If she have any questions or claims I am agree to answer but she need to said hello or good morning, after that she can validate my items scanned ... and also my items are only two...@Anita please improve your job with the customers

Let’s be honest. All men fear the trips to target. We already walk in $5-$10 lighter in the pocket because they conveniently place a Starbucks at the front for our wives. Other than that, this target has all the selection the rest do. Friendly staff, clean store, good experience (minus my wallet).

I just want to say how impressed I am with Target in general during the past 18 months. They have gone above and beyond with making sure each person that comes into their stores feels safe. The Rochester Hills location is the best. It’s extremely clean right down to the shopping carts. Although due to the fact that all stores no longer require masks inside stores I have quit going into the stores and instead use their pick up service which is also amazing. I have never waited any longer than a couple of minutes for my items to be brought out. FANTASTIC JOB TARGET ROCHESTER HILLS. I AM CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

Lady works around toy department is really rude and mean to customers. But rest of Target staffs are very nice to customers. And in-store Starbucks taste not as good as the stores in other locations. Compare to Target store in Auburn Hills, I prefer Auburn Hills Target.

The women’s clothing department is a maze with no sight line to be able to find anything. Then if you do find something good luck trying it one. Fitting room blocked off with no access but employees everywhere. Waste of time.

I love this location, and have always had a pleasant experience. I specifically want to mention Neal and how pleasant he is each and every time. His kindness does not go unnoticed and the way he treats every customer is superb!

Good store to visit, one can find all kinds of items. They have In-house StarBucks you can grab a coffee and shop. They have In-house Pizza Hut too, you can place order shop n pick it up on your way back, more convenient option. They have CVS Pharmacy, they have TCF bank ATM. Price wise I felt little higher. Friendly staff once I needed Visa gift card, staff person helped in finding the right one.

Stopped into this location today, never been to this Target. Nice store. But I had a wonderful experience with the cashier. I had an online gift card sent to me via email and I could not figure out how to activate it and use it on my phone. The young lady at customer service, Jacqueline, helped me set it up and showed me how to use it. She was so very kind, patient and helpful!!! Nice to have such wonderful customer service during these rough times! Thank you sooo much Jacqueline!!!

Very easy to order and pick up my items - done this many times and each time its sooo easy and quick! Target rocks with this curbside pick up process!

I really like the great selection of Blu-Ray and 4K UHD Blu-Ray movies! This Target also has a really nice Starbucks and Pizza Hut cafeteria inside. This is a very nice Target store with great products and service!

Target always has what I need.

It there were 0 star choice, I will rate it! It is so bad of Target that provides the wrong information. I checked one item at RH store, it showed In STOCK!!!!! However, when I was there, there was nothing! It took one hour boarding! Time is valuable. I felt so bad that they employee at the store didn’t say sorry! So, be careful, Target is not a wise choice!

Store looked clean and organized. Face masks required and clear markings on floor for easier social distancing.Friendly staff was wiping down each self checkout area after every customer. Impressed with their care during this time

This Target is nice and clean but is ALWAYS out of common products (hand sanitizer, disinfectant, etc.). Weve been here weekly for the past year and have never found those items in stock. The fresh foods isle is not so much, and very low variety. They have lots of stock of a lot of different things, but not many options. For instance, if you want rice (just an off-hand ex) they have plenty of it -- if you like THAT kind and THAT brand. Same throughout the store in cleaning products, clothes, animal supplies, etc. They must have agreements with certain brands and dont carry others. Its definitely NOT Meijer.

Everytime i shop at the Rochester Hills, MI store i get followed by a tall gentleman. i think he thinks im going to steal something. it makes my shopping experience very uncomfortable. ive been shopping at this particular Target since it opened.

Shopping at Target makes it easy to fulfill the multiple dietary needs of my family. I can find vegetarian, vegan, as well as low sugar, low carb products.

Hannah, the store director for the Rochester, MI store located at 2887 South Rochester road, is amazing! Her organization and attention to detail as a leader is outstanding! (1) The customers can look at bulletins that inform us quickly of essential items in stock before we stand in line (2) The one-item-per-person rule is enforced. (3) The morning lines for seniors and immune compromised individuals are organized with the help of friendly employees. The (4) shopping baskets and (5) POS checkout screens are cleaned after every customer. Also, the (6) employees will bring items to you in line if you forget something. This store is a perfect example of a well run store! My name is Erich, and I work in sales. As a person familiar with retail operations, I know excellent leadership and customer service when I see it.

Nice Starbucks. A lot of products of a wide variety. If your kid needs to go to on Back-To-School shopping, this is one of the places that you want to visit. They have notebooks, binders, folders, pens, pencils, clothes and anything that you would need for a new school year. Not only that but they also have electronics, some smaller furniture and sweets.

Organized and clean. Fairly well stocked except for those common hard to find items like sanitizer and wipes.

Great experience of drive up, guys were right on time. That is the most imp thing to me.

Stood in line for 10 minutes at 7:40 am.the worker asked is everyone here 65 or older? well no I am not. he said the first hour is for seniors. I said you should have that online. he said it is online..... I do not see it listed above. I went to meijer and spent $300. I was also unable to purchase $100 target gift card. so you lost $400

Well-organized, bright, clean store with lots of holiday merchandise. Many Christmas lights already on sale. These will be getting picked over by Thanksgiving, so shop early for best selection.

Excellent experience! This was the first time I used this service and it couldnt have gone any better. As I was pulling into the parking lot, someone from the store was already on his way out to the store and was at the parking spot reserved for drive-up customers before I even pulled into it. GREAT EXPERIENCE and I will use this service again.

