I was gifted a nice TV and called Sound Decision for help getting it mounted. They came to the home and provided a quote very quickly. Installation was perfect, very professional. Couldnt be happier with their service.

Sound Decision is outstanding. We have been using them for 20 years and without fail our expectations have been exceeded every time we call. They were here in a day and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. That’s after a marathon call to the cable company that was unsuccessful. Weve had great experience with Sound Decision. Every step was a pleasure, from price estimate, to installation, to payment. They use the best equipment and everything was aligned perfectly (this is especially important for an OCD like me). Price was very competitive, too.

Helpful staff. I have not had these folks do an install but they seem to know their stuff and were able to answer all my questions.

Had a head-unit replaced in my truck. Was able to walk-in without an appointment, and Shane from the garage did the install. It took him less than 10 minutes to replace my old one. While I was waiting, a local radio station had a van in there that had just had a system installed in the back, and it was *flawless*, custom box, big screen, ps3, etc. Their techs know what theyre doing and act professionally.

I came to have a test with these speakers and they sounded great!
