I purchased a mattress here 5 months ago. My first king bed, and it is amazing! They have a huge selection of really great mattresses. Wonderful customer service and knowledge. I stopped in today to purchase king pillows and because I was a repeat customer, the owner Rick, gave me a great deal. In the future for any bedroom needs, I will stop here first. Maybe even a hot tub in the future.

This place was my first choice a year ago but didnt have the funds at that moment to purchase. This year i purchased a bed before my birthday (purchased Sep. 27) from Mattress Firm, they said expected delivery a day after my birthday (oct 5th suspected delivery) then got delayed two more times and i was only offered a bed they had in stock or continue to wait. I requested a refund, waited for it to make its way back to me, and found a better bed at Land ‘O’ Dreams! Jason was super nice and the two young men who delivered today were also super nice! I highly recommend cause they do make you feel welcomed and walk you through any questions! Love it, and thank you all of you!

Awesome overall Experience! The staff at Land O Dreams knows their products and helped us through the process of picking out the perfect bed for us. They also offer a huge selection of bed frames and mattresses and explained the benefits of each one so we could make an educated decision. I would recommend them to everyone!

Extremely impressed with Land-o-dreams. from start to finish best mattress store around. their sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. they have so many different types a mattresses i was amazed at the selection. we ended up buying beautiful italian made mattress that is so comfortable. after the purchase they delivered my bed and took my old one away. couldnt be happier with my experience

Ive shopped here for over 20 years and have always been treated like family and I feel very comfortable doing business with a company that goes above and beyond for each customer. You dont get this type of customer service anywhere else. Rick is such a great guy to work with and so full of product knowledge it was amazing.

I purchased my first mattress 30 years ago from Land O Dreams. They are very experienced and helpful. I just purchased a Therapedic mattress and adjustable base. The ability to lift the whole base has been great for my acid reflux, and the gentlemen that hauled my old mattress away and set this one up were very nice and accomodating too.My only complaint would be that I seem to fall asleep before saying my prayers at night. I absolutely love it!!

My husband and I were so impressed, with the knowledge of their products. When our bed was delivered and set up, the guys went up and beyondWhat we expected .I would recommend land o dreams to everyone!

Rick was rude and much like a used car salesman, fortunately when I returned I got a salesman with product knowledge and a friendly demeanor. Fairly happy with my purchase. Rick needs to retire though.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic! We told the salesman what we were looking for and what our budget was and he helped us find exactly what we wanted! Very satisfied customer. Will definitely return.

I find the other reviews here absolutely opposite of our experience. While we found the service at time of sale to be good (we purchased a hot tub a few years ago), weve found anything post-sale to be nearly impossible. Calls to the store go un-returned. I emailed the store manager, which is also ignored. I actually find it unbelievable that this company remains in business.

Do not buy a hot tub from this store! Once they have your money the agreement changes and you are no longer a priority. They will not return calls or emails so you need to walk in in person to communicate to them. They will tell you whatever it takes to shut you up, and try to avoid the customer at all costs. Overall terrible experience and I would never buy from them again.

Sales person knew the products well, but mattress we purchased was not available at the store when promised. And then one of the employees was reluctant to make it right for us. Fortunately, the other person was willing to go get it.

We bought a hot tub from them and customer service is awful. Wont fix our hot tub or stand behind it. We have had an electrician out here and they said it was fine. Would not recommend buying a hot tub from them! Gary is very in professional!

The manager is an awesome, helpful guy. Answered all my questions and showed me around. No pressure, but he was willing to tell about all things they sell. Beds, hot tubs, chemicals for pools and spas, chairs, like recliners.

Came in and he tried to talk me out of what I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted before going there. He then made disparaging comments about those that didnt want his top of the line, overpriced mattresses.

The staff there was friendly. I walked in just looking, and walked out with a new king size bed.

They have mattresses that you can flip, which is great. You can find reasonably priced items here.

Amazing store thats been around forever theyve been selling my family beds for generations and i plan to keep it that way!

We bought a used hot tub and had a few issues in the beginning that they always took care of. After the warranty ran out I had a bigger issue with it and was a bit nervous. But they stepped up and still covered everything, To us that is customer service, I know when we decide to upgrade where our first stop will be. Thanks again

Not recommend this place. Terrible customer service. Totally ignore you if you complain about the mattress you bought and not willing to switch it with a different.
