Im incredibly impressed by the mechanics at Tires plus. Mike, Dave, Jeff and crew have worked on my truck numerous times. Each time finishing with quality work. I wont go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

These guys and gals are the best at what they do! I have had them work on my 2005 Subaru since I bought it new. They are really amazing and I would highly recommend their service and their tires!

Came here today to get a trailer tire fixed. Understandable that the trailer couldnt fit in the shop and not having the equipment to fix a small tire. However, asked about taking off the old tire and rim, replacing it with the tire and rim that I have in the back of the trailer, apparently they dont have a jack or impact to take the rim and tire off. Will not ever go here again.

Thought I had left a review before, but I guess I didnt. Dave and the entire crew and all 100% great folks to work with. Dave worked with us all the way on the new wheels and tires for our truck. Made great recommendations and even was able to show me what they would like like installed. Price was exactly as quoted and everything went great. Thanks to all involved. 100% recommended.

Very honest shop. Got a very small sidewall puncture in one of my performance tires. They diagnosed it for free and while they couldn’t fix, and recommended replacing all four tires, Dave was willing to work with me to find a different solution (Tire Rack can sell a single tire shaved down to match the other partially worn tires). Much appreciated!

If you have ever heard the phrase Minnesota Nice, this place is Minnesota Fantastic.I was having problems with my tire, and called this establishment. It was an hour until they closed. They picked up my call fast, said they were super busy and told me to bring my truck in and they would do their best.Not a half hour later, they called and said the jobs done, and to come pick it up. It was a miniscule thing they fixed and didnt charge me. They found another problem with my tire and fixed that aswell, for a very reasonable price.All in all, the people are professional, clean, and fast. The building is modern, and efficient. Call this place if you need something tire related.

This particular store is totally incompetent. The past two times Ive gone its taken over 5 hours to do an alignment. Today they didnt even get to my car in 5 hours.

I went in there for an alignment and my lower control arm was bad and they estimated 420 for the part, when it’s 160 at autozone, they say it’s for the warranty on the part through them, total con artists, way over charged would never come back here again.

The tire tech didnt come out and explain that I really didnt need new tires for the rear of my car. The communication between workers and customers seems to be lacking in a major way. Also I saw employees not wearing their masks properly or they werent wearing them at all while on company property. That is a truly sad thing in these troubling times. I am very disappointed.

The mechanics had my car ready in a matter of hours, even when I told them there was no rush and I could pick it the following day. I am more than impressed. The guys here are friendly, fast, and always work hard to get my vehicles taken care of. Recently had some work done that took longer than expected (due to the condition of the truck, not their fault). They apologized so much, I had to tell them not to worry about it! Pretty much the only place in town Ill take my vehicles. Special thanks to Dave and Colin for being awesome!

Talk about honesty!!!Had a nail in the tire. When they tried to fix it they messed up so they replaced all the tires at no cost.Who does that in these days?Honesty goes a long way. Tires Plus will always get my business here in Rochester.

I setup my appointment online as they had the tires I wanted in stock. I received the email confirmation. As I was driving from 25 miles away I decided to call and double check we were all setup and good to go.The guy on the phone told me the automated system doesn’t check against their appointment book, so it’s useless for him. He told me they had no openings and that I could drop my vehicle off and the “might get to it by tomorrow”.How is it my fault their computers don’t communicate? I immediately called another tire center, found better tires at a reasonable price and brought my vehicle there.I do not recommend Tires Plus.

