I have worked with Sherry for approximately 20 years and have always received top notch customer service. She goes out of her way to make sure that the customer is taken care of properly. I have bought jewelry, sold gold, and had repairs done with her. I believe her prices are good/fair, repair is timely, and the employees take care of her customers.

If you must shop at this store, I recommend that you only purchase items that are in stock rather than having anything custom made or delivered. I custom ordered a piece for this Mothers Day, and was told by the salesperson that it would definitely be in within 3-5 business days. Six business days later, I called to check on it and the same salesperson told me that the item hadnt even shipped to them yet. She said she asked if they would overnight it to have it in the store in time for Mothers Day, and to keep their word of 3-5 business days but was told no. She said the reason for the delay was that they had a large number of orders come in, causing the delay... as if one of the biggest jewelry purchasing holidays of the year came to them as a surprise. To nobodys surprise, the manufacturer said they would not overnight the item to get it to the store in time, leaving my 8 year old son to show a picture of the item to his mother for Mothers Day rather than the real thing. It is now not expected to arrive until the Tuesday after Mothers Day. Well see. And since it was a custom order, it can not be cancelled or refunded. They get the money by the date promised, the customer gets nothing. Again, this is more on the manufacturer rather than the salesperson (Although she did call me by the wrong name twice in the same phone call), but be cautious and give yourself much more time in advance if custom ordering anything from them.

I have had several great experiences with Frantz diamonds over the years. If you have a peice to sell or need something nice as a gift Sherry will treat you like gold. They are extremely knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry. I found my life long jeweler.

They were very honest and great with pricing old gold jewelry. Compared to other business in the area they seem to offer the most for gold and diamonds. They welcomed me as soon as I came in and were very thorough with the process.

After doing extensive research online on diamonds and engagement rings, I made an appointment and met with Sherry @ Frantz to find the perfect engagement ring. Sherry was not only helpful, reliable, and trustworthy but she also made me feel comfortable and informed me on different diamond characteristics and qualities that I was not aware of. On February 21, 2018, I ordered a customized cross to commemorate my bachelors and masters degrees from Liberty University in the last 8 years. There were many setbacks and I was getting very frustrated. I had already paid for it and I was beginning to wonder if I would ever get the cross. Well today, April 27, 2018, I finally picked up the cross. It is so beautiful. The cross is actually better than the original one I had ordered. Franz also surprised me with a beautiful cross bracelet with a blue stone in the middle for one of my schools colors and a really nice 26 silver necklace for the cross as appreciation gifts for sticking with them through the 2 month setbacks in getting my cross done.
