I dont shop here often even though I live close by because I consider a lot of their prices inflated, compared to Cub Foods. But I do like to visit the store to see what new foods are being offered. We really like the packaged mini M&M cookies from the bakery, so we stopped by there on Saturday October 30th, 2021 to buy them.We also picked up some new Apple apples that were flavored with cinnamon and Carmel. I thought they were quite FLAVORLESS . I would not buy them again.I thought I took pictures of the apples but I guess I didnt. They are right when you walk in the door.

Prices are a little higher but they bag your groceries and also have REALLY good and easy prepared foods to eat so I cant complain!! Theres always some kind of deal going on so you got to watch for those and that helps with spending a little wiser.

Clean, Friendly Service, Hy-Vee Gas Station attendant Clay B. Was extremely helpful and accommodating will continue to go back because of him and the rest of the atmosphere and staff! Also they offer quick meal selections that they would have to offer at the main grocery store which is nice so I do not have to go to both places!

Gotta love Hy Vee. I have to laugh because they must be the only real competition to Walmart because every weekend I see Walmart bashing them. 😂😂😂

My favorite grocery store. Every employee is extremely helpful and pleasant. Always clean, with the exception being the bathrooms get rough sometimes, but thats to be expected. Also, their meat department is amazing.

Have a mother baby room for breastfeeding mothers. It was very clean in side that area. Staff was very helpful when I asked for a certain thing.

Big grocery store w lots of variety. Not focused on customer service the same way a smaller, but more spendy, grocery store is. Here it is value over service. There is a drive thru Starbucks at the gas station out front. Also charging stations for electric vehicles, which is nice. Easy access to the store from any direction and lots of parking. Pharmacy on site as well

Went to the Floral department and felt like I was transported to an actual floral shop. The staff was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood how to relay to the new owner how to take care of the very beautiful Orchid display I purchased. Also boxed and made sure I had a bag to cover if below the temp allotted for such species of plant. Will definitely go there before floral shop again.

They got the best omelets here for breakfast. So good I want to come back the next day. Wish they had hashbrowns here!! Hint hints cough cough!!😉

Good selection for when I need quick groceries after work. But I gotta say, its rather rude for an employee to come out of nowhere when youve been waiting in line for the self checkout, and insist on closing it immediatly when you have three items and theres an *excessively* long line at the 1 open register. If it should have been done 15 minutes ago as she mentioned, surely another 30 seconds wouldnt have been the end of the world.

I wanted something special for my grandson and she took her time to help me make something with the couple of minutes i had very nice employee

Most of the time is clean & good costumer Service but come late at night if you wanna see some drama going on lol

I like Hy-Vees selection, but hate their prices. Sales are pretty good though.I love the food and the value of Market Grill express. But if I order for pick up, or delivery; at least one thing is ALWAYS missing.

Really just average. Produce can be hit or miss and variety of products seems limited, especially specialty items. There just isn’t anything special about it. I usually go here for convenience only.

Impressed with the bakery selections and the fact they had a whole aisle devoted to FODMAP sensitive shopping.

Its a grocery store. It does exactly what it needs to do and has basically everything I need. The prices on some items are a little higher than others, but for the most part I buy some of my common stuff at Aldis and the rest here.Im likely biased because I live so close to the store so by default I go there for most of my groceries, but even so I really like this place

A lot of things on the menu are gone. No meat ball sandwich, no ribs, I dont like the fact that the food items are sold separate and not combo prices. The only positive thing I experienced there is the manager, the Black lady was very nice and helpful.

Here to get cigarettes.... litteraly just cigarettes. Ive been standing at the counter for about 10 minutes. Theres nobody at the customer service counter. Theres definitely employees. They see me standing here. But nobody wants to come help me. Would definitely give negative stars if possible.....

Grew up with HyVee in southern Minnesota. Was thrilled the they came to the Twin Cities. Wide variety of products including speciality items. Love the huge deli and fresh meat counters too! The Brooklyn Park store has an amazing cake and pastry counter.

Litter blowing around in parking lot, and Poor produce (hard air dried steaks and rotting veggies with bugs brings down my rating. Your new hope location is in much better shape. I’ll have to drive an additional 10 minutes to go to a respectable Hyvee.

