They are so nice!!! I cannot believe how nice these people are. This isn’t a business review, more like a quality of humans review. I broke down in their drive way and two nice guys tried helping me out as much as the could. Then a nice woman came to see if I need anything (water, bathroom, A/c). And another guy came to see if he could help me and also said his boss offered me a position lol. I would trust them with a child If I had one. I really appreciate you guys and will forever recommend!!!

Terry and his crew were the best. I got 3 quotes, and theirs was competitive with way more zones and heads than the other quotes for pretty much the same price. They worked their tails off and did a really nice job. Very happy.

We use this company regularly in our profession for the simplest of repairs to complete installs of the most complicated kind. Always done quickly, properly, and professionally. I wouldnt recommend anyone other than them for your needs, whatever they may be

Great Price for Great Work!I was very happy with my new sprinkler installation. Mickey came to my house about 2 weeks prior for the quote. He explained to me all the options I could add or remove and the cost breakdown. The day of installation his team showed up exactly when they planned. Took them about 6 hours to do a great quality and clean job. I would highly recommend Precision Lawn.

This is absolutely hands down the most capable and with it sprinkler operation I’ve had the chance to work with. They are prompt, do really great work, and everyone at this company communicates well to make sure the system is working properly and is clearly labeled and zoned. From drip lines to mist heads to rotors and special sprinkler lines for flowers, they’ve installed them all perfectly and adjust them properly. I think the value is there in using Precision. Call them first if you need help with your lawn and garden irrigation.

The staff is amazing and so professional. From install to care of your sprinkler system. We highly recommend using them for all your sprinkler needs!! Every employee I’ve spoken with or interacted with has been AMAZING!!

The team came to start the sprinkler system and identified some problems and said someone will come back to assess the situation and give you a quote on work needed. No body showed for 2 weeks so called when I was informed that they showed up and now will give you the quote. For 5 weeks no call and no answer. No one called back for quote. I called again and was told that it was I who said that I wanted a second opinion. Imagine that I wanted a second opinion without having an estimate or quote from the first opinion. It was the most bizarre argument and excuse I have ever heard. In the meanwhile it was my lawn that suffered in the heat. The grass and shrubbery died because of their neglect. It was the most incompetent service and utter disregard of the customers.

I highly recommend Precision Lawn Irrigation. Over a year ago, we moved into a home with an in ground sprinkler system. We used a company the previous owner had recommended. We found their service less than adequate so asked a neighbor for a recommendation, which is how we found Precision Lawn Irrigation. From my initial phone call, inquiring about start up services to the actual service, we were impressed with Precision Lawn Irrigation. The office staff was organized and attentive. We received email confirmations of the service. They were able to work with my inflexible schedule to make sure the service window was during a time I was available. On the day of service, I received a phone call at the to of our window time to let me know the guys were running late and to find out if it was ok to still come. In addition, the service man, Chad, called when he was 15 min out.Chad and his partner well surpassed our expectations. They were attentive, informative, knowledge and patient. My husband and I actually followed them around to each station so we knew where each sprinkler was and how it should look when functioning properly. He welcomed our questions all while making sure our system was up and running properly. Chad made recommendations on what needed to be fixed without be pushy. They were neat and clean, both by wearing booties while in our house and by sweeping up all areas on sidewalk where they had made repairs to our system.After working for well over 2 hours, Chad took the extra time to show us all the functions on our control panel. The previous service company had just told me to read the booklet. Chad on the other hand, explained all the functions and then set the system for us.I never write reviews, however when service is outstanding, I believe companies and people need to be recognized for excellent service. I highly recommend this company! They will definitely be receiving our repeat business!

Very frustrating. Waited 3 weeks for a service call. One sprinkler head still not working properly. Now have to wait another two weeks for a service call to fix something that should have been corrected on the first call. Will be looking for another company. We miss you Tom Sherman!
