Crashed my 2020 Tesla Model 3 twice this year and had it fixed here both times. Brought my car in after an accident. The folks were wonderful. They made me feel welcomed and helped me process the shock(it was my first major crash). They were very professional, understanding, and helpful. I recommend this place. Unfortunately my vehicle was totalled so they couldnt work on it but did all that they could to get me situated and in a rental promptly!

Amazing work! My car had massive amounts of damage to it that required almost 2 months worth of work including a new paint job. I was paranoid that Id pick it up and find stuff wrong. But I cant tell anything ever happened to it - its as if there was never an accident at all. Exceptional job.

The folks at Fetzer were great. Ora and Frank took very good care of us and were very caring about our circumstances. Our car was totaled and we were very upset. They even went through our car again after we did and found a couple of things we forgot. Would definitely recommend them.

Couldnt be more disappointed. Received a quote on getting the bed of my truck repaired from Ora. Within two hours of dropping off my vehicle I received a call letting me know that they has mis-estimated and they could refer me somewhere else or replace the entire bed. I would expect that a company who has been in business for 70 years would be able to properly quote a repair when the damage is fully seen on the surface. I would avoid going here if you value your time.

I cannot thank Joe and his staff enough! After my Hyundai sonata was hit by a Chevy Tahoe, I spoke with Joe and sent him pictures of the damage. The insurance company came back with an extremely low estimate. Joe said no way possible...had my car towed to his shop. Joe really went to bat for me with the company. Long story short, my car was totalled out after the insurance company estimated less than $2000 damage. If not for Joe a shabby place that worked for the insurance company would have thrown together inferior parts and put my familys safety at risk.Again, let me say how Joe went to bat for me...my car getting totalled out was a benefit to me. I was not taken advantage of so someone else could make a buck.I will recommend this shop to anyone! And this will be my go to shop for any questions or work I need from now.THANK YOU GUYS! Horrible da prices are way 2 high

A few days ago, somebody keyed the whole passenger side of my car. My insurance sent me to Fetzner to get the car painted.Once I arrived, the Fetzner folks noticed that the key scratch was just shallow enough that they thought they could buff it out. Just a few hours later, and they were done with the car, and the buff 100% eliminated the damage. Price came in a good bit less than my deductible.Good work, Fetzner!

My car was rear endef n they dealt with the insurance company on a daily basis. They made sure my parts were placed on at a discount! Very nice ppl. My car was repaired n less than a month even thou the person who rear ended me insurance company was very unprofessional. Great job. Great service. Great ppl.

Very high quality collision repair with friendly family owned service. Remember that insurance companies cant tell you where you have to have your vehicle repaired, so it only makes sense to have collision repair where the quality is the best and from my experience Fetzner is always the best quality.

They took very good care of me, to repair my car after an accident.

Took my car here to get a dent and scratches fixed after an accident. I was worried about the paint job and about the dent because it was right on the natural curve of the quarter panel. They amazed me! It turned out great. I love that they have a Geico agent and a rental service (Enterprise) on site! Everyone is super nice and explained everything in an easy way. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic repairing the damage to my vehicle. I was acknowledged and addressed within seconds of walking in the door, they communicated updates throughout the entire process, Franklin was great to work with.

They were recommended by co-workers, and I can recommend them now. They were very helpful and made it as easy and it could be.

Bottom line: Excellent, honest and knowledgable staff do amazing work here.

Very poor customer service. I didnt go through my insurance at Fetzer im a paying customer. I asked them not to do anything that cost money before letting me know the price and me approving it. They went ahead and did work without me saying it was ok. Then charged me for it. I will never go there again. I dont recommend anyone to go there they are overpriced and rude. I will be contacting the better business bureau. In regards to them doing work that cost money without my permission.

I wanted to take a minute to express just how good of a job the team at fetzner does. My celica wasnt looking to good going into the shop a little over a year and a half ago, and when i picked it back up i was so amazed with the work i almost asked them to do the whole car. they were excellent with every aspect of the process. Now, I decided to take the time to leave this review after recently dealing with another collision shop, who I wont mention, that left me angry and wishing i had stuck to having the car repaired at fetzners.it became very clear to me the difference between a chain run collision shop verse one that has built up its reputation and trust and bee family owned and operated. These people stand behind their work, and after my experience with them I wouldnt recommend any other body shop. AVOID THE HEADACHE, GO TO FETZNER.