This is the friendliest, most responsive car-care team I have ever worked with. They do a great job! I have never felt over-charged or pressed to have work done that I was not sure was absolutely necessary. They have made me a lifetime customer!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The level of disorganization/ incompetence we experienced at this store was unbelievable. My wife had taken her vehicle in for a simple tire rotation, oil change, and vehicle inspection. Not too difficult for a business that supposedly specializes in these thingsShe was informed by the service manager William that the vehicle inspection was done and that she would need new tires to which she agreed. After not hearing from anyone after that we go to pick the car up at 4:50pm to find her car still up on the rack with no tires on it. We were told to come back in 30 mins.Upon returning my wife had asked William if he had double checked the work that the tire tech had done on her car (since William had stated earlier that same technician had forgot to put an oil cap on another vehicle that day) he then told her that tech had actually put one tire on backwards and had to remount it. William also told her she would need to come back for an alignment since there was no technician working that day who could do it. (Not sure why there is only one person who knows how to do an alignment)After being told that they had lost the service ticket and we could not check out until they found it (saw two techs outside looking for it under the hood of her car) we finally paid and went on our way.The next day my wife said she was having trouble getting her car to start (never a problem before) figured it had to go back for the alignment anyways so we would have them check it out. Called tires plus and got William again who told her he wanted her to bring it in when he was working to do the alignment (why couldnt he do it the first time it was there?)Went to drop off the car again and was told by William he could not find her on the schedule but she could leave her car there and he would try and fit it in but it might be several hours. She then receives a call that afternoon from William telling her she needs an alignment (the main reason she brought it in after he told her that the first visit)He also said they couldnt figure out why the car would be having trouble starting and offered to keep it overnight to look at it again the next morning to which she agreed. William then told her she would need to come back to get the alignment done and said he only told her they would do the alignment check, not the alignment free of charge (which was not what he told her previously)Fed up at this point we go to pick her car up, 3 employees are standing at the register one being William on the phone, the other 2 dont acknowledge us at all until I ask to see a manager to which they silently point at William. We did not want to speak with him but the other manager David was not there so he gave us his card and told us to deal with him.My wife expressed her dissatisfaction with the whole experience to William which was met with smug arrogance from him. She called the manager David Grecinger and told him what was going on and he seemed like he sincerely wanted to remedy the situation.Went to drop her car off a 3rd time to get the alignment done, check the starting issue and the oil leak that was noticed after the first visit.Left the car overnight so he could try and see what the problem was.The next day David calls and asks her to come down and look underneath the car at the oil leak. We go there and there is oil all over the undercarriage and also all over the top of the engine. He claimed the leak had been there for some time although we had not seen any oil on the floor until after the first visit. The alignment was also not completed ( third time it had gone in to have this done) again the one person who knows how to do it had called in.This store has demonstrated very poor customer service, incompetent staff, and a complete lack of accountability. I would highly recommend that you never take your vehicle here.

I would not recommend Tires Plus to anyone. The only good thing was they where able to get us in the same day I called on a Saturday. Even though prices I thought where high we still decided to go with them to get our brakes fixed. Biggest mistake ever. Had new pads and rotors put on our front brakes on our Toyota Sequoia last Oct. about a month after, we had a really loud squeaking noise only when we backed out of garage and down driveway. Brought it back to them to look at and they said nothing was wrong and that the squeaking noise was cause by the temperature change from garage to outside cause of winter. Nope this last summer still squeaking took back to them as our rear brakes where bad still nothing wrong with squeaking noise. Now a year later the squeaking is becoming more frequent like backing out of parking spots at stores. Had my real mechanic look at it he said it is cause by the cheap kind of pads they used. Now with over 1000 dollars invested in brakes at Tires Plus we still have squeaking and will probably have my mechanic put on a higher quality pad so we dont have the squeaking. Really pissed off.

My car started suddenly grinding and they were close by so I pulled right in. They took my car in and fixed it by squeezing me in while I shopped at the mall. Totally painless and the price was reasonable. They get five stars for friendliness and convenience.

The best place for a full inspection at a whopping 19.95. The best price in town to have a vehicle insoected before you buy or just a yearly check. Love it!

Ive just changed my oil there. They were friendly, fast and reasonably priced. They didnt force me into buying anything. Overall I was satisfied.

I had a flat tire on my way to work. Tires Plus came to my rescue! They repaired my tire quickly and effectively. I could not believe how reasonable charges were either. I was treated like I was a family member. I would recommend them for all auto needs.

I went to Tires Plus and got tires the truck ran fine for a couple days then it started pulling to the right I take it back in and theyre telling me that is out of line I told him I went to Heartland Tire and Auto where I originally got the truck aligned they told me it was the tire I go back to Tires Plus and theyre telling me it is not the tires they did rebalance and rotate the tires and since the right side Tire was out of line they said they aligned the driver side front tire it still pulls to the right now Im going to believe the ones at Heartland Tire and Auto 2 Reasons 1 these gentlemen are at least 47 or better for owners 2 they have been in business for well over 20-30 years I went the cheaper route by going to Tires Plus when it would have been just as cheap to get them from Heartland Tire and Auto. Over at Tires Plus they do not know anything about tires and alignment they cant get to my vehicle for a couple more days and told me to drive the truck like it is I am more than dissatisfied and unhappy with Tires Plus and will never go back for service ever again they dont even deserve to get one star for a reading they suck no good stay away from Tires Plus

This is my second trip to this location for tires. Had a few issues on the second trip and all of which were resolved with professionalism. I will definitely return to this location for my next set of tires or repairs.

