I went into Verizon to switch over to a business account. Catherine helped me and she did a great job, got me in and out of there quickly, shes very patient and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to do and who to reach out to for any help. Got me a better deal and pricing. Im very satisfied and happy with my experience.

Lacey and Cathie were great setting up my phone but they had to clean up the mess someone else did. (Tammie) I was told false information and pricing. Cathie had to redo my plan in which was higher then I thought it would be. I was glad they were able to make it work.

Was not impressed- Stopped by at 5 pm Friday (3-26) night- they were closed. Stopped by at 2 pm Saturday (3-27)- closed yet again. Came back at 2:30- they were getting ready to close again when I showed up. The young lady working at the time seemed bothered I was there. Didnt seem interested in helping. The prices at this store were also quite a bit higher than the Verizon store in Dixon.

My husband went to get a new phone yesterday and NO staff were wearing masks. I spoke to the manager who said they dont require employees to wear masks, and she herself only sees people wear them at Walmart. She seemed to have no understanding of asymptomatic spread, or the need to wear masks to protect customers and the community at large. Will never go there again.

Shady business practices. They’ll tell you that you have to sign up for insurance when you don’t have to and charge setup. Order online or drive to an actual Verizon for a better deal.

Went in to the store to get my daughter a new phone. When I arrived I was told that it would be a half hour wait due to the fact that there was only one employee there working and there were many customers there. Catherine did a great job at helping all the customers and giving them as much attention as she could in a timely manner. When she got to me she did apologize for the wait time and started getting my daughters new phone set up. She then looked at me and told me I would need to finish setting up the phone cause she did not know android phones she only knew apple. I did not mind since it made the process go faster as she was also helping other customers at the same time. What made my expierence one to where I will never do business with them again is when Catherine called her manager Christy to ask her for some help she was put out by the questions and hung up on her while refusing to help her or myself with the problem. I myself am a manager and have never had such a horrible expierence with another manager or customer service in general. I do not understand how she can hold the position she does. If she was an employee of mine she would not be after this incident because of the way she treated her employee and the customer. Now I have to go back into the store to try to talk with her in person.

I have been a Verizon customer for about 10 years with multiple lines, all my lines pay individually so there are multiple payments every month, one of my line users went in to pay their portion to this location just how they have for the past 5 months or so, They were turned away and could not make their payment because the associate who was helping them stated that they needed to pay the amount in full.. this was never an issue before in the past and my account is not yet passed due. I called the store to find out why they would turn away a payment. The manager christy told me that there never was anyone who came in to make a payment, I called the line user and called the store manager back and confirmed that they actually went in and got denied of their payment. The store manager christy began to state that she could not make the payment because it was not the full amount, I began to explain how payments have been made specifically at that location multiple times and have never had an issue instead of dealing with the situation and explaining to me about the matter the manager stated she didnt know anything because she didnt deal with the situation. The manager hung up on me two times throughout the course of our conversation. She stated that she can not talk about accounts over the phone and that I specifically needed to come in and make the payment personally, Horrible management skills in that store. I later was told that there was a $3.00 fee for making cash payments, but have never webhave never had to pay that fee in the past.
