stock. Im done with vaporfi!!!

Great customer service from these guys, I’ve been getting juice here for over a year now, and actually grew a friendship with some of the guys. So much so that they know my name, phone number, and the kind of juice I like by heart.

The atmosphere is clean, good juice, great sales. You can combine any of their flavors and watch them mix it in front of you. I bought over 100$ worth of juice today but with their sale, it came down to just over 60$! They were also having giveaways and raffles. Needless to say, definitely my new favorite vape shop!

Service members are not very helpful, and they try to hard to sale you unnecessary items. This place has a million and one flavors, but seems like they have all of the wrong ones, and over priced.
