Can’t say enough great things about my experience with them. This is a smaller family company who came recommended to me by many others on my street. From the initial contact to the final installation, I’m very happy I received them as a recommendation. Very quick to respond by phone and email, worked with me to work on times that they could come out to measure/install, and very friendly throughout. As a first time countertop purchaser, they helped to educate me on the designs and pros/cons of each material. I would highly recommend them again and plan to use them again for future projects.

Not only were they the best quote, they did a great job! They met with us quickly to discuss options, had great communication throughout the process, and even brought us in when something came up to make sure we would be happy with the outcome. They did a great job on our kitchen counters! Our kitchen came together beautifully once it was installed. There was a measurement issue on a small piece and Joe had no problem redoing it and coming back to install it next day. Very nice, friendly, down to earth people working there!

This installer came recommended but unfortunately did not meet expectations. New custom home build but the poor quality workmanship showed throughout. All through the house you can see faults of tile installation and poor workmanship technique. The owner goes as far as to blame the tile manufacturer and quality, lighting in rooms the tile is installed and gets upset with the home owner when called back to review and repair work already done. When called back to do the re-work, promises he will do something and then leaves without completing the work. If the owner himself cannot see the faulty workmanship, then how can you convince him there is a problem. Pay the extra labor cost, pick another tile installer but get a great job. He wanted to bid the counter top work but I avoided that quickly. His final caulking of showers to take care of minor settling cracks took forever for him to arrive and when he arrived, did not have the proper colors. In fact he didnt even caulk one shower base. Fine customer service and honesty, I dont think so. Very disappointing and not recommended.
