Says they open at 10am. It’s 1103 am and they are still closed.

This place is very nice, they also have a discount for veterans as well as customize hats with emblems and words as long as its not offensive. The customer service is great too. Highly recommend.

They are alright. However I try to get a custom Philadelphia Eagles hat made by them. And they told that it was completely impossible to Philadelphia Eagles logos in the store. Though the guy was really helpful that. They earned a four. Other wise it would had been a 2.5.

Do not order online!! My girlfriend bought me a hat for Christmas and it doesnt fit well like other hats this size. Then they charge you $9.99 for a Return Label Fee. Never buying from here again!!

I love the website . These people cant answer the phone . The past couple of times Ive been in the mall the store is closed . So the store hours are inconsistent with valley view mall time . Just disappointed in how its being run now . At one time you could get help from this store and it would be open during the hours advertised.

I went the the store this past Tuesday looking for a new hat. I found 2 hats that I was extremely happy about. 2 different Hoonigan Ken Block hats with the monster logo, ford logos, toyo tire logos, and 43 numbers on them. There was a sale were they were BOGO 50% off. So I took the hats over to the counter and a really nice girl heloped me because I wanted the embroidered. Both with just my 2 initials on the front of the hats off to the left of the monster logo and I asked if I could get them at a 45° angle. She said yes no problem. They even had the right color green I wanted. I got each one in a different font. After we paid almost $100 for it all she said theyd be dont in 2 hours. Sounded good, me and my gf wentry shopping through the mall and came back. When I came back, I went to the counter and a guy behind the counter asked what he could do for me and I told him I was here to get my hats. He said is it the monester hats?. I said yes. He went to grab them and came back and said well we cant sell you these hats, our district manager says its a copy right infringement. So I couldnt get my hats, they said they could redo them with them in a different spot. So I agreed, well one hat had logos all arundel it and they said they couldnt do that oneither at all. The other one could only do it on the back. So I agreed, well another employee came over to do the return for us and they had to do a complete return instead of just paying me back for one of the embroideries, well then the other guy took over the return whole the other guy started to program the machine. So finally after the money was settled I went to go watch my hat get embroidered. Well as soon as the guy sat it up it started stitching in silver, I wanted green. So he tossed that hat, grabbed another and started it, well so when it started it started in silver again, well he stopped it real quick and reprogrammed the computer, well it twisted the bracket to thea chine and started stich in in green again, but the silver it started doing was still there, but anyway after iT stich ed the first letter it started on the second and at that point the needle violently smashed into the metal backed the hat was in. I Don think they knew how to work it, but the other guy cam over and said that the machine was messing up and hed have it done tomorrow so Id have to come back, which really sucked. I spent an hour in the store waiting for my hat and they still couldnt do it and didnt try to fix the problem at all or even give me a discount on the embroidery since it was taking so long. So I finally went back this Friday at 12, 3 days later, walk in and ask the same guy for my hat. He says well we havent done it yet he finds it and say we can do it next. Ok so I go shopping for 30 mins, come back and they just got it on the machine, so I stand there and wait. Well finally its finished and looks ok. But the service and how the situation was delt with was very saddening. Ill buy hats her maybe and just take them somewhere else to get them embroidered. Somewhere that can do what I want and wont have me wait 3 days and give me problems. Hope this helps someone. I believe Sams on the markets embroiders hats, and shelans in Vinton embroiders too.

They have NO DUKE hats at all the manager was rude and lied about the demand of DUKE hats DONT SHOP AT LIDS THERE FULL OF LIES
