Customer service was good. Timing exceptional=Fast&Friendly. Only complaint is I ordered: one Farmhouse with one egg and a bacon&cheddar on a French toast bagel. Whelp, they forgot the most important part, the main protein,my bacon. So, my cheddar and egg on French toast bagel was good. The farmhouse was exceptional and prepared perfectly.

I think it’s safe to say this place is no longer in business. I’m here now and it’s not open. Should put a sign up saying closed down.

Very rude customer service. Came in at noon and was told they don’t make sandwiches past noon. Is this accurate?? You’d think ordering an hour before close would be plenty of time. They were also closing down the coffee and basically acted as if I came in after hours. Very impatient and rude as if I were an inconvenience to them. Good bagels but not sure it’s worth returning to, as this was not the first time something similar has to me here.

Last time I went I was told they stop making sandwiches at noon, despite being open another hour after. This time I went (arrived at about 12:15 and the store was long closed, despite their website showing they closed at 1. If this location is closed it should be updated on the website.

Service is great food is awesome but the last week you haven’t been open and the sign says you’re only closed Tuesday.

Nova Locs on plain bagel. Thrown together. Barely a piece of salmon on each bagel. Cream cheese gobbled on bagel not spread. I have patronized many Einstein this one just threw things together. Food is like art. The look is half the presentation.

Felt bad that they closed at 2Pm. Google says they close at 3pm even their board says 3Pm. They charged $15 for Grab n go box where they supposed to charge $9.99, I came to adjust the money n they closed😢 their Bagels are good though 😊

Went there today and I understand it’s under staffed but the guy in there wasn’t clean his shirt had dirt all over it and he didn’t change his gloves. Thats so Unsanitary. He would touch the door to lock and unlock it and then would make sandwhiches.

They did not hav hash browns on the website. But then i went to pick up my order... I very slyly asked if they have hash browns... Then i waggled my eyebrows suggestively.They did have the browns... They cost a little tiny bit but they were delicioso.Good job bros.

Its says its open I leave work at 9:30 to get a bagel and its not open so I just leave work for no reason. Overall waste of time!

My first time here. The person working not only rushed my order, but was not really polite either. Told me up front what they were not going to do for me. Thats not customer service. When vi got home, my bagels were trash! Not a great experience.

Service is not as it was 2 years ago. Two guys attending, the guy with blue t-shirt uses gloves but he receives cash and then goes to grabe begels with same gloves, the other guy looks more experienced and washes his hands to do the work.

Showed up at 8:55 am and the place was closed. They did not have their hours displayed on window or door.

They close at 1:00 in the afternoon, but theres no sign stating this. I went there at 1:10, the door was locked, I was waved to another door. He opened it and I said, I wanted a takeout? He said, No. I said, you dont have takeout? I was confused bc sign said takeout only. He responded, No. I just looked at him through the cracked door as the wind and snow were swirling around me. Then he finally said, we close at 1:00. My suggestion? Put a sign WE CAN SEE stating closed after 1:00 OR just close the damn place. I wont go back.

Not complaining about the bagels or the store! But ONE of the staff that works there!! I didnt get his name he was short and he white he was extremely RUDE with no manor it was my first time in the store and it took me a min to choose from the menu and he kept staring at me with an attitude i would never go back again just so i wont see his face.

This is the first time to stop at an Einstein Bros Bagels. I ordered a cup of coffee and the Crispy Chicken and Tater sandwich. It by far was the messiest and poorly put together sandwich I have ever had. It was like a little chicken tender on a bagel and the Egg was so small you couldnt hardly see the yolk. It didnt look anything like the picture on their menu. It took a stack of napkins to clean my hands and I eventually just threw the whole sandwich in the trash. The only good thing, the coffee taste decent.

People working there were wearing the valve-type masks with the valves removed, leaving two large holes in the mask. I mean, I get when they are uncomfortable so people wear them under the nose (still not okay), but this is completely pointless. Oakland county has gotten significantly worse with cases over the past month or so, and its things like this that contribute to it.Plus, the bagels are about as good as a frozen bagel at the grocery store.

