We ordered an LED driver from GES for our kitchen under-counter lights. The new driver arrived quickly and works great. But then I realized I also had an issue with the lights themselves. I called GES for help, and immediately got some great assistance from Micheal who helped troubleshoot over the phone. We fixed it in 10-15 minutes. Overall, very impressive personal service from Micheal and others at GES. I would highly recommend Green Electrical to any home or business owner.
Our company bought a little, on average ~20 LED lights, but regularly. Ive emailed about first bad situation with Order#143428 in November 2019 in request field on website of Green Electrical Supply, but nobody answered me, unfortunately: weve purchased 17pcs of 4 3/4 LED lights: 4 Super Thin LED RND BN 3000K LY4RCS/30K/BN, but weve received another size 17pcs. 5 1/4 they have wrong mount size too.Weve used them in our projects, because we had no time to wait of change.Just now, my colleguesre calling you, because weve problem again and we know that request field doesnt work:we waited our current Order #145972 about two weeks Jan.17, but weve received 7pcs. of White LED lights of another customer (attached) instead of ordered 17pcs. of Brushed Nickel lights weve purchased.Your shipper was mistaken again.Weve requested return sticker label to change, but youve told to wait 2-3 days for the shipper to respond to the new situation...Whats happen guys? We pay to you, not your shipper-intermediary.-------------------------------Yes, youve sent a track, but .. with an error:And the second attempt to deliver our order was not much better than the first : weve just received only 7 lights from ordered 17...Today is February 11th, weve placed our order more 3 weeks ago... We are tired of emailing and calling, so we just stock up on popcorn and waiting for the next episode from Green Electrical Supply...---------------------------------Today is Feb.12 . Weve received our Order #145972 from Jan.17 with a lot of reminders, calls. Weve finished cooperation with Green Electrical Supply. This was our last order at this company. Ive been very happy with Green Electrical Supply. Their prices are competitive, they ship quickly and their service is excellent.Ive always felt that the true test of a company is how it handles a problem. In my case, I purchased several direct-wire undercabinet LED light strips from Green Electrical Supply two years ago. Recently, two of the strips failed (there is a 5 year warranty). I called them up and they quickly sent a prepaid return label for me to send the failed units to the manufacturer. They contacted me with the tracking information for the replacements, which arrived exactly when promised. Throughout the whole process, Kelly kept me informed of the status and was friendly and professional.The next time I need to order electrical supplies, Im not even going to bother looking elsewhere. Green Electrical Supply is now my preferred choice.
