I probably only go here once a month. I don’t go here for coffee or my health. I love homemade coffee but what I do here for are the excellent bagel sandwiches. My go to is the classic on an onion bagel with sausage. The breakfast sausage is mild and flavorful, and not rubbery or burnt to a crisp. There’s only one egg but it’s more than enough for the sandwich. I hate sloppy drippy eggs that overpower the sausage…that doesn’t happen here. Nor are the eggs overcooked. The bagels are warm and perfectly toasted and taste great. Top notch breakfast and lunch establishment. Lots of lunch choices as well.

Good food, I feel like it would run a lot smoother if they had a pick up area or at least got peoples name when you come walk in.

Went at 545 am on a Friday through the drive thru.I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel for my husband. For me I wanted to go out of my comfort zone.I got the bacon egg and cheese on a everything bagel with lettuce and a Salmon cream cheese on the side. It was incredible dont knock it until you try it. The service was incredible and the staff was friendly. I am glad I tried this for the first time ever.

I took my son here for breakfast and it was way better than expected! I’ve never had a bagel that was so fantastic. The service was nice and I appreciated the extra steps taken to disinfect. We will definitely be going back!

I come here 2-3 times a week for my morning breakfast sandwich!!! Not to mention I always bring friends so they can enjoy the great food! But let me tell you- the only thing that is consistent is the awful service. They are very rude and they make it feel like a bother to help me. Im a morning person so I’m always so pleasant but it’s getting hard to be nice when you are constantly treated like you are below them.... please make a change here or you’ll be losing my business as well as all my friends.

My staff and I love to order Soho for breakfast and lunch. Many of their menu items can be modified to gluten free. The owner Mike always takes special care to make sure my food is safe for me to ear. (Celiacs approved!)I am so happy they have expanded their coffee menu. Love the new cold brew and all of the flavor options. They even have almond milk.Today i had a scoop of their Manhattan chicken salad on a bed of lettuce with a side of tomatoe and cucumber salad. Yum! Thank you!

I went here this morning for a cup of coffee. When I arrived there were no other customers in the cafe. I could not get waited on to save my life. All the workers had headsets on and were totally distracted serving the drive up customers. I gave up and left. Very disappointed.

Went through the drive thru and definitely felt like they were understaffed, but the two working back there were very kind and patient with me and my big order. I had a delicious ciabatta breakfast sandwich with roasted red pepper. The sandwich was great. I also got a bagel to go which was light and tasty. My biggest regret is that I was eating on my way to an appointment so I really couldnt savor the sandwich like I wish I could have and it was a little messy/ wet and drippy to eat on the go. Would be great if I had just taken it home to eat though. Im sure I will be back. I love that they have a drive through.

The owners are incredibly kind. When asked if they had any vegan bagels they told me almost every bagel was vegan. They also had vegan cream cheese in 3 different flavors! My everything bagel with garlic tomato cream cheese (all vegan) was so delicious. Highly recommended for vegans and non vegans alike!

We typically love this spot however lately everyone seems all over th place and food is incosistent. Today I wanted to take my daughter for breakfast (I would brag about how amazing the bagels are) we went through drive thru and lady was very rude (my 10yr old said wow shes rude) so we get our food and theres a hair stuck in the cinnamon bagel 😳 then we get home and I open my coffee to add sugar and I find this bug floating!!!! Honestly im happy it was bland so I didnt drink this. Very disappointing this use to be my favorite bagel spot! Hope they get back to how clean and amazing it once was.

This place has progressively gotten worse & worse. i went there TODAY & the man who answered the phone was very rude. multipletimes in the past, the cashier is always rude & doesnt even know how to count the change. seems like they just hire anyone & the owner is honestly just lazy & trashy. their foods good but they forget tomatoes on my sandwiches every time. will NOT return ever again & it’s sad to say this bcuz i really like their bagels. but terriblecustomer service, rude & lazy/careless employees. the lady who works their looks like she’s faded off something.. so sad.

Have not been here in a while but was my favorite place to get chicken salad on a bagel. Today I went back and the chicken salad is totally different!! It’s bland and watery, not sure why it changed it was the best the way it was. Please change it back!! My bagel was good and customer service was good.

In the last year, SOHO Bagel has gone completely downhill. Employees used to be kind and friendly. Now you go there and it seems like you are not wanted! Not sure who the lady is that works there in the mornings but she is very rude. Today was the last time I will buy from these people. Best of luck to them!

