I was there a few months ago. I had a chance to meet your service manager I think his name is Todd. I told him that I bought the CRV from their used lot as a scratch and dent. I paid $100 over by the used car lots collision shop. to They said they would touch up the car. Two scratches were touched up. I mentioned this to Todd with no great expectations. He was kind and considerate and understood my situation. To further explain Hondas corrosion warranty doesnt cover scratches to the metal. Actually it appears to avoid the warranty completely. Todd offered to take it over have it touched up for me. Great guy, great employee!!! Carl 978-2053

Although I feel like giving all the dealers that I have visited this last month 1 star also. I might have to end up renting a car for my needs every month. I started to feel like there is not difference between car dealers.

Buying a new car at Garber was a very nice experience with no pressure and a very friendly staff. My sales associate, Annie, is very personable and patient. She provided information and options on different types of Honda vehicles and I was able to make a decision to buy a Pilot. The owner of the company also chatted and thanked us for our purchase. Even know I wound up with the vehicle and payment I wanted, the process took far too long. Along with that, dealership took too long paying off my trade in and I was hit with late payment on my credit report (which I will be fighting). I would not get another vehicle from here, nor will my current one be serviced here. Just a number to them (once off the lot, you are forgotten). Overall, very poor dealership in my opinion.

Great service, best staffs, I was there for NY inspection a week ago, they gave me advice to do some of the maintenance on parts of my car soon, but they didnt checked my engine oil, I had to go there again after 4-5 days to change engine oil of my Honda Accord. I wish they could tell us everything about the condition of our car, no hidden things at all.its my minor experience but they are far good in service and taking care of customers.

Not too friendly staff carry an attitude they judge the book by cover and they shouldnt but I tell you one thing the two vehicles that I wanted to purchase they lost out.

Went in to look at buying a new vehicle. Before they even showed me anything they did a credit check which was a hard inquiry, I received a notification from my bank, then showed me vehicles that were not what I asked for. The salesman seemed really nice, along with the manager. I didnt like the practice of putting something on my credit report before I even found a vehicle that I wanted. We left and went somewhere else.

Gina was by far the best car salesperson Ive ever worked with. She not only helped me find the right car for my budget, but made the entire process easier than I ever thought was possible. I recently purchased a 2010 Sonata. I worked with David Lamb. He was professional and good old fashion customer service. The vehicle I went to test drive was just not me. He asked a few questions and found exactly what was me. I love my Sonata. I took my son who was also able to purchase a car. It was a 2008. There were some issues as can be expected when purchasing a used car. Garber made an appointment for my son. The issue was addressed and is no longer present. I highly recommend Garber and will return for my next purchase. The entire staff was pleasant.

I visited Audi of Rochester and ended up meeting Dave. I wanted to check out the Audi A5 Sportback, which he gladly showed me, but was torn between an A5 and the A6. I’de driven the A5 before so Dave let me take the A6 on an overnight test drive so my wife could check it out as well. We both loved it. Dave got me setup with the best deal possible on a close out 2018 A6 that’s perfect for my family. Dave is super easy to deal with and made the process as smooth as butter. Great salesman. Check him out if you can.

Bought a car from Porsche of Rochester. Tim Carney took great care of me. No issues, great service and delivery. This rating is for the sales process. I do not live near this dealer, this was a long distance purchase.

Went with a friend to have his car checked for oil&brake change. The service was nice and it we had our car back after about 4 hours. They have spacious parking space too. Would visit here again for check ups.

This review is just based on the service department. I have taken my Mazda and my familys Mazda in many times for oil change or full service inspections. The service crew are very approachable, willing to help and perform very good checks on the cars. They will call you if they see that your tail light bulbs are not working, etc. They also wash your car every time you bring it in for an oil change. I love that. I recommend this dealer for anyone who wants to keep their Mazda performing well. I cant say too much about buying a car here but my Mazda was purchased at the Mazda dealer in Huntington Beach CA and I am very satisfied with how that dealer handled the test drive and buying process.

I walked in to Garber Honda and Henry O Hara became our salesman! Henry has such a great welcoming smile and attitude that helped us feel comfortable right away. He listened and wrote down what we were looking for in a vehicle. He had a vehicle that we were looking for and brought us over to take a look. The car sold itself to me but Henry was and is so knowledgeable about the car and all its workings that I had to yell out sold before he finished. Then I drove it all the while Henry coached me on all the Bells and Whistles the car has! I am so impressed by my new vehicle but equally impressed by Henry OHara! Make sure you ask for him!

Horrible customer service. I literally had to reach out to my salesman every day for an entire week and still didn’t get a final answer on terms of the loan. Always an excuse on why I wouldn’t get a response. Finally gave up after 8 days. Don’t bother contacting them unless you are used to being ghosted.

Had our first visit to Garber Honda. The sales rep that welcomed us (Joe) was exceptionally polite, listened and spoke to both of us. Far too many times Ive been in a dealership where the sales rep only spoke to me and never to my wife. Joe was an example of how all sales should be handled. Very kind, thoughtful, informative, and respectful. We havent decided if the Honda we test drove will be the vehicle we purchase, but if it is were going back to Joe at Garber. Anyone considering a Honda should go here. Joe went out if his way to be certain we were comfortable and didnt feel pressured to make any decisions. Even offered to let us take the vehicle over night and compare it to competitors!

Brought my car in for service. Car was returned and noticed the part was not working correctly. Called to ask to bring it back and left a message. No call back. Called again and left a message. No call back. Called and finally got a live person. Arranged for a loaner car and when I arrived they told me they had already given the loaner away. Rescheduled to return 3 days later and get a loaner and finally have the car looked at. Now they are charging me for a new part that is related to the original fix but they claim is a separate failure. Unable to say it is from their original fix because they took so long to respond and schedule an appointment. Will never come back.

I did not plan on buying a car from Garber, i had test driven a few cars from other dealerships; Auction Direct and Hoselton. I came into Garber and sat down with Jabin. We went over everything that i was interested within my price range. I test drove a couple of different cars and looked at everything i was interested in. I ended up buying an Accord, Jabin made the process painless, and i would highly recommend using him. He was not pushy at all and was very interested in helping me find the best car for me.
