Very very disappointed. ruined my wife Bday.I ordered three days ago for her Bday and i was supposed to pick up today. When i reached there, the store was closed. I kept waiting and even called the number, customer service to no help. this despite the fact that the person who i spoke yesterday said to pick up today without any issues. This despite me offering them if they see any issue on Sunday, i cal pick one day earlier on Saturday. I reached there as bunch of roads were closed only to find out that they were not even planning to open the store today. never ever going to order from edible arrangements again.

Ordered from this store twice. Once for a birthday and one for a group. They did a great jobe both times. The chocolate covered fruit and the single cheese cakes looked beautiful and tasted great. Every one enjoyed them. Cindy was very helpful. The large order was last minute. She made sure that it was done in time for the delivery. Great experience!

Great florist. Fast and friendly service. Wonderful, fresh, long-lasting flowers. Will shop here again soon. So, glad I found a local florist with unique flowers at a reasonable price.

My dad wanted to surprise me with edible arrangements for Valentine’s Day. He ordered the day before and they were suppose to deliver my edible arrangements at noon but it never came. It’s the day after Valentine’s Day and I still haven’t received my edible arrangements.

Wost location to order from! They didnt deliver on time and is a waste of money I rather do it my self next time. Thanks for nothing, first and last lesson learned...

Worst experience ever! They was suppose to deliver on Mother’s Day 5/9. I placed the order on Tuesday 5/4; Sunday came no arrangement or phone call from this place. I called over 75 times no answer Sunday or Monday morning. Once I finally reached them very unprofessional and rude. Please take your business elsewhere!

I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered 8 days prior to the delivery date. The website tracking still showed “order received” at 4:30pm on the date of delivery, so I called the store. No one answered, so I hoped that the status had just been wrong. I received a call at 7:30 from a pretty unprofessional employee saying they would need to reschedule for the next day or two... I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of communication, and the way that the employee handled the situation. Not only was the occasion (a birthday) missed, but after asking if they could offer a discount, I was only offered free delivery. We have had great service with the Grosse Pointe location, and as a family, we will not be using the Rochester location again. Extremely disappointing.

I didnt think of reading the reviews before ordering from this location as I have never had issues with this company, but now I wish I had. My order was not delivered on the date I selected. Ive tried to call the store multiple times and there is no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. At this point I have no idea when my order will be delivered and would just like to cancel it. It looks like this may be a newly opened location so maybe they just need some time to get things together.Update: I did end up getting a refund for my order and they delivered it the following day. I still never received a phone call so if I had not been paying attention to my bank account I would have never known. Updated rating to 2 stars.

I was told less then 2 hours before they closed that the driver is sick and to come pick it up if I wanted it. This is my first time ordering edible arrangements and will be my last if they don’t find a way to deliver my order.

The owner and staff are really nice and very helpful. They have a great selection of fresh flowers and the arrangements were beautiful!

If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered for my sister for her birthday the week before I called and made sure before placing the order they could deliver before noon since that is when she gets off of work. Also called the day of just in case and got confirmation it would be there well before noon. Come 1230 no text from my sister so I called and they said the driver was running late mind you my sister was off 30 minutes ago. I have ordered several times even last minute from other locations and have never had this problem. I wasnt offered for them to be delivered anywhere else or any resolution just a stale oh well ill refund you ... how did you pay? Not good customer service at all

I used same day delivery service at the Rochester Hills location to send some treats to my mortgage processors the day after closing our loan. It was quick, easy, affordable and I got a delivery notification which was great. I had placed the order first thing in the morning online and it was delivered early afternoon so the recipients had plenty of time to enjoy it. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend. Thank you!

Worst location to ever order from!!! Had an order that didn’t got out the first day for delivery. I called the store 3 times to make sure it was going out on the day it was suppose to. I was being told it was going to go out over and over again and that they were running just a bit behind because their delivery driver called in. But the order never got delivered that day. When I called again about 8pm I was told were are going to have to reschedule you for tomorrow. So I said ok whatever. The next day I called again three times was told they are catching up on all the orders yesterday and that my order will be on the next delivery. My mom did not receive her gift until 8pm!!! She also she did not receive everything I paid for(balloons and chocolate dipped fruit mix). So I called AGAIN and was told they will bring chocolate dippedfruit the next day. The next morning they they delivered chocolate dipped strawberries(which was suppose to be mixed fruit) and the balloons.I called again and was told we can’t keep coming back out there I will refund you. I’m really disappointed because I wanted everything to be perfect and I am a long time customer and never had a problem like this. I’ve also been very understanding and pleasant.

Horrible experience! The day my arrangement was supposed to be delivered to my mom it never came. The next day I tried calling the store (Rochester Hills, MI) for hours! They never answered the phone even though it was during store hours and their voicemail was full.I finally call the corporate number and they get me in touch with the store. The lady said the reason my arrangement never made it was because their internet had been out all day. I said I ordered this 7 days ago, why would the internet being out today be the problem?She then said their delivery truck was broke down the day my delivery was supposed to happen and that she tried to call me and the recipient...NEGATIVE! We double checked our phones ...she never called either one of us. She asked me if I wanted it delivered the next day I said no! I wanted it delivered yesterday. So I asked for my money back.I will never use any location of edible arrangements again! I will stick with Sharis Berries or other florists who make cheaper fruit bouquets . At least those show up!

My boyfriend order my arrangement last 3 days before Valentine’s Day and it was supposed to come between noon and 5 on Valentine’s Day. They called at 7 saying they had drivers walk out and it would be delivered the next day. We’ve been calling non stop no answer. I wish I could have read the reviews. I saw 3 previous post of the same nature.

Always fast, high-quality service with a smile. I just placed an order for a coworker that has an allergy to pineapple and they made an extra special effort to ensure there was no cross contamination. I am very happy to have ordered from this location because of the high quality customer service and fruit arrangements.

The arrangement was beautiful and the office lived the fresh fruit. Will definitely get another one the next time a special occasion comes up.

My Mother’s Day gift looked lovely but many of my strawberries were soggy and a couple of my pineapples for $90 odd dollars I expected better also on my card they misspelled my partner name and my son Mafen for Masen
