Ive tried several times to work with these folks but they seemed like they didnt want my business. I was looking to have a lift kit purchased and installed on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I spoke a few times with a gentleman who said he was looking into things but never got back to me. I can only surmise that they questioned my commitment and decided that I wasnt sincere. That was their loss and Custom Truck Creations gain.

Went for paint,but went on the that has Audio sound systems and things of that nature, But the guy on that was so nice,I ask about rims for my cars,he took 30mins on a Saturday after closing to help me b/c I did know the hell I was doing or what I wanted.Guess who getting Rims and didnt have to drain my bank account...🥰🥰

So far so good...I have gotten the Front and Rear Weather Tech Mats here even a set of Rear ones for my Sister for her Birthday for she already had the Front, Had them Tint My Windows, Got my Rims and Tires here and am now currently getting my Lowering Springs put on my 2013 Lexus GS 350. Everything has gone pretty smooth so far but I will say and I am sure they will agree with me that these Lowering Springs have been a pain in the butt yet I know there work and I know that when this Suspension is complete we will be on to many more things such as a Vinyl Wrap, Alarm, Audio and Visual, etc. . I have really enjoyed working with Brian, Travis and Chris and look forward to meeting many more of the Auto Finishers Family along this build.

Chris was so great. He was attentive and helpful. I picked up a Penske truck. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were short staffed but he still managed the situation very well. He searched for discounts and Auto Finishers had moving supplies available for purchase too. They also have a great location. 10/10 would recommend!

I can’t see enough good things about Rick and Matt. My husband brought his truck in to get one of his rims fixed/replaced. After determining it couldn’t be fixed, Rick and Matt made some calls to try and order a new rim. Turned out that exact rim was discontinued. My husband was so upset until a few days went by and he got a call from the guys saying the called everywhere they could and found ONE rim left in the entire country and it was being shipped in. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my husband got what he needed and I know he is forever grateful! Thanks Matt and Rick for your dedication to customer satisfaction!

Great company. great product. great service. Called them to have my truck leveled, new rims, new tires, black GMC emblem, and a tint. They worked with me over two weeks to find the perfect tires and rims. Set a date a week later and had my car back to me 24 hours after I dropped it off. 10 stars.

Good place to go for a haircut. In the month of July there is an event call cut the violence it is always a great event. Free haircuts for kids 10 to 17 on that day The barbers interact very well with the customers

I had a remote car starter put on my SUV. The folks there are knowledgeable and friendly. Dropped it off and they had the work done within a few hours.Theyve been around as long as I can remember. Good service at a fair price.

I purchased a car starter for my wife and was NOT told that the 2 way function Was a 30 day promotion only. After the 30 days the feature is removed and it reverts to 1-way. That I do not have an issue with. The issue comes when I was never Informed by the associate that is what was going to happen.(Less than 24 hours later)After my previous review. I was promptly contacted and informed that I will get the renewal of the 2 way feature for free. I am pleased at the quick turnaround time with my displeasure and a sound remedy to it.Thank you Auto Finishers, you guys have renewed my trust in your company and reclaimed my business. 👍👍👍

The parts store had exactly what I needed, and the gentleman there was extremely helpful. I later realized that I paid quite a bit more for the parts than I would have for the same thing on Amazon but Im happy to support a local business and it was also worth it to not have to wait for the parts to be shipped to me.The repair shop was great too. It was a Friday afternoon and they had a couple vehicles in the shop but were able to fit mine in. The tech came up with a pretty ingenious way to solve my problem and had the tools necessary to do so. Everyone was extremely pleasant and they didnt even charge me for the 20 minutes they spent on my truck. This more than offsets the increased cost of the parts.The service I received at both the parts store and the shop was great, and Id recommend Auto Finishers to anyone looking for paint, detailing products, parts, service or custom work. I just wish they were a bit closer to my home.

I was sent here in January 2015 to get some auto paint for a repaint I was having done.I spoke with Orlando Landy and I was 100% pleased with the help I received!They took their time with me, and I even had to go home to do more online looking before I went back and finally chose a color.I would 100% go back for further needs that I have!I will admit, I felt out of my element walking in, but the reality is, I was satisfied with My service.

I have to put a review up. These folks have high quality paint products and everything you could help for prep and painting. Not only that but that camera they have that can match your existing car color to a specific formula means you get paint that matches your exact vehicle. Also, yes they carry duplicolor products but for people who want higher quality primers and clears, they have some great products from transtar and others. If you so your own paint work, do yourself a favor and give these guys a try. Plus theyre some cool folks especially the one Hispanic guy hes awesome!

Very bad customer service . I called over the phone (Chris), tried to order some Aftermarket Parts and they said they would call back in 20 minutes . I called them six hours later, they me on hold and said they will call back before 5 PM. It was Friday. Called them Monday, they said they will call back . Never called back . Decided to go to the store they wrote down all the parts I need, said they will call back and order for sure. Never called me back. Called again to talk to a different guy name Travis and told him the parts I needed, He said he would order them and never put in the order because he was supposed to call me back my credit card information. So I gave up ordering parts with them and went to Keystone

Came in for a purchase that was probably the least profitable sale they will make all year. Treated as if I was buying the most expensive rims or sound system. I felt that they respected me as a customer no matter how much money I spent....If I ever need some major car bling Ill be returning to Auto Finishers Supply Co.

Poor customer service and poor service. They had to send something out that they damaged of mine and made me feel like they did me a favor for fixing it. That is not the way to treat a customer. Will not go back-

Poor customer service. I was told if I got in at 9am for my appointment that they would get me right in and out. I let them l know I needed to be out ny 10. By 10:25 they still hadnt started my 20 minute job, or the other guys car that had arrived just after me. Both of us were staying and waiting for our cars. The for gentleman behind the desk did next to nothing to get the job done. His response to me was we have too many chiefs and not enough indians and that he needed to stop telling people to wait for their Cars. There seemed to be NO one supervising the staff. i got the car back at 11:35

Brought a car starter for Christmas and I was told I can have it installed the day after Christmas. Called to confirm the appointment and was told the earliest they can get to me was on the 15th of January. Instead of them correcting their mistake or trying to rectify the situation they would rather me return the item and lose a customer. So I returned the item and then got an appointment with Zbarts on the 4th for a car starter. Auto finishers messed up a great Christmas gift.

Convienant appointment time, good straight forward customer service, reasonable price, decent location in Rochester, highly recommended. Hey installed H7 LED headlamps for me.

A few months back had some work done here, didnt go exactly as planned and I left a review about my experience. Here recently, Auto Finishers (Rick) went above and beyond to reach out to me to help fix the issues I had. Although I have since had all issues corrected they promised to make things right by any means possible. I was honestly amazed that they would take the time to reach out to ONE person to make things right!!! From past experience I have never once had a company go to this level, that to me is a business that truly cares about their customers!!!
