This particular store is much better than others Ive been in, the selection is better and nicely arranged. I wanted a flag on display but there were none like it in stock, so two of the store personnel arranged to get the display one down for me to purchase. Great customer service - there was no hesitation or claim that I would have to wait until the next truck arrived, they just immediately offered to get the one on the wall for me.

Picked up an elegant plaster pedestal to use as a plant stand in my office. Exactly what I wanted! Even better, it was on sale for $10. Better still, several nice chats with customers and very helpful staffers. So nice when God works it all out for us‼️

This location is closed. Google did not accept my edit that stated this location was not in business any more. As the picture shows, their signage is removed and the building is empty. If youre looking for arts and crafts in the area, you should check out Jo Ann Fabrics, Michaels or Hobby Lobby. They are all located within a mile from this location.

Always have great selection of what I need and the cashier is always friendly. She remembered me from the last time I was there. Kudos to her and the store!!

I found everything I needed easily and they had plenty of items in stock. I was able to use a competitors coupons without any issue and the check-out clerk was friendly. I love shopping at A.C. Moore!

I went in for custom framing and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took time helping me find the perfect frame and even told me where to find a sizeable coupon to help with the bill. I would definitely go there again for all my arts and crafts needs.

It isnt fancy but you can make fancy things after shopping there. Generally not crowded with one one or two cashiers present. Stock is generally well kept in terms of general items and specialty. This location isnt as big as others so it does pack some products.

AC Moore is a large and well-stocked craft supply store. They seem to have everything you could want if you were knitting, crocheting, doing any sort of visual art like painting or drawing, or many other different types of arts and crafts. I didnt take off a star for this but they did not have anything for the electronic arts like soldering irons etc. Thats okay though; these things arent really that closely associated with their normal products.

Do not rely on them to mat and frame your artwork! The artwork was matted crooked and the frame was not put together evenly. They were noticible gaps in each corner and sharp edges on the corners. The employee, Laura, was visibly and genuinely upset that this happened but had no control over the workmanship because all of this work is not done in the store. They send all framingout.I left with a refund and my painting and many apologies from Laura.

A great store for holiday decorations both DIY and already put together! Very reasonably priced crafts and toys! They also give a student discount!

I Can Always Find What Im Looking For. As A Jewlery Designer, I Discovered That A.C. Moore Prices Are Better Than Online Wholesale Prices For Many Items

Good for quick runs for art and craft supplies. Their rewards program is very good and there are always coupons. Their selection of quality art supplies isnt quite as good as a dedicated art supply store, but its better than Michaels and pretty fairly priced.

I L-O-V-E this store. It doesnt matter how I feel that day, I am instantly happy once I walk in that door. Whether Im looking for that something extra to add to a scrapbooking project or looking for a specific type of frame, I can always find what I need. And then some! Earning points on every purchase is a bonus. When the reward certificate comes in the mail I feel like a kid at Christmas! Guess where Im going today? :)

Many people go here for the arts and crafts materials, but there is SO MUCH MORE. They have beautiful floral supplies, wedding supplies, jewelery, cute storage baskets and bins, bakeware, etc. They have a ton of sales and always have coupons available both online and in person that theyll scan. More on the wedding subject though: if youre looking for wedding items or into wedding DIY like I was, COME HERE! They have a ton of things for cheap and for bundle deals. I purchased my ring bearer box from here and a ton of doilies to make confetti holders out of. They have a ton of options for Mason jars, vases, and lanterns for your centerpiece needs. They have a floral assembly station here where theyll actually help you with that portion of it if you buy your floral supplies from them. They have an abundance of beautiful fake flowers to choose from and tons of color choices for each flower. Highly recommend coming here!

Difficult to get help. Prices consistently ring up incorrectly and it is impossible to get a quick fix. Coupon policy is confusing and inconsistent, depending on the cashier.

Took me awhile to find what I was looking for. Alot of nice craft materials.

The manager wasnt doing his job when an activity for kids (tie dye.) People that were waiting the first on line back then ended up being the last becouse the tickets were given at the entry and there was not control by him.Some of us tryed to make him do his job and he had interest on helping so one specific girl from the staff helped us 20 minutes later.No happy with him.

They are a huge improvement over the Michaels that used to occupy this location. The staff is helpful, it is easily one of the most organized retail stores I have ever been in, and we can usually find exactly what were looking for.
