This is probably the best beauty supply store that I have been in. It’s not because they are the biggest or have everything but it’s because of the customer service. This is the first hair store that I have been in where the owners which are Korean, converse with customers and in English. Most times English is very limited and in some stores they are too worried about if you’re going to steal or not.The other thing I like about this store is that they let you shop in peace. They aren’t following you around the store like a shadow or checking up on you every 45 seconds. I feel like I can come and shop and do what I need to do with no additional stressors.The owners are very nice. They are helpful, answer questions, and if there is something that you want they offer to order. At least two times I have been short some change and they always say no problem don’t worry about it’s OK but I always bring it back the same day anyways which they genuinely are not expecting.I think they have a great selection of beauty products. I normally just come in for crochet or braiding hair as well as naturally curly or gel products. Somethings are a little bit more expensive here but it’s always like that at beauty supply stores.Last point is that they let you return unopened hair. I bought hair, didn’t like it and returned the unopened packs for a different brand. I couldn’t find my receipts but they still let me exchange with zero issues and zero questions.

Absolutely LOVE this store!!!!! This past Sat. was my first time here and I was blown away with all the endless selections and reasonable prices!

The BEST hair and beauty supply store in Roanoke bar none. The operators are friendly and treat you with dignity and respect, unlike that other store in Roanoke which shall go unamed. If they do not have a specific product you are looking for, they are willing to order it. Also their wig selection is on point and reasonably priced.

This place we stumbled upon by accident, however it was an awesome accident. The staff is super friendly, they have a wide variety of beauty products from hair ties to makeup. Everything is reasonably priced especially compared to Walmart and other discount beauty supply stores. Also despite only having only been there a couple times the staff has actually remembered my wife and I, that type of personable customer service is hard to find even in mom and pop gas stations nowadays. I highly recommend to everyone looking for decent makeup or other beauty products at great prices and a relaxing customer service experience to stop in and take a look.

I’m new to the area and this store seems to have basically everything I need. Some things are a bit over priced, but still affordable. What’s most important though is each time I visit, the ladies are always nice. I’m going to keep visiting!