Went to a different place to get my oil changed because they were having a good deal. I’ve visited tires plus to get my oil changed many times and it’s the only place i go to. Today at the other place i went to get my oil changed they found that oil filter hadn’t been changed for looked like a year. So then it hit me, I’ve paid for a new oil filter the last time i visited tires plus so that couldn’t have been possible. Well it turns out that i paid to get my oil filter changed and they didn’t change it. Who knows how much damaged this did to my engine. I don’t get it why charge someone for a service and not do the work. I’m very disappointed.

Ive been coming to Tires Plus for various things over the years, but I am completely done. They replaced the tires on my husbands car about 4 months ago. They havent stopped leaking since. Hes brought it in several times and each time they fix it and send him home, but it still keeps leaking. This week I brought my car in after it started squealing and smelling bad. They took a day to look at it and then quoted me $700 for the part and labor. After looking up the part online and finding out it was a $35 part, we called back and were told the price was set by the manager and he was unavailable until the next day. We were quoted $250 by several other shops in town and ended up taking my car somewhere else. Dont go to Tires Plus, they will do shoddy work and over charge you for it.

I had a flat tire and brought it in to the Rochester, MN Tires Plus to have it inspected. They told me several cords had been severed and a new tire had to be purchased for $200. I took the tire to Discount Tire and they patched it for free... its been a month and Ive had no issues with the patch job yet. Avoid this ripoff of a company they will oversell at your expense.

Really like the people who work there

Its alright for basic repairs such as tire changes, alignments, and oil changes. I wouldnt trust them for much more. Most of the people who work there are courteous and professional, but it has that eerie corporate feel to it. I have noticed many times they have recomended overpriced almost unessesary repairs, but its there job to do so if they see the slightest bit of wear in any of the componets in your vehicle. Its that corporate policy that they must follow if they wanna keep business.They also will not allow you to bring in your own parts, it must be purchased by them which is a big hang up for me.Basically if you want a decent rate on tires, or an oil change or you hit a curb and threw your alignment off go for it. But if you need a major repair invest in the local guys it will make your life easier.They are great for getting a tire on the weekends, and they do a good job on that.

Showed up at 1 in the afternoon on a Tuesday with a screw in my tire. Was told I would need to make an appointment to have it patched and the soonest they could get me in was Sunday. I walked out and found somewhere that wanted my business.

Setup an appointment online to purchase some tires and have them installed. Arrived at my scheduled time only to find that not only were they booked out for 10 days for installations, but they didnt have the tires I wanted in stock. Why exactly did the website let me make an appointment to have THAT tire installed at THAT location!? Pretty lame.

Brought in car for alignment. Mechanic(salesman) tried to sell me thousands of dollars in repairs. Refused, brought my car to my normal mechanic and had it fixed for less then 25% of what was quoted at tires plus. Untrustworthy, would not bring your car here unless you want to do overpriced repairs that arent even necessary. Shame on you tires plus for trying to take advantage of people.

Called to have my car looked at and scheduled but once I dropped it off they told me there wasn’t even a mechanic there and no one qualified to look at my car. That’s why I called 3 hours earlier! What’s the point in being open til 7 if the mechanics leaves at 5? Next time I’ll go somewhere that has real mechanics.

Numerous Issues - Between having someone try to con me out of my vehicle, to not having work done as requested, to having quotes grossly inflated. I am not sure how many other have been taken here, but I wont make the same mistake.

A few days after paying almost $500, I was stranded with the same problem. So I took the car back. They didnt even attempt to resolve the problem. I wont be taking anything there again.

This the WORST place to get your car done. The are the biggest con artists out there. They make up stuff and over inflate the prices they are charging. DO not take your car here unless you want to get ripped off!
