We needed new carpet for our master bedroom. I really had no idea what kind of carpet I wanted beyond plush. Joe worked with us to pick a color, style, and price. And we needed the carpet installed in a week. He was great at everything, super helpful, informative, quick to get back to us, and we were happy with the price. The installers were great too, very fast and professional. Would definitely go there again when I need other rooms done!

We had a very good experience using Dalton Flooring Center. Richard, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. He returned calls and kept the timeline moving so the project could get completed on schedule. The install crews worked efficiently, were courteous, neat, and punctual.

Received a very good price on exact product from another local competitor. They were $1000 less expensive on a $7600 order. Installers were there on time, worked all day for 2 days and did a great job.

He is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and reliable. Installers moved all our furniture and ripped out the carpet. I highly recommend them for all flooring you want to get for your home. I got hardwood for my living room and carpet for bedrooms and stairs. The sales person was friendly and knew what I was looking for. The installers arrived on time as scheduled and did a phenomenal job and cleaned and vacuumed after they were done. Sam came to our home to inspect and troubleshoot in case there were any problems with the floors. He kept in contact with us before the date of the install to make sure we had everything needed, which was greatly appreciated. They had done our neighbors home, and as soon as we saw it, we knew that we had to have the same beautiful floors.On the day of the install, they showed up on time. In 2 days they finished installing not only our new floors, but new baseboards as well. The installers were clean, neat and quick and they did a wonderful job. Our new floors are so beautiful! Dalton Flooring has been in the business for over 40 years in the same location in Southgate. The new store in Rochester Hills is very clean and the staff is very helpful. I got an excellent price for my new hardwood floor and carpet! Sam was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase.
