Sent here by company for tractor trailer windshield. Parked on side of road and guys were fast. Only took about 10-15 minutes. Receptionist and two guys that replaced it were very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Recommend them for your glass needs.

I’ve called nearly EVERY other windshield replacement company (you know the usual ones) and this morning had an appointment with one of them to pay an astronomical price that I assumed was normal. They cancelled my appointment for not having my windshield in stock which turned out to be a blessing because I found THIS PLACE (FB Auto Glass) They scheduled me right away, same day, at a much affordable price! I was not at all expecting to enter a completely clean front seat when I picked up my car, I was planning to go ham with a shop vac as soon as I could find one, but the pieces of glass were all cleaned up from every nook and cranny. I had made the mistake of tapping at ice on my windshield and caused a spider crack. I was looking around and everyone was painfully expensive. FB Glass did an awesome job repairing my windshield for a fraction of the price. I will definitely recommend them and return for all my window repairs on my van. The customer service interaction was welcoming and professional.

Safelite wanted almost triple what they charged and refused to install with windshield removal fee and mobile install fee. If you have any rust safelite will send you to a body shop where as fb will come to you, grind and prime it with no extra fees, everything is included. And the lady on the phone is very polite. Its been a pleasure.

I needed a mirror cut down to fit a custom made wood frame. They fitted the frame to within a 1/16 all around. Great work and the turn around time was less than 24 hours. Very happy to bring my flat glass cutting needs or any future automative work to them.

One star because their installers broke into my vehicle, because they got to my car and I wasnt there to replace a windshield! I was minutes away and they had my number to call! I felt so violated and disregarded!😠 I contacted their office and was told that, theyre not allowed to perform work unless they have a key to access ones vehicle or permission to proceed. Jesus Christ!😠The nerve of these thugs!😱Im still waiting for documentation from the work that was done. They said that it would be left and emailed, still nothing. Its been almost 1 week. Anyways, so happy with the installers that my insurance uses. Know your rights EVERYONE!😏

When i discovered FB Glass was in my zip code, i immediately called them, was given a very reasonable price and arranged to have them install a very cracked windshield. My car was being repaired at the time at Bob Johnson in Greece. FB Glass being very familiar and in business relation with Bob Johnson went the next morning to the dealership and installed my windshield. What a great service. The staff is amazing!!After my car was broken into, and the driver’s side front window completely smashed in, the receptionist calmed me down on the phone, and got me in the next day to get it fixed.There was a TON of broken glass in the car, and they vacuumed it out so thoroughly. They even removed the mats and got under the seats and in the backseat! I know this because when I got in the car, they had placed a chapstick on the passenger seat..that I had lost months ago under the driver’s seat.I was so relieved to have such thorough and professional individuals work on my car, especially after the awful feeling of having it broken into and having my purse stolen.

Front windshield needed replacement on my 2005 Toyota Corolla. I shopped around and got quotes for $200 + hidden fees upwards of $50. I called FB Glass and got a quote for $170 even. I made an appointment, and 8 am the next Monday they were expecting me and got the job done in 25 minutes. The price was exactly what they promised. Excellent experience. Won’t go anywhere else.

This company blows away the competition. I found out that hard way that my 2017 CRV had no glass coverage (thanks Progressive, immediately switched to Liberty Mutual) thinking I could do better than the $500. deductable. Not the smartest move ever. Every other place quoted me nearly $1,000 (ugh!!). Ruth at FB (#1 customer service rep EVER!) thought they could do better, much better. It took a while to find a windshield with the electronics in my vehicle package, but Ruth kept looking & CALLED ME when she found it--for a little under what I would have had to pay out of pocket. Thanks you, thank you for being there, Ruth!! After being treated horribly by Progressives so-called customer service, this was the best happy ending to a crappy car situation Ive ever had!!