NO STARTS AT ALL HERE but I could post without choosing :/I was just at the drive through there was ONLY 1 car in front of me so it was not overwhelmingly busy, and who ever you have working your drive up window should NEVER be working in any kind of customer service. She screams into speaker and is extremely rude. I said I will just need a dozen bagels assorted and she screamed YOUR GONNA HAVE TO PULL UP I was shocked at how rude she was so I said well then never mind and I drove away. Unfortunately I was going to to try SOHO for my staff at work but I never will again. This is a small business you should really be hiring MUCH friendlier individuals this person just cost you a very nice size order.

Yummy sandwiches!!! Amazing bagels! Love the variety of cream cheeses w/seasonal flavors as well. Frozen mocha drink was delish and refreshing on hot summer day. Owners truly care about the customers as well as the high quality of the products they sell. Highly recommend to all.

Just went for the first time with a friend who had been previously. It was around noon so it was pretty dead. Interior is really nice. Staff was friendly but looked tired, probably due to getting there at the crack of dawn haha. But aw the breakfast sandwich I got was delicious. Made quick too.Price was high asab though, almost 20 bucks for 2 of those and 2 bottled drinks... So I wont be visiting often.Other than that I was impressed

Always love going here. Usually pretty quiet. The food and coffee is good and the staff is quick and helpful.I go often to do some work for my job. I dont have a problem with noise and the shop is big enough that I can pick a place that does not have people around me. Its a great little coffee shop.

I really enjoyed our visit to this little cafe. The food was good and the environment was low-key and relaxing. Very nicely decorated with texture panels along the walls. Big comfortable couches in front of the fireplace. There was only one little thing I didnt like so well, which was all the dust. Others may not find it so dusty (it could have just been that day), but the day we visited, the window sills and several tables looked like they needed to be dusted. Otherwise it was a great place, and I do hope to visit again soon.

12/21 Best Santa Ever. Best Breakfast Ever, and all the workers, and staff couldnt have been more accommodating. Coffee was a little too strong for my taste but it was exactly what i ordered sooo after Coffee Barista couldnt talk me into getting something else, he brought me hot cocoa and marshmallows that I poured into coffee....Just right! Great Customer Service.

I recently went there to pick up breakfast before work, and first thing first please get a new intercom. I didnt understand what the man said so I started to go ahead with my order and instead of politely saying could you hold a moment please, the man yelled can you hold! Louder and sounded annoyed. I said Im sorry I couldnt hear you. I waited a moment and decided to leave and take my business else where because at that point I was a little uncomfortable. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with the intercom they cant hear my order and I cant understand them either. When I have ordered in the past the employees seemed overwhelmed and frazzled when there is few customers, sometimes they seemed annoyed that you go through the drive thru. It also isnt a quick experience which is fine but other places that have drive thrus seem to be more efficient, obviously I go only when I have extra time. The last few times I have visited I get bagels with cream cheese and the bagel taste like the toaster hasnt been cleaned and parts come out burnt. I love cream cheese but the amount that is slopped on tends to be to much. The fountain drinks also taste flat like the machine hasnt been cleaned. I hate to put this business down but it seems as though the employees and ownership need to do a little updating to make the experience better, and maybe work on there customer service and be just a tad friendlier. Im sure Ill be back and I hope its a little better on my next visit because some of the food items are really delicious.

Selection lacking no matter what time of day. Made sure I got there early, around 9:30 on a Friday. Basically they had only savory bagels and sesame left. Asked if they would be making more, said no thats it for the day. Got a dozen sesame, had to tell them 13 bagels come in an order of dozen, only had two choices in cooler for spreads, both savory again. Had to ask them for other options the refrigerator behind counter had tons of flavors, why dont they put them out? Got home, bagels were of poor quality as far as how they looked. Some flat, some burned. WTH is going on at this place, I used to really like it, very sad.

This place is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. My favorite is the low carb everything bagel. I normally dont eat bagels because of all the carbs, so this is perfect! I think they switch coffee flavors so there are different flavors on different days but I had a chocolate raspberry coffee one day I was in there and it was so good!

My bagel was burnt and they clearly did one small spread of jelly and a small amount of peanut butter, so until I got to the middle of it, I was eating a very dry bagel. Our frappe tasted like an entire bottle of syrup was poured into it. Just not worth the money.

