From the time I entered to the time I exited, the staff was wonderful! I came in to use my free coupon only, but because they were so great, I stayed a little longer than I had planned. I bought a few items too! This is the way to shop. Great customer service here!

Easy to navigate the parking area and plenty of parking available. The store itself is well stocked and has helpful staff who will greet you upon arrival. The best advice I can give is to be sure your email is registered with them. As they send some fantastic deals via email. Their products are fantastic, ever wonder why an off brand tries to compare themselves to their products? Because their products are the best!

Learned what Candle Day means! Went out in afternoon not thinking any thing about it. Came upon the store and there was a line on the sidewalk out the store. Thats when I began to get it that Candle Day is a Huge thing...as well as it should be! I will know next year what to expect. But we went back later later that evening and got our goodies. And I have to say, at that time of night and after what each of those ladies who work there must have gone through...they were Amazing...friendly, relaxed, extremely, extremely helpful. The store was clean, organized, and a few empty shelves because if sell out. Im so glad I went back. Timing is everything sometimes!

One of my favorite places to shop. Im completely addicted to this store because it keeps my wife smelling so good. Every morning is a treat for me because I never know what fragrance she will choose. I also love the deals for both online and in-store shopping. I stopped buying perfume at the high-end stores since Ive learned about B&BW!

Im like a kid in a candy store when I walk into this store. They have a great variety of fragrances, lotions and candles... Even some great fragrances for men!

I waited 20 minutes in a line just to get in the store. However, once inside it smelled like Christmas!

I would give them 5 stars, but they had no public bathroom and suggested I got to another store to use their restroom. I would have stayed longer and bought more had I been able to use a restroom.

Lots of choice of good fragrances. Love the wall flowers and holders. Need more lavender

I always love going here this time of the season it smells remarkable. New favorite smell for me this yr os black cherry merlot. Although we missed the big Dec sale. We know to come back the first Sat. Of Dec. Next yr for it. They still had some 3 for sales going on.