The potato salad and the filling of the bagel are good. However, the salt bagel is too salt...

I absolutely love their jalapeno and cheddar bagels. They actually have slices of jalapeno on top of a mound of cheese on each of these bagels! Absolutely amazing. Caribou Cafe is located inside, it is part of Einstein bagels, and they will give you a Caribou coffee. Of course there is no seating and ambience such as the Caribou Cafes a couple decades ago.

Great hot chocolate toasted blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Service could have been a bit faster.

Service was ok. Concerning though was the man making my Lox and Bagels, he had a hat on but shoulder length hair, not wearing a hair net, his hair was not pulled back into a ponytail, his hair was hanging over the food prep area.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff as well, sometimes grumpy in the morning, but who isnt. :)

Cannot get an order right. Swore I wouldnt come back after the 2nd time, then they messed it up the 3rd time too. Dont customize your order because it will be wrong.

The reviews arent lying. This place really is good.The first time I went here I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. I hadnt read the reviews, just happen to live nearby, and I expected it to be crowded. I was actually okay with that, since it was such a convenient location for me. Im so glad it over-delivered for me :)The main draw here is the specialty bagels. Delicious and fresh bagels made quickly from friendly staff. I kept it simple with an everything bagel, regular cream cheese, though the menu is vast. It was certainly a great way to start the day. A plus: they have the rewards program on the app or using mobile number. We usually get here on Saturday mornings to this place because my 3-year-old loves to eat bagels and cookies here. Weve tried at least 3 types and theyre all delicious. The ingredients are fresh (had some incredible juicy tomato), high quality, and substantial portions. The prices are reasonable for what you get. They also have great coffee varieties. By default, I think theyre well-seasoned but if you like a little flavor, definitely try out the hazelnut coffee.By far my favorite place in this neighborhood.

I love this place. Most of the people that work here are awesome! Fadi and Jake and AJ give me the best customer service I could ask for. Always excited to see them when I get my bagel. However, I am unsure of his name but the guy that wears the face mask that says “redneck” on it is not very nice and needs to learn how to speak to customers. I understand a store gets busy but that doesn’t mean you are rude when a customer asks you to fix a mistake.

The lox as always are great, cannot beat their bagels.

Great staff, always working their butts off with a long line. You cant necessarily get in and out of here quickly if theres a line, but the Caribou coffee makes it worth it. I just wish they had an app to order ahead and pick up in store.

All nighter breakfast sandwich was pretty good. Expected it to be bigger and a little bit more flavorful, but definitely not disappointed. Customer service at Rochester Hills location not the greatest.

Great place with delicious bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. The staff was very friendly too, but when I went in last week they had 4 people there and were very slammed. They were all working hard but we waited for our order about 20-30 minutes, which I felt was a little long for 3 bagel sandwiches.

Food was good, wait was not long despite it being busy. My only issue was my latte was room temperature at best. Ended up throwing it out.

Best bagel joint around. Always fresh. The owner Dave is always friendly and welcoming so are all of the staff. Good quick service. Fresh and clean tasting coffee. My go to spot. Thanks guys keep it up.

This place is a bit of drive for me but the vanilla hazelnut is so worth it. The mug is a great value (comes with free coffee). The up charge the refill from $1 to $1.5. It is what it is. I will still support this establishment.

Great staff. But this location absolutely is the worst when it comes to opening. Its a 50/50 chance that they will open on time. If anyone knows of a Bagel place in the area I would appreciate it. Bagels are actually really great. I came during a promotion and got 6 bagels and a tub of herb cream cheese for just $5. I was amazed to find such a good deal. Theyre very clean and well kept and there is a large variety of bagels to choose from. They also sell more than bagels!

So glad to have Caribou Coffee again. Pretty nice to get a tasty bagel to go with it, too.

