Scheduled a COVID test at this location. I arrived 15 min early for my scheduled test waited in the outer drive through line because it was shorter but when I pulled up to the window after 20 min of waiting I was informed they only do test in the drive through line closest to the building. I asked if I had missed some sort of signage but was told that they had no signs up and I would have to drive around and wait in line again. This process ended up taking close to an hour due to poor management. Would recommend not this location.
The absolute worst service. I had my prescription transferred from out of town. I called and specifically asked if they had brand because my Dr will not allow for generic of this medication. When I arrived the morning of, the medication was generic. I am in town for my grandmothers funeral and the medication is a daily must have. I had to wait an additional 15 min to get the brand. When at checkout I gave the woman a Good RX code and she said it would take 15 more min. That is Absurd. I do this at every check out at every pharmacy Ive ever gone to and it takes less than 90 seconds. I am sitting in the drive thru waiting on my medication and I am gonna be late to my grandmothers funeral. Im devastated and in tears at the treatment of the people here and the incompetence.
Worst Pharmacy EVER! Please do not request medicine from this pharmacy if it is something you use daily! They do not keep medicine properly stocked(always out) and can never seem to find refills sent multiple times by your doctors office.They don’t have it at all and than suddenly they do. They will give you the runaround when it comes to your medication. It seems they don’t know how to work the computers to process information correctly with insurances. For you and your families sake ..find another pharmacy.
That is the worst pharmacy to get prescriptions filled or called into. They dont even answer there phone calls.

Incompetent and uncaring. I am never one to leave a bad review, but this place is the worst. I would give zero stars if I could. I dropped off two prescriptions at noon and confirmed with the tech that my dentist had sent in a third electronically. The rep said to give them about two hours. Five and a half hours later still no text letting me know my meds are ready. I am in severe pain from an accessed tooth and have been waiting for hours to pick up pain medication to finally have some relief, so I drove over to see if they were ready. Not only did I have to wait because they still werent ready, but they only had two of my prescriptions. Somehow the tech deleted the pain prescription that my dentist had sent them electronically. It is after hours now, so there is no way to reach my dentist to have him re-send. The only thing the guy could say was, I dont know what to tell you. Are you freaking kidding me??? You tell me that you are going to fix the mistake that your employee made. I have had five children, two naturally and three by c-section, but nothing compares to this mouth pain! Thanks for nothing CVS. I will quietly suffer until the antibiotic has a few days to kick in and reduce the infection. I should have stuck with the one in Five Points.
This CVS is an absolute joke!!!! I have had nothing but issues with them since I was FORCED by my insurance company to have my prescriptions filled through them. They are slow, you cant ever reach them, and they dont pay attention to what they are doing. So fed up with this place and will be switching to the Calallen location.
Absolutely worse service I’ve ever had. They send me text when my order is supposedly ready. After 6 days I went in two in a row and it wasn’t ready. Every month my prescription prices were different. My insurance informed me they seemed to be doing it intentionally.

Keep getting calls for a prescription that is not mine or belong to my Family. This has been going on since before Christmas. I call them and they dont answer the phone, been calling them and holding forever only hang up for waiting so long for someone to answer. My final attempt is right now because it says the prescription is about to be returned. Im trying my best to reach the pharmacy. This is a shame that a pharmacy is so hard to get a hold of. I feel bad for whoever has to use this place they dont care or are too busy to at least pick up the phone and say can you please hold. Very sad.
Pharmacy does not answer phone. Showed up and they were not so busy they couldnt answer the phone. Also heard the phone going off in the background endlessly.
Terrible Phone service, waiting for 30 minutes on hold to place my prescription order, and never get a hold of pharmacist, so I just hang-up. What if I stay on the phone for a hour? I plan to change my pharmacist back to OPTIMRX.

Never answers the phone, waiting an hour on the phone, no answer, everytime. Go to pick up prescriptions and they let the phone ring forever, walking past it acting like they cant hear it

The last three times i have gone the employees are unprofessional.they are too busy talking and joking around in front of customers instead of taking care of customers.this is why they take such a long time to get the prescriptions out in time.one time they said my medication would be ready at a certain time when i finally go to get it they decide to tell me they didnt have it.with them having my number you would think they wouldve called earlier to let me know.same complaint i got from my sister when i sent her to get my meds.she said they were very rude and waisting time amongst themselves instead of taking care of the line of customers that were equally not happy with the service .obviously there is definitely a problem with managment and they need to step it up or just step off completely. going there anymore.
My family and I were on our way to Corpus Christi beach when we decided to stop by CVS to by some beach supplies and the employees were completely rude and disrespect, the conversations they were having were not suitable for my childrens ears and the red hair that claimed to be the store manager was the worst one! She has no sense of customer service, that was the first and ONLY time that we will shop at a CVS, we should have waited until we got into Corpus where the businesses there value thier customers.

The store employee s are not very friendly. There is a guy there that is very unknowligable about how to do his job. he didnt know how to do a return and put money on a cash card come to find out they didnt have cash cards so I had to go to another store to do a return.
The best place to shop in the Robstown area.
