Very professional and courteous

Ordered Kubota parts, did good job getting items and called when they arrived.

They were very quick to order parts we needed. Yet, I called to cancel one of the items. The gentleman asked what part I wanted canceled and said ok. I asked him if he needed the name it was ordered under. Oh yeah. Two days later we went to the store to pick our other part up. They had not canceled the other part. We were charged over a $100 for a restocking fee cause someone failed to cancel the part. Not only that, but when I told the man who was helping us, he literally threw a temper tantrum. He cried out in disgust and threw papers across the counter. We will NEVER do business with them again. It was uncalled for, irresponsible, and totally unprofessional!!

Nice friendly people

I bought a 2012 tr270 track skid loader, it was brought to my attention that the bucket needed work, that was fine . Upon loading the skidsteer the rear idler was jammed into the undercarriage and the skidsteer joystick was broke. The bucket curl was not reviealed to me till I took it to a separate dealer that a cylinder was broken. At least be truthful about what is wrong when you sell me something
