Choice Grocers is a top tier, yet reasonably priced market for many North and South Indian goods. The building is extremely clean and the staff are a delight to talk to. The owner and his family are very hardworking and they truly care about their customers. They will make sure that you get the best that they have to offer. They do their best in providing suggestions for and also offering seasonings for various dishes. They have an excellent array of dishes to choose from and overall its a very friendly environment to be in. I cant imagine shopping anywhere else.

Ordered a sugar-free Russell Stover chocolate item. I ordered on Tuesday it arrived on Thursday. Shipping that quick was amazing. It was delicious. It was so very easy and the product is so very good. I will order again and again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Great Samosas!! Best Samosas Ive eaten in Troy/ Rochester hills. Groceries are a little expensive over other competitors but good for quick items. I wouldnt go anywhere else for Samosas.The couple are welcoming and provide excellent customer service!!

They not only offer a wide variety and selection of Indian groceries, upon request, they also get you any item(s) that is/are not currently available, usually by the following week. Quite an uncommon experience! My wife and I enjoy shopping experience in store.

Very clean and organized store! First time shopping here but I was pleasantly surprised by how much they truly care about their customers, the guy at the front desk helped me for 30 minutes to find everything I needed, definitely gonna come back soon! Great work choice grocers!

Nice Indian grocery store if you live in Rochester area. Store owners are also very humble. They greet you every time when you enter there. Prices are almost comparable to Patel brother’s.

We were in Rochester Hills on a Sunday evening and needed to get some indian Groceries. Most Indian stores close early on Sundays but we were able to stop by at Choice Grocers at 7:30 pm and get everything that we needed.Well stocked and organized, this store seems to be run by a family.Prices are comparable if not better than the chain Indian stores.We will stop by again if we are in the area.

Do not buy from this store, They are selling many EXPIRED items knowingly with cheap price. My wife bought some ready to eat Packets and turned out that they were all EXPIRED 8 months AGO. Please try to find another way to make money without making someone ill.

I have tried many different Indian grocery stores but none of them top Choice Grocers. Their hospitality and unique food variety is unmatched. I highly recommend that everyone visit Choice Grocers whether you are Indian or not!

Great little store for interesting foods, cheap spices, and good produce. They have these little spicy fried potato dumplings by the register that are excellent.

This store is very big! It has a lot of variety and peope are helpful.I thought the prices were a little higher than other stores, but still ok.

They over charge you, if you’re not careful. I found expired products. Bought some okra, that’s just inedible. The owner makes sure he isn’t giving the receipt, to get away from this bad stuff.

I used to b a regular customer until recently when we, including my frens, discovered intensionally sold EXPIRED food items. When asked n indicated about expiry date then was told the items hence r sold at cheaper price. That’s nonsense! Dont want to create trouble for him; hence not informing FDA.

All the Indian grocery, food, almost all Patanjali products and vegetables including fenugreek leaves, fresh drumsticks, Indian ginger etc are available at lesser price than Patel. Definitely try the mini samosas they sell at the counter!!

The staff are friendly and helpful, and if some item are not available over there, they are very happy to take the request and trying to arrange ASAP

Very bad Experience. Especially the Diwali sale of this year, I would call it a scam. To buy the sale item on the flyer we have to buy 10 dollar worth of non-sale items. on top of it we can only buy 2 packets of toor dall. If we need more we have to again buy 10 dollars worth of non-sale items. But no such rules were mentioned on the flyer. When I was in the store the girl at the store who was on her head phone did not mentioned when I asked her either, but after shopping at the check out a woman was trying to explain, however she was not able to put the words correctly. when I asked there was nothing mentioned in the flyer she said we have mentioned it in the store.

Store never opens at 10:30am. Second time I experienced today, I got to the store at 10:30 waited 20 minutes outside and still they were closed ....

I had poor experience at this store. Firstly I its disorganised and messy. When I asked if they had freshly made rotis, the female at the checkout counter picked a plastic shopping bag from a pile of what looked like thrash. In that bag were couple of roti packets. Further more, most of the products I looked at were past its expiration date. After returning home when I checked the receipt I realised I was over charged, $6 for 2 bunches of cilantro. The price that I read when I took the cilantro from the fridge was $1 for 2 bunches. It could have been a mistake, but I have reasons enough to believe it wasnt.

Do not buy mangoes from here. The mangoes look okay from the outside but are rotten from inside. I have pictures of the mangoes too.
