POTENTIAL SCAM BEWARE. If I could I would give 0 stars. I called them for an estimate on a garage door repair for my door that was damaged back in early April. They sent someone out right away to look at it right away which was promising. I approved an order for a new door panel and paid the deposit for it. Almost 2 months later I have not gotten an update about it. I understand that there could be delays due to covid, but they havent even told me that. The fact that they just push off my concerns with a manager will contact you every time is kind of a warning. I have called pretty much every week since I placed the order and have been told every time that the manager will call me with an update, but no calls have come. I went to the address they have listed on google and it is the address for Plymouth Technology Inc. NOT AVANTI. I then tried calling the phone number of the tech that I paid the deposit to and the phone number is not in service. From everything I have experienced I do not believe that this is a real company and it is actually a SCAM. If I were you I would not contact this company for any garage door services.

I stumbled upon Avanti which appeared to have good reviews. When I called I was greeted by a nice man who took all of my info and informed me that there was a $39 service fee, fine, happy to pay it. Then he told me that they would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. I am a business professional and planned my entire day around being close to the house (within 30 minutes) at all times. The call never came....When I called at around 5 p.m. I spoke to the same gentlemen, who told me it looks like the appointment was canceled. I asked why that would be, seeing as I certainly did not cancel the job. He then tells me he apologizes but they tried to call me and even left me a VM, BUT THEY DID NO SUCH THING. I had NO missed calls and NO voicemails.Then I asked to speak to a manager. He provided me a phone number to the manager, Ryan. I called, Ryans receptionist answered and informed me that he was in a meeting, right...I told her the story and she apologized and tried to reschedule me. I told her I would do no such thing until I speak with Ryan and they tell me what theyre going to do to make this right. Ryan never called.This is not an upstanding professional business. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you.

We won in a blind bidding basket a unit and installation. The funny thing is, time slipped by and it was almost 3 months after receiving the certificate that we called to have it completed. Not only was the woman on the phone very nice and professional, they were able to get us worked into their schedule literally the next day. The installation only took an hour and it works better than I could have hoped. Awesome service and awesome productions.

Said if I pay cash they would waive service charge??Paid the $39 and asked them to leave. Called Mammoth and got same opener installed for $425 total. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TOTAL RIP OFF.

Our garage door tension spring snapped and the door was inoperable I called Avanti Garage Door company and asked for an emergency service. Josh was here shortly after and after checking the door, he described what had happened, gave me options in terms of repair. I cant recommend him enough on his politeness and his willingness to explain to me the problem in a language I could easily grasp. I am 100% satisfied.

The service here was beyond ridiculous. I called at 1:30 to schedule a service and was given a time frame of 2-4. Nobody came. I called every hour and was told the same thing that they were putting an update in my profile. And never received a single call back. At one point the owner contacted me and assured me that someone was going to be at our house within 35 minutes, at this point it was 9:15pm. Nobody came that night. I finally called and cancelled at 11pm. I’m absolutely appalled and shocked that this could happen. No communication between the office and their technicians. No coordination with their team members. Entire day wasted waiting for them. Do not get service here

Do not ever use this company. If I could give this place a 0/5, I would. The service is absolutely terrible. I called them around 1 to come fix my garage door. They told me that someone would be coming between 2-4 to come fix it and that I would be receiving a call 30 minutes before they came. No one showed up. We called every hour from 1pm-9pm and received the same response of “they should be contacting you soon”. Every person that answered the phone was no help at all and at one point I could hear someone in the background saying they were completely lost followed by a car engine revving. Finally, the owner called and assured that someone will be there in 35 minutes. No one sver showed up. This service is worse than I could ever imagine. Their “fast service” is a joke. Completely ruined any plans we had for the day. Very unprofessional and a total disaster. Save your time and money and go with a different company.

Despite several calls (after they did not show up on the first appointment), every time they say they will go.
