Bob is great! Couldnt have asked for a better experience. He was very upfront and thorough in his evaluation of our car. He gave us an estimate and kept us posted on his progress. My neighbor has gone there for years. I decided to try them out and was very happy with the service. They were busy and I had to wait a few days before they could get to my car. I guess thats the sign of an upstanding shop. The price was a little bit cheaper than what I was quoted from a national chain.

Love this place! Ill admit a big part of the reason I went at first was that it was walkable from work, so I could easily drop my car in the morning and pick it up at the end of my day. But I had heard good things about the place as well. The gentleman who runs the business is always super polite, helpful, and up front. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me or overcharging me. I have yet to have an issue with any work they have done and I highly recommend them!

I needed a place quick for oil change and balance for a trip to NYC and I wanted something close to home. Graves was able to get me right in. It was a little awkward finding the price as when you enter you are in the garage. But the owner was very professional and courteous. My car was done early and they even noticed my registration sticker was sitting on the seat and put it on for me. I will definately be back for more services from them.

Its a small shop but the work is done well and the prices are reasonable.

After a bad experience and a waste of money at a different auto repair shop, I decided to try Graves Auto. They did not let me down and even went above what I expected from their service. Thanks again for being awesome!!! Ill be back for sure :)

These two guys are honest, do quality work for an afforable price, and dont try to get you to do more than what you asked for. Anything from an oil change to engine work, theyve always been up front with what needs to be done, what should be done and what can wait a little longer with price estimates along the way. Highly recommended quality mechanics!

I dropped off my car on a Friday and was told it would have been looked at by the next Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to find that my car had not been seen and it was not even on the schedule to be looked at that day. I went to pick up my keys to take my car to another shop that was available to look at it same day and they didnt take the time to even hand me my keys. Instead they left them on a stool by a car and made me search for them. Wildly unprofessional and I will never return to this company. If I could give less than one star I would.