Great selections and friendly, helpful staff! Be wary of the meat menfolk. They come prepared with proteins and jokes.

This is the nicest store around. And they got yer booze too.

Store looks so nice but bathrooms were atrocious. For a store with a fancy soap bar or whatever, youd think they would like to keep their restrooms clean. The first stall I went into had vomit all over the floor. The second stall had no toilet paper. There was a large state fair food stand in the parking lot, so I think someone had too much carnival food and puked? It was gross.

It was late night you know brother needed some mike,sugar,waffles some smokes I wouldnt advise everybody but they do have them there you know them Newport 100got to have them so I would say this late-night experience is a fun time meet a few cookie people over there but its all safe its all good if you got to get your grill on your eat on your thrills on fashion your sweet tooth youre going to be going for a ride peace

Hy-Vee is a great asset to any community. My girlfriend and go there frequently and we met at the Robbinsdale location so this place has sentimentality for us.

Love the price on this meal deal. The food was terrible. Rice underdone and the sauces had no taste. I would not buy this again.

I felt like the entire team of associates that I came in contact with were completely unwilling to help me I asked for a piece of cake in the bakery area I was told only a manager could do it but when I asked if I waited for one they seemed extremely unhappy although it was close to midnight and they were closing soon they had only 2 other customers in the entire store and there was over 2 dozen employees including a security guard and a handful of cashiers and 5 minutes short of an hour to closing and I was not rushing in any way I said I could wait as I have worked in a Walmart before I know that management has things to do before closing and although I dont know how their system is I felt that is was something more like they were unwilling not them being unable because I had to kind of coherse the sales floor associate into even paging a manager I will not go back here I have had other bad experiences at this store before

Large store with lots of food, but not always in logical places. If youre looking for cooking supplies beware. One example is that Lemon juice which is used mostly for cooking is with the pre-mixed juices.

The Robinsdale HyVee is steps up from New Hope store. Better service, larger store with more to offer. I recommend this HyVee

The white girl working in the Deli was rude. Sometimes it not what you say but how you say it also the best thing to do if your out of something clean the dish and remove the sign as I saw a few clean one so i get the manager he was okay but i guess the joke was on me got home and they didnt put any dressing on the cold slaw so with that I will take my business some where else still waiting for someone to reach out from the store and nothing

If you like to eat youre gonna love this place. In addition to what you expect, theres a spacious parking lot, a huge food court, a gas station/convience store, Starbucks, bakery, pharmacy and everything you need to make even the top Michelin celebrity chef jealous.

Aisles Online has been a lifesaver. We have been spending so much money on take-out because going grocery shopping has become dreadful since it takes up so much of our weeknights. We come roughly twice a week and will keep coming back for sure. The employees are always kind and quick. I dont think weve ever had to wait for more than five minutes between driving up and leaving.

Love seeing what deals they have on there meat.

I love Hy-Vee and their products. Generally I love their stores and employees, however this trip not so much. Very little staff working registers and they were busy. The deli staff member that wasnt very pleased to assist me clearly hates her job or all of the olives they put in the seafood salad. The shelfs were unusually bare and messy. Hy-Vee please regroup. Do not turn into Brooklyn Centers Walmart!!!!!! Hire more staff, retrain (😉👍) Sassy Sallys and Debbie downers. Managers and Supervisor dont be afraid to stock the store!!!!

The last 2 trips here I received smelly meat. 1st was *fresh* bulk chicken breasts from the service meat counter and the 2nd was prepackaged burgers. Both were conducted directly before cooking. The food was spoiled before I brought it home. Its one thing to receive subpar food, but unsafe? No. I will not be back. There are plenty of other grocery stores I can feel safe feeding my family with.

