Great store for purchasing supplies and for getting help and information. Grant is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to taking care of your pool and is always willing to take whatever time is needed to help troubleshoot or explain how things work.

Tried to enter the Rochester Hills store on 6/9. Grant yelled at me from the back of the store before I even had the door completely open, that I wasnt welcome without a mask. I can get anything you have at this store online, but am trying to spend my money locally to support our restart and local economy. There is a far better way to communicate your desire for masks than being rude. I dont wear one because the science isnt there to support one, and in fact there are health risks associated with wearing one. There are more friendly and accommodating suppliers in town, I recommend using one of them.

Water analysis needs calibration. I’m always getting crazy values and they over sell chemicals due to the machine. My pool has major swings in balance because I’ve been working with them all summer. My favorite horrible advice...”don’t worry about balancing it, just pour 2 cases of liquid chlorine in and come back.” Hmmm.... chlorine doesn’t work alone! The people working the counter shouldn’t give advice. Maybe there needs to be better training system in place.

Old fella there is hard to talk to he knows a lot but all in all because he probably deals with a lot of folks that dont read the instructions he is probably fed up and I understand but still those of us that do he should be aware more and they are actually Cost friendly considering the location.

Unfortunately, its the only game in town, and the owner knows it. Rather abrasive, he seems far more interested in selling chemicals than teaching anyone anything about their pool.

Horrible. the owner is nothing but rude. they will tell you false information so they will not only get more of ur money but mess up ur pool even more. thanks pasagg for nothing!!

The workers are not helpful and the owner is rude. He was giving us attitude and basically not answering our questions and instead making us feel stupid - and we were asking things we had already researched and were already familiar with. Also, they give you false information regarding pool care and chemicals so that your pool levels get more screwed up and you have to keep coming back to them for more chemicals. Its a scam.

They do no carry adequate chemicals, wouldnt recommend going unless you have a hot tub or a very very small pool. Go to a real pool store

I just called and asked for replacement hoses for my return filter an jet and asked for the price and got I dont know them off hand ... well look it up jackass!?!, Im not going drive 30 mins to a place that I dont have a clue about the price, if your too lazy to look up a price, I dont want to do business.