The place often isnt open during the week on normal store hours.... when it is open often only one employee is there on time and is trying to prep and make coffee while taking care of customers making it a bad stop in the morning because it takes too long to get in and out!... when you do finaly get your food the order is frequently missing an item (cheese one egg instead of 2 or thing of this nature) if you sse more than customer car in front of the building just go to McDonalds you will be late for work.....

Is time. Friendly service, looked a little short handed. Bacon cheddar with 1 egg on a jalapeno bagel. Not bad, little dry. Will give them a try again.

This location is absolutely amazing. Chef Dave is the totally awesome and personable! He always comes around to clear peoples trays and ask if they need anything.The rest of the staff is also great.Highly recommend the Green Chile bagel!

Nice place! The bagels are good, and theres a nice variety. Staff is friendly, too. My only problem was that some of their equipment seemed to be leaking or otherwise broken and they were still using it. Whoever owns the place should really get that fixed.

Hit or Miss... sometimes great, most other times they just toss everything in a bag(sticky/sweet bagels without seperating them). Some bagels not as warm/fresh as expected. Hours changed to open earlier but also close earlier than other locations.

If this was my first experience at an Einsteins, i would never go back. The lack of customer service and the lack of choices was as off-putting. Our food was thrown together and it fell apart when trying to eat

The bagels are pretty good (a little over priced) but I just decided I wanted to try Einstein for the first time & the service was awful. I called to see if I could do a pickup order, she was very rude because I wanted to substitute a couple of items on the bagel (I had never been there so I was unsure of what to get). She made me feel like a burden on her day & talked to me like I was a child. Oh she also told me they were “swamped” and I came in and there were two people there - she clearly did not want to take time out of her day to “find a pen and paper.” Very disappointed with my service & will not be going back anytime soon.

3 people plus me went there, they all got bagels, very big and nicely toasted. Then there was mine. I ordered a bagel with avocado and bacon, it was soooooo small, flat, and sad! Wouldnt go there again, even their coffee wasnt great

I absolutely love the staff here. they make my mornings so much better, Tara, Jay, and Jessica, you are amazing. I am especially excited because they carry Caribou coffee now. They make my drinks perfect everytime and really care that they taste great. The bagles are awesome too, but the staff makes this place. Thank you guys for being top notch!

Only one staff member was working on a busy Friday morning. This led to a long wait and over 6 people in line. Two other staff members finally emerged from the back to help after waiting nearly 10 minutes for a coffee. This is not the first time they have been under staffed in the morning.

I am changing my stars on this review i believe the manager have started loosing care in what they are doing and they are treating there employees poorly and the customer service of the new people are by far lacking one of the new employees is not up to par with how the old staff used to be so i have changed my review to a one star on this remark.Always enjoy coming here the staff is always friendly though sometimes the door bell doesnt work some times so dont feel bad if no one comes out right away from in back they may be stocking some yummy shmer. Some of the employees here are the worst. I enjoy some of them the girl Robin was very friendly and well balanced.

When i walked in, it was a complete nightmare. There were 4 staff behind the counter. They were clearly overwhelmed with the saturday crowd. They were screaming at each other, yelling at customers, and complaining about the other staff to the customers. One staff said they were all out of plain bagels while another showed up seconds later to state they had them. Another was walking around like they werent sure what to do. Perhaps you need to add more staff on the busy days and retrain your team to work well with each other during the crazy hours and under stressful situations. Bagels were delicious but i could tell it was a negative atmosphere the moment i walked in.

First the chubby manager that work there is rude. Very mean to his employees in front of customer. Very unprofessional I hate seeing somebody getting chewed out for asking question. The manager chubby guy has no respect for his employees or his customers suprise the whole staff did not quite it was absolutely sad to see. Came there in the morning he didnt have a smile on his face it seem like he didnt want to be there. Food was great though

Crappy customer service, product availability really low. Out of Several bagels. I was over charged and the customer service experience was dull. I will not be returning to this location. I would recommend the panera across the street next to Five Below. Bad experience. I will never recommend this place.