EDIT: So Ive been returning just about every morning for the last few months and I am pleased to be able to once again leave a 5 star review. The food has been great along with the service. This morning I forgot my mask so I had to use the drive through and the speaker was crispy clear and ordering was a breeze. Also the employees have made an effort to establish a personal connection with me and memorize my order. Hats off to improvement!EDIT: A few months ago I was forced to leave a very revealing and hurtful review. I generally do not like doing this because it important to keep small local business thriving in todays society. However the truth is that this place needed a wake up call. I swore an oath to never visit this place again out of principle. However, in light of current events I felt now than ever is a time to forgive and forget. I decided to give it another go. For the past 3 days Ive been stopping for breakfast and I must say.....IMPROVEMENT. 3 days of no burnt rings around the bagels (which if you read my previous review is unheard of). This morning I decided to try a sandwich again. The sandwich was fresh. The bagel was toasted right. Overall I can say the food quality is back to normal. Ive bumped my review to 4 stars for the simple fact that the food has improved tenfold and thats what its all about. A few things still need work. Customer service is a little wobbly. Sometimes I walk in and I feel like part of the family. Sometimes I walk in and feel like an inconvenience (usually if its busy). For the most part its good but definitely needs a little fine tuning. I will say the gentleman thats been there for years (younger guy, soft voice) is always consistent and friendly. The owner has also always been very professional even considering some bad encounters. I will continue to return here to monitor improvement because I want this place to thrive. And one more thing.....from all of your customers as a whole...please....get the damn drive through speaker fixed :)Previous review: 2 stars (below)This place used to be a gold mine. The quality has plummeted over the past few years. Almost every bagel is burnt because they dont have the right sized toaster and refuse to get a new one. I came in for a breakfast sandwich and had 4 hairs in it. When I called I was told to come right down for a new one and I returned to get a new sandwich only to find another hair in that one as well. I swore the place off after that but still returned a few months later to give it yet one more shot and got burnt bagels everyday for a week. The staff is usually extremely friendly however get very overwhelmed very quickly. Its a shame the food quality is so poor because the staff really are very pleasant and the decor and atmosphere are great. This place has great potential but is squandering it away by cutting corners.

The bagels here are pretty good, but the prices on everything are way too high. The cinnamon roll that I paid $3.50 (a single one) was at least a day (if not more ) old. While I enjoyed the bagel, the prices are just too high.

Do yourself a favor and eat a Sohos bagel. They make their own cream cheese which is also excellent. Highly recommend the Chongo (cheddar onion garlic) bagel.

Locally owned. Their bagels are top notch and the combo deals that they offer are a steal. Stay for a breakfast sandwich and enjoy their cafe atmosphere. Sadly, buried in the back of a strip mall, so people often miss it.

I dont know what changed... but for the last 6 months or so every time i get a breakfast sandwich from here i have diarrhea that night. I notice that the fry cooks are handling raw eggs and then touching toasted bagels with the same gloves. The veggie cups are super sweaty and look limp and inedible. I used to love this place because the bagels are delicious!!! But I get sick from it :( please fix this!

I have been stopping every workday morning and enjoying your bagel sandwich every day, every week, for the past 3 years. I use the Customer Appreciation” punch cards; thank you. On Thursday the 7th, I stopped for my usual coffee and sandwich. One punch card was used up, while the coffee had one more punch. Now, doesn’t it stand to reason that if I get the same order 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month, 12 months a year, I can assume someone did not punch the one coffee?No I can’t. Your “manager” and she made sure I knew she was the manager. Told me she was not willing to give me the free (or should I say earned) coffee. Now I really don’t care so much about the coffee, but I certainly do care about being sneered at and “put in my place” by your manager.I did not get loud, nor an in your face attitude. I tried to reason with her. She, on the other hand came across as a rude, snot nose brat. I’ve noticed that the customer service has fallen off over the past few months. Oh, buy the way. My daughter stopped by your store very frequently, she agrees.

Its A Very Comfortable Place Great Bagels

I see a lot of inconsistency with their food and running out of certain items. The bacon has gotten thinner like paper thin. And the only thing you can count on to be consistent is waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru.

I used to absolutely love this place when Eli ran it, recently theyve been inconsistent, and most staff is friendly however a few are rude. A lady cashed out my boyfriend and i and then said your food will be right out ladies i was agitated but niether of us said anything.

Why do they let the customers go behind the counter ? So far I have seen 2. One helped herself to more coffee (Ive nervergotten a free refill) the other used the sink. So cold in there on the mornings. Of the coffecowas ffeeas hot as the bathroom, that would be awesome.