Hy-Vee is awesome..i just started juicing 3 weeks ago and i am going to buy all my veggies there from now on. I even found swiss chard their..rainbow swiss chard even...Wow and all so fresh...awesome thank you to all the employees at Hy-Vee for their outstanding work they do..im grateful. God bless you all

Never order Hy-Vee meal through Doordash or should I say any other delivery service. Ordered a spicy tuna roll sushi and an order of bone-in colossal wings and it took them over an hour to prep before the dasher can pick it up. Dasher was fast and i had no problem. The food I received was a dismay. The spicy tuna roll was dried, looked and tasted like it was two days old with expiration date saying best before June 18, 2021 11:27am and it was already 12pm. The colossal wings weren’t bone-in but boneless. This order was a total waste of time and money.

Great selection of Hot Wheels to purchase(for all you HW Collectors). Clean store, friendly staff, great selections. A must shop there store for all your food and misc. items!!!

It was freezing in there!Outta all the stores I frequent on a daily basis (secret shopper… 🤫), Id say that this specific store is the most ghetto of them all. Also, their parking lot is littered with trash.Get it together, Hy-Vee!

Since the Maplewood location is brand new I had to check it out. It is smaller than Eagan or Oakdale, but all the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I give kudos to the guys in seafood. They were very helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Its worth the extra drive for me since Hy-Vee has items I cant find anywhere else. I was very excited to find Clearly Canadian sparkling flavored water. I havent seen that in years.

What a wonderful addition to the community! This store is easy to navigate, has friendly and helpful employees and the selection of products is good. In addition to the grocery, there is a food court area, pharmacy, walk in health clinic, floral and more. Across the lot is a Hy-Vee gas station and convenience store that includes a Fresh and Fast and a Starbucks. If you’re home bound, this store will be offering delivery services to their area. Want something you don’t see on the shelves? Ask to have it added - many times this is easily done. Make sure to sign up for the Fuel Saver card, you’ll save a lot on gas! When your in the store, look for the Hy-Vee One Step products that help feed 5 million children each year. Stop in, you’ll be happy you did.

This was my 1st time at a Hy Vee in MN (been to ones in IA). It was almost exactly as I remembered the Iowa stores. It was easy to navigate and had a good selection.

Would be nice if they would stop moving things around. Need to have more people stocking items that seem to sell out quickly

It use to be clean and organized. Customer service was a 10. Now its always stuff everywhere, not clean as it use to be and most employees come across as if their job is a burden! What happened?!

Store itself is fine, although it’s really large which makes it difficult to find what you are looking for. However aisles online pickup is not good. I always end up waiting 30 mins plus, and today I was the first car there and eventually had to walk In and let the staff know I was going to take my things and leave. Every car I had gotten there before was helped and had left.I believe the aisles online department is understaffed and overworked. I don’t blame the staff at all, but it’s a bummer that the program doesn’t work well.

Very large space, well organized. Good deals available frequently, and their rewards program is nice too. Always go there for the fun dog treats.

I was at HyVee to pick up my blood pressure medication from their pharmacy. 3 months supply only cost me $18. It would have cost me $54 at CVS.

This Hy-Vee location is quite expansive. They always have what I need and way more. They have a great selection than Cub and the store is always clean and fairly well stocked. Their deli and butcher always provide high quality ingredients for good prices.

Just two things worth mentioning.1. The drinking water section does not have prices on the shelf. I purchased a gallon of purified water, and the same in bulk singles.2. I waited at the Customer Service counter for about 7 minutes without any eye contact acknowledging my presence. The CS employee was the only one working during the noon hour. She was helping a customer before me, and having to answer the phone calls, simultaneously. After she rang up my purchase, I wished her a Happy New Year. I was saddened to hear her response, Not for me, it isnt.I said, I hope it gets better for you.I hope her day improves. I feel she may deserve some recognition for her hard work.She was clearly stressed.

I was very disappointed with the produce dept. The prices were high, and the produce was lean. I looked for an associate to help me, and finally found one that was very nice and did help me out.

I love getting my groceries here. They have everything I need. What I love is theyve got all your standard groceries and brands at the prices youd expect, but on the other side of the store they have more high end meats, cheeses, etc if you need something for a charcuterie board or a get together with friends. Tons of self checkout lanes if you only have a few things, otherwise theyll bag your groceries for you. Great!!

Went for lunch with my sister. Food was fantastic however they didnt have any plastic silverware and the kid behind the counter refused to get some but we did use real silverware so I guess it turned out OK