This is a story that very easily could have ended with an upset customer. Instead Target did everything right to ensure I was a happy customer when I left the store. From free shipping on an item that was not in stock to an item that was not what I ordered. I also intend to follow up with a letter detailing how pleased I am with the customer service I received.

Kai, the cashier is very rude, unhelpful & is not a very good cashier.She first was upset that I didn’t know to scan the item with my app to get the sale price.Then, she charged me twice for it!!!!!And didn’t notice that she did, because she was asking how Target could improve & when I said to make it easier, she argued with me.She also did not apologize for charging me twice, even though I had to go to customer service to get it refunded.She also didn’t apply a $5 off coupon for Halloween candy, that I ask had to have customer service refund.I have been shopping at several different Targets over the years and have never encountered an employee quite as rude as she was. Time to do some simple courtesy training at this location.

Great store and amazing staff

This is my second favorite Target in Michigan. It isnt the biggest but the shelfs are always stocked and youre always greeted with a friendly smile. I love going to this Target if Im looking to browse. Its rarely extremely busy and the set up of the store flows better than most Ive shopped in. *If you are looking for a Target with a wide variety of grocery/fresh foods this Target does lack in this area*

Ordered a tv online to pickup at the store. The order was processed and went to pick it up and was notified in the store that the order was canceled. I was advised to speak to someone at Guest Services. Amanda was the person that approached me and handled the situation very poorly! She was rude and very condescending! She had no solution to the issue and became verbal with me in front of other customers. She shouldn’t be in a position of authority, if that’s what she is because she does not know how to conduct herself. I’ll never go to this Target again because of her attitude!

Called to ask if they had a specific Xbox game in stock. They checked on their device and it said that they didn’t have it in stock, but when I ordered it for online pickup it was available and ready after 5min. They didn’t even bother to check in the back!

I have used Targets order online and store pick up option. I have placed my order at 5:30PM. I received the pickup confirmation email by 6pm. Its so quick. I had my product in my hand with in 1hr of ordering. Within 5 mins at store pickup counter, I had my ordered items in my hand. Thanks to the quick and efficient Target store customer care executive team. I would love to use the store pickup service frequently.

They have almost everything. Im too cheap to shop there a lot, but it is a good place to find stuff you need in a pinch.

One of my go to Targets. Seem to have what we are shopping for, on the clean side, well trained employees that care and like to help. Good spot for sales and clearance stock. Not a good spot for boys or mens shoes. The Starbucks Cafe is good for what it is.

Im definitely not impressed with this Target location. I do not normally shop at Target. What I can say is everytime I am here the lines are ungodly long. I personally just left my items and left after standing in line to check out for more than 15 minutes. I dont come to a store to stand in line all day to pay for items that I am buying from this business. At this point Im taking my business elsewhere who has faster customer service

WYATT IS AWESOME!! He went above and beyond for us! His tech knowledge is an asset to Target. I needed a new phone before my trip to Texas as my 3 yr old note5 went capoot a few days ago and Wyatt helped me from the choosing it all the way to setting up my phone and giving me some tips for the road. There was a tall thin fellow with dark hair that was working as a tech associate was very short in his responses and rude when anyone asked him questions, I noticed while getting help from Wyatt. He stood behind the counter with an earbud in not helping, I almost mistook him as a security person maybe until his rude responses. Im so glad Wyatt was there to save the day! Still 5 stars because Wyatt has excellent customer service!

Its an okay store. The employees some are great some are terrible. A guy who works in clothing was making jokes about my inability to walk without a cane. I dont know his name but we was kinda feminine.

After arriving home I noticed that the item I picked up at store (Tazo Green Tea Latte concentrate) has a Best Before date of Jul 26, 2019 i.e. this items should have been removed from the shelf 7 weeks back.

It seems of late they are short staffed. The lines are long for self checkout and only a few registers are open. This is not fun at Christmas...At least the employees are nice when you finally get to the checkout...

Is a great place to shop and I love the clearance rack. And the staff was very helpful and cheerful. And I like getting my 5% back on my credit card.

I ordered online off of a registry and came to pick it up from the store. The wait was long, and the item was wrong - they didn’t even look at the picture to see that it was wrong when they put it together? Then the wait was even longer while the guy looked for the correct item, which turned out not to be in store at all. I ended up going to pick out something different myself because I hated standing around and wasting even more time. Moral of the story: Don’t order online for in-store items, and if you do, plan for your pick-up trip to be 30-45 minutes in-store.

I have been a Target shopper since it first opened in Michigan. The customer service and help by employees is the main reason I continue to shop here. I recently had a bad experience but by the time I left it was not really fixed but the attention and apology I received made me feel I was important and mattered.

Looked up the availability of items online and went to the store to purchase. Ofcourse the items were sold out. Asked an employee to check, and he confirms the system shows items are available but not in the store. Smh. Waste of time !

The store is clean and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They got new self checkouts that makes it much easier to check out fairly instead of waiting in line when I just had a couple items.

Ditto on the previous review from Jason, not a good place for mens or boys shoes, but clean store and super friendly staff. one showed me how to get the most from the cartwheel coupon app whem she saw I was buying 7 sets of pajamas and I ended up saving $25 more than I anticipated. Prices like any other store, certain items are cheaper, other times more expensive, you have to be your own wise shopper.

Its target... pretty basic expectations.. staff was friendly. Most said good morning.
