I got hair that I havent been able to get for 6 years. Being from Syracuse NY I see different types of hair. But to get this hair so I can creat a master piece was an Amazing. Nobody had this except Hair G....

You can still find the weaves, wigs and the braiding hair you want but other hair supplies are low or continue to be out of stock. Shampoos, conditioners, oils etc.

I just bought a creme of nature with argan oil relaxer from here Galleria. I opened the Box and it seemed like the neutralizing shampoo and the conditioner that was in the Box was open and they were halfway gone. The conditioner was a little bit less than half a bottle. And the neutralizing shampoo was a little bit above halfway. Luckily I have my own neutralizing shampoo and conditioner at home, Or I would have damaged my hair. I dont know how cheap someone the can be that they would skim off of the products they sell. I will never ever go back to this place. I couldve really damaged my hair. Neutralizing shampoo is nothing to play with when it comes with with relaxers. This is why I say that people that have cosmetology licenses and that went to beauty school should only be allowed to sell beauty products, Because I could have damaged my here. They have a no refund policy and nobody is picking up their phone. I drove all the way from Greece New York because I needed weave as well. Never again. Buyers beware.

Shopped here for the first time this morning. Apparently you get 15% off on mondays. I paid with my card and left the store. Young lady (fine young chocolate thang) runs out with cash for me because the discount wasnt applied to my transaction. 12 stars.

Its convenient. The hours of operation are great. Customer service isnt always great but they have a decent selection.

BEWARE! They are charging 10.35% tax rate, when Rochester, NY has an 8% tax rate. Buyer beware. I addressed this to the staff and they stated the owner did it this way. This is illegal and fraudulent. I have already contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau). If you have shopped there, check your receipt and do the math yourself; they are stealing from you.

I security alarm went off as I was walking out the business.The bootleg security or owner clearly seen me go to one area. (BECAUSE THEY STARE AT YOU THE ENTIRE TIME). I had a small purse so nothing can fit in it. As they were harassing me another woman was walking out and the buzzer went off as well. I will never patronize this business again!!!!! I will pass on the word to go elsewhere.

I had a horrible experience returning broken earrings with receipt. Store cashier was extremely rude not making any sense what so ever not letting me have my money back or exchange broken earrings for new ones. The cashier also told me he didnt want to sell me my purchase that day asked to speak with a manager that was refused. I asked for the police to be called to help they did when police finally arrived I had yo wait a long time but in the end was allowed to exchange the earrings and make my purchase but OMG what and ordeal!!!!!!!

Terrible. Wigs on display look used and store just dirty looking. Not a place i would venture to again.

Great place, a little disorganized and not much make up, foundation, powder, blush and lipstick varieties for dark complexions skin tones other than that they have all the weaveable hair products you want!

When I go to the Hair Gallery I can find everything I need and the staff there is very helpful its only one thing that bothers me the parking lot is very bad it needs to be fixed they need to put down a new pavement for the the parking lot theres big holes everywhere but other than that the store and the staff theyre great thank you
