We called APB when our heating wasnt working. There was a bird stuck in the pipe and they fixed it, but a few days later our heating stopped working once again. We called them back, and they fixed the problem a second time--more birds--and they even went out and bought a new piece for the pipe.All for *no charge*!We love APB and they are always our first choice for Roanoke!
