I have been a regular customer here for the past few years as a OU student. Tonight I was aggressively accused of stealing with no justification and was kicked out of the store. Being a regular, I have joked around with the man who kicked me out and insisted I have never been there before. This was after emptying my pockets and suggesting he check the security footage. The woman at the counter seemed to agree it was extremely excessive, but allowed it to happen regardless. Living directly across the road, it has always been convenient. I will never shop at this store again.I would love for someone to watch the security footage around 8:20-8:30 tonight to see how horribly their employees treat customers.

Stopped in today to get lottery and something to drink. When I approached the counter there was one customer waiting, but no clerk. I waited for a few minutes, but still no clerk, so I called out for help at the counter. Several minutes later a woman showed up and rang up the man in front of me. I told her I had been waiting for several minutes, and almost left the store, because I didnt know if anyone was going to help. She was very rude and unapologetic. I paid for my drink with cash to get change for lottery. She handed me a wrinkled and torn $10 bill, I asked for a different bill to use in the lottery machine. She was unconcerned and said just try it. Of course, the bill did not work in the machine, and by that time there were several people in line. I told her the bill did not work in the machine and asked her for another bill. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, SAID I HAD AN ATTITUDE, AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE MY STORE NOW. I gladly complied and told her I would never return, nor will I ever buy gas there again!!! I will not spend one red cent in a store whos owners have this type of attitude!!! There are plenty of other options only minutes away, and I will shop where I am appreciated!! There is a shell station across the road with cheaper gas and convenience prices!! I strongly suggest that you avoid this store, as the owner clearly despises customers and does not appreciate their patronage!!

The staff here is extremely rude not and not very knowledgeable. I went in here to buy a few drinks and when I went to the counter they told me my ID was fake. My ID is certainly not fake, I am well over 21, and when I told him to scan it he refused. Please train your employees on what IDs look like so I can stop wasting my time. This employee was very rude and made me feel embarrassed which is not acceptable.

If you’re going to sell alcohol you maybe just might want to train employees on out of state IDs get a book they’re not very expensive. So I don’t have to stand in line for 10 minutes in the middle of a pandemic with the cashier NOT wearing a mask. Food for thought. Sept 1, 2020 9:30 pm.

It’s super unfortunate that this place is so beautiful and stocked to the brim but has deplorable customer service. EVERY time I come here it solidifies that I shouldn’t ever again.I just went in to grab a water really quick, waited at the counter for a bit, then someone finally showed up- I greeted her with a smile (under a mask of course). Read that again- I, the customer, greeted the employee. I was met with silence and a blank stare. I asked her for a pack of cigarettes and got an eyeroll. While I was paying she managed to speak- “hit mobile again”. Wow! What a first sentence to say to a paying customer! I asked if I had done something wrong because the screen lagged a bit and she cut me off saying “you’re all set” then brought her attention to a man behind me who looks like he eats steroids for breakfast.I’m not sure what the uniform should be - as a manager myself I generally don’t like to tell people how they should dress... but wearing a crop top is probably not the most professional vibe. If we were going to workout her shirt would be perfect.

RUDE!!!!!Ive never had an issue until this past weekend. I stopped in to quickly grab some bottled drinks and snacks for my family. My boy and I went to the counter where there was nobody waiting in line. I was thirsty and opened my drink while waiting to pay. The attendant, ignoring me, came to the register with a bottle of wine for another customer he had been helping. I assumed that he was just going to check her out really quick and then wed be next. No problem... except he did this four other times, with the same customer, only checking prices, going back and forth to grab various bottles, and never even acknowledging that we were standing there. He couldnt apologize for making us wait, or even say that it would only be a moment. He said nothing. This went on for nearly 20 minutes while my wife was waiting in the car. By the time he was finally ringing up the $85 bottle of wine for the customer, he rings her up first, then proceeds to meddle with the bottle of wine and still no acknowledgement that I had been standing there the whole time. All the while, a line of 8 other people were behind me and also waiting.I took another few swigs of my water (I was thirsty), set the bottle back on the counter with all of my other stuff, and walked out of the store.I will never stop in this place again and, since I live in the neighborhood, all of my friends and family will also be warned to stay away from this place.

A-Star is the best convenience/station around town. Between their huge selection of craft beers and wines, to their selection of snacks you cant even find in large big box stores, to their staff that seems to genuinely care about every customer, A-Star is the best place to shop!Great staff. Great selection.Keep it up, A-Star - we love having you in the neighborhood!

Why is it everytime I come in there that Sam girl makes it a big deal to help me. Like I’m wasting her time. She has poor customer service and practically throws the items across the counter. I’ve been coming to this gas station for years now cause it’s the nicest gas station I’ve ever walked into. Such a nice gas station shouldn’t have bad service

This is a nice gas station . Clean, nice staff, good snacks and beer selection. However, I wouldn’t recommend coming here for any vape supplies. I’ve bought counterfeit/ damaged juul pods 3 times now from here . Brown liquid + leaky :(

The workers never wear masks they have them under their chin and their nose i am so sick of people not Wearing them I do my best to wear my mask and I don’t understand why people are so against it especially when there are signs saying wear a mask I work at a restaurant and deal with it
