The guys over here took great care of me. We had a lot in common so conversation was good. Andy made sure I got into the perfect jacket with having answered all my questions and then some. Amazing experience and you can tell he really wanted to help me. He went more than the extra mile.

Staff is so helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I definitely recommend going here over any other stores in the area for outdoor clothes because they carry almost everything and the people who work here have experience with all of the gear so you aren’t guessing with someone who has no clue about the products like at the North Face store!

I went in here earlier, the employees were so helpful! They were very informative and let us know where to get what we needed because they didnt have it in store. There were some really great clothes and supplies, it was clean and in order, the atmosphere was very welcoming. Definitely going in again soon!

One of my favorite stores to go to. Pet friendly is a plus and they took a picture of my puppy to put on the wall so that was cool. Staff is always friendly, helpful and not pushy. Great return policy. Everything tends to be more on the expensive side, but maybe being that they are owned by Walmart now, maybe The Mart can flex their buying power muscles to get the prices down. One can hope.

My first visit to Moosejaw was on Black Friday and I was greeted with a Moosejaw Nalgene water bottle which contained a $25 gift card. It was a great way to get things started. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and the store had a relaxed vibe. I came away with several quality items and felt it was a great overall experience. I will definitely recommend Moosejaw to others.

Moooooosejaw! Thats how you can expect to be greeted when you walk in the door. Their staff is fun, friendly and very knowledgeable. You wont ever find any outdoor elitists who look down on you for being a local day hiker or if you just want some north face to look cool at the mall. Ive been a customer since their first store in the area and keep going back.

I am so completely disappointed with your company. I thought Moosejaw was a reputable and trustworthy company I was very wrong. 1st you tell me I can price match and use promo then you tell me no it’s one or the other and it’s to late to cancel because it’s shipped but I get the return label before the shipping notification. Then I’m told promo and price match can be done 2 days later all I’m done again by some team leads and Cassandra. Mean while my tent that was suppose to take two days is not here it’s been almost a week shows delivered guess what no help from Moosejaw I am out $500 plus because no signature confirmation required?! This is rediculous I have never felt so scammed and taken advantage of I am calling the better business bureau and will share this message with plenty of other out door enthusiasts.

Great experience with this store and the store in Birmingham. I needed to buy snowboard bindings last minute before a trip and they found the ones I wanted at their warehouse and even delivered it to their Birmingham store which was 30 mins closer to me.They go the extra mile for customer service.

Great staff, high quality products and brands. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, with great integrity. Prices are competitive, and they price match reputable outfits, both brick & mortar and web.

They sell brands that you dont find everywhere like Burton, Marmot, Arcteryx, etc. They also sell snowboards, boots, snow gear, and other outdoor equipment for camping or other activities. They are very helpful and friendly, and they allow dogs in the store.

I ended up buying online, but I have visited the store since.Great store with wonderful items for outdoor life!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a package with overnight delivery and a week later i learned it never shipped and was never informed by moosejaw. Only because my shipping address was different than my billing address...then was told that I had to deal with it, offered no apology, and that I had to wait another day for the order to be verified before it shipped....no notification was ever sent to me that they decided not to ship my package and was treated like dirt on the phone when I called wondering what happened.

Always a fun place to shop, or even just visit. Staff is very helpful, and friendly.
