Extremely disappointed. Ordered on August 19th for a delivery on August 30th for daughters birthday. It did not arrive on her birthday. Suppose to be delivered today. Talked to customer service which wasnt helpful at all. She just stated that it was delayed and there was nothing they could do. I paid 16.95 plus a 3.00 service fee for delivery, on top of the cost for the cookies. Not sure I will use this company again for the lack of compassion.

These are the best cookies ever.I remember my first bouquet.Someone sent me a basket in the hospital...I lived on these.Hospital food? Not so much.They have coffee mugs with cookies, baskets, whatever your budget allows.I have sent several baskets to friends and family.When my dad had surgery, I sent him a basket and it was so unique. It was cookies that looked like Teddy bears in scrubs.I wanted to buy my own franchise, but I am now unable to work due to my disease.I still stop when Im near a shop and buy cookies because theyre not just beautiful, theyre really good 😁Im sure they do something special for Valentines day.Waaay better than flowers.Believe me...

I don’t even live in Rochester anymore, and this is still my go-to place for special occasion cookies. One time they were able to pull together like 60 cookies I needed for the next day (individually wrapped even) at a reasonable price and as always, they were delicious!

The cookies are always delicious and look great. I have never had a delivery problem and I was so impressed by (and I am sorry I didnt get her name) the person that I spoke with over the phone regarding delivery timing. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was so friendly and eager to help.

Cute and thoughtful, cookies were terrible. Sugar cookie was dry, chocolate chip cookies tasted like coconut and were super oily, snickerdoodle was like oatmeal. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I cant speak for the product as my wife was the one that received the cookies but as for the service, I ordered in the early morning for same day delivery. It seemed to be getting late in the day and my wife still hadnt received it so I called up to see what the status was. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. She apologized for the delay as they were unexpectedly short handed that day but was pleasant to talk to and seemed genuinely concerned with making sure my wife got here delivery. She was more than willing to call the delivery person to see the status and said if for any reason it didnt that they would make it up to me in some way. The cookies did get there and my wife loved them. But I most appreciated the lady doing anything she could to make sure I was happy w/ the service. I wish I remembered her name so she could get the kudos she deserves.

I called Cookies By Design to place my order to send to a friend who just had her first baby. The lady I spoke to was very nice and very helpful. She assured me that my order would be sent that same day. What a surprise when my friend text me that she received my gift and it arrived around an hour after I placed the order! The items are always well done and sooo tasty! Well worth the money! :)

I have placed a special order twice at this location. I picked up an order this past Saturday. I was very specific about the color of the lettering. It was supposed to be grey but it was blue. Also, with both special orders, I had one of the cookies the day I picked them up. Both times they were stale. Also, I found three different times for when they close on Saturday. On the google search it states they close at 4 p.m. When you call the store, the recording says they close at 3 p.m. The hours on the door states 2 p.m. On a positive note, the ladies that work there are super nice!

Been a customer for 5 yrs. & last Saturday I forgot my money in the car & I went to purchase a $6.95 bag of dots sugar cookies & the older lady behind the counter with long black hair grabbed the bag & said lets keep these here until you get back. Seriously? Like I would steal anything let alone a bag of $6.95 cookies! Im a professional & I have a good job. I forgot my cash in the car! Nice way to treat your customers lady!

The customer service was terrible. I never leave bad service comments, however this deserved a review. I have never met someone that is in customer service so condescending when speaking to a customer. I then received a call from the owner who apologized and told me hed be sending me a $25 gift card to make it right. Its been over a month and still havent received anything.

I love their cookies, absolutely delicious. A but pricey for a bouquet but they always have cookies available if you walk in for one.

Great Customer service even after I ordered on line I called in to the store and the rep I spoke with went above and beyond to make I was happy with my order and to make sure my wife would receive her gift before she left work at 5 pm I will for sure use them again
