What a large selection of quality mattresses at the location on Brambleton in Cave Spring.The salesperson actually combined my mattress order with the coffee table I bought at the main store. They are shipping both items to the lake on the same truck, that saved me a lot of time.

Stopped in expecting the process to be a big hassle. We were wrong. Mr. French was quick to get a feel for what we were in the market for and set us up with a fantastic bed at a competitive price. Weve had it a few days now and could not be happier with the bed and experience overall.Delivery was painless, and they were exceedingly professional at every opportunity. We have bought our mattresses from VFM Brambleton Rd, when we moved to Roanoke. The service is great. The staff is friendly and it never felt rushed, took time to explain every mattress. Took time to explain what we should look for in a mattress and how our bodies should lie on a mattress - so we learned a lot. So when we bought a house at Smith Mountain Lake, we went straight to VFM and bought another 8 mattresses from them. I will recommend this business.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, ordered, tested the floor model, paid a deposit and left. The ladies were wonderful and I look forward to seeing them again when I pickup the bed.

We went there to replace our bed. The young lady was great. She was full of info on different mattress styles and had us try about 5 different mattresses. Then she had us try a latex mattress and it was fantastic. We are going back for the 4th of July sale and getting a complete adjustable bed. You need to know - I have not bought a mattress from anyone but John Brooks for over 30 years!!! He takes his time, listens to what you think you might need, and then shows you appropriate beds! I have never regretted any of my purchases - water beds included!! He knows his product and has the information about them and doesnt push you!! I just bought a mattress to replace a guest bedroom one (that had been pasted down to us and was hard as rock!) We actually slept on it this week to make sure it was what we wanted... and it was a comfortable evening. We did not want to spend a lot and John suggested the perfect match!I also finally found the pillow I could use and not have a stiff neck. John had me try a couple for at least 10 minutes and that was the key! After 2-3 minutes I could eliminate the first one, but then 10 minutes with the second one proved to be the right choice! Thats what it took - not hurrying through a choice and John told me the benefits to that pillow as I was testing it! NO RUSH!! John knows his pillows too!!Happy to endorse John and the VFM Sleep Center in Roanoke! Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience here!! Since I had such good experiences at the furniture store, I figured I’d try the sleep center since I needed a new mattress. I was not disappointed.I made an appointment and met Gina. She was so nice and easy to work with. I felt no pressure what so ever. She took time in asking some questions. Since I didn’t know what I really wanted or needed she tried me on several different mattresses. My current one has almost no support. So they all felt better!We narrowed it down to 3. I tried them all out for the second time. I decided on my new dream mattress!!I can hardly wait for it to be delivered on Tuesday.I did take my husband the next day for him to try it out as well. Gina was as good to him as well.Thank you so much for the awesome and fabulous experience!!!

I was considering buying a mattress online for a while but Im glad I didnt. Gina and John made our buying experience great! My husband prefers a firm mattress while I prefer a soft mattress but Gina was able to direct us to one that we both found comfortable. On the day of delivery, we had to push our pre-selected time slot later and they had no problem accommodating us! Highly recommend all around!

The Sleep Center is conveniently located on Brambleton Ave, and the sales associates who work there are both knowledgeable and professional. We couldnt be more pleased with our experience!

Virginia Furniture Market is top notch! We have been to several stores over the last few months and none of them compare to our experience! Gina has been amazing and helped us fall in love with the right bed for us! She has the perfect balance of educating her shoppers but not over doing it! We will definitely be back when we’re ready to upgrade another room in our home!

My boyfriend & I worked with Gina after going to *several* other matress sellers (big and small) and Im so glad we decided to stop into Sleep Center. Gina was SO informative and helpful. I thought I wanted something super soft but after listening to what my boyfriend and I wanted she let us try a more firm matress that would hold up longer but was still comfortable. Needless to say, we ended up going back a few weeks later and getting it. I appreciated her honesty and also her ability to not only LISTEN, but provide feedback and multiple options based on what she was hearing from us. I trusted her input and could tell that she really cared about making sure we got the best option for the both of us. Big thanks again to Gina! Gina was terrific. After a terrible online experience with another mattress company I walked into the store and Gina showed me bed frame options online and I tested out several of the floor model mattresses. Within 20 minutes I had ordered my bed and mattress and had delivery arranged for three days later.

One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Gina is fabulous. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely go back again, and if you need a new mattress I highly recommend the Sleep Center.

I went to about every mattress store in town today and out of everyone this store was the only one to talk me through every type of mattress in full detail and really help someone out who has never bought one before. They had a smile on their faces and took the time to make sure I left happy. I would recommend shopping here before traveling all around Roanoke.

Stopped in today to get a new mattress and found the best one! It’s super comfortable and worth every penny. Gina was such a great help and so friendly! Great customer service, highly recommend! Also we live in Lynchburg and the delivery is free so that helped a ton too!

There great at helping pick the right mattress for you, they dont push or shove or make it there life to sell you something, my wife and I went in and looked around for a new mattress and the manager showed us some mattresses and even told us that if we wanted to go to other stores and compare she completely understood and wouldnt expect anything less. I would recommend this store to anyone, they ship and set up there products as well as the removal of old products.

This was my first visit to Virginia furniture market Sleep Center. Gina and Ken were super nice and helpful to me they listen to my once, needs and concerns and they put me and what I would like to call my Miracle bed! As a disabled person I was not comfortable on my own bed anymore and it was like Gina knew exactly what I needed and I purchased the pure talalay Bliss collection and I absolutely love it!!!
