Terrible customer service..I bought a GMC Yukon here with 2 service warrenties on leather and glass...I had to pull teeth to get them to fix my windshield .. Melissa the lady who I worked with did not even call me to let me know my vehicle was finished..they had my truck for 3 weeks and did not want to do a thing on it. Conclusion unless you are rich and buying a Cadillac I would not give these people the time nor day very unprofessional.I just tried calling service and Trevor hung up the phone is there any customer service here¿No o these people really make a person mad

My Cadillac requirements are very particular, newer model (possible), low miles, factory warranty to be in place and color specific. Called Crestview Cadillac and talked John Drummy on Friday 4:30 PM time and agreed over the phone. Took an early morning flight from Minnesota reached by Noon on Saturday and completed the purchase and went on road by 1:45 PM.I never thought online car buying from almost 10 hours driving distance away was never this easy. The credit should go to John Drummy. Once i reached the dealership the car looked great and Johns boss Jerry Kelly was very helpful.Cheryl Noda is the finance manager and helped with documentation. I enjoyed my chat with Jeffrey Bulman on my way to the dealership.I am pleased with Crestview Cadillac, i wish if i stayed in Michigan i could have recommended more people to the dealership.Hopefully my review will help people who want to buy from out of state, i highly recommend the ease of transaction and love the quality of the service i received.

The only reason Im giving this dealership one star is because I cant give it anything lower. Ive been a Cadillac owner for over 6 years, this is my 3rd Cadillac. I realize Im spoiled by the awesome experience with my previous dealership in Henderson, NV but Ive had a miserable time with this one. I made an appointment to have a problem with a display looked at and made arrangements for it and scheduled an appointment for 9/9 at 8:30. We dropped off the night before. After not hearing anything I tried to reach them to be told the car hadnt even been looked at. I told them I need it back on 9/10 by the afternoon. They said they would try to get it in and see what was going on. I waited until the afternoon to call back and waited on hold for over 30 minutes, because they are not the best at calling back. After being told my paperwork was in someones office and there was a meeting they said they would call me back. I waited for a few hours with no call. I called back and was told they were trying to call me that they did not have time to get it in, they are at least two weeks backlogged and I could come get it. I told them it was completely unacceptable to set an appointment and not set any expectations that I might be without my 2020 Cadillac XT5 for possibly two weeks until they could get it in. I understand that the current situation makes it impossible to do loaners and that parts are scarce but this is completely horrible service. I was told I understand and that was the extent of it. I contacted Cadillac today to lodge a complaint.

Hello I purchased a 2021 Cadillac Escalade from Emily and Sales manager Dave. When I was looking to purchase the vehicle it was such an inconvenience. I was looking to finance the vehicle or to pay cash and they were giving me the run around and told me I could only lease the vehicle. I ended up leasing the vehicle after I waited 3 months for it. But that’s not even the worst part . After 2 months of my purchase the vehicle would not start. I called the dealer and they couldn’t help me. It was parked in my driveway for 2 days until I tried the second key and it worked. They told me it was probably a problem with the program and told me I can bring in the vehicle. When I got to their mechanic facility, they didn’t want to give me a loaner and Dwayne in service was extremely rude. The issue was never resolved and 2 weeks later I have another issue. The screen shuts completely off and doesn’t come back for another 5-10 minutes. I keep having issues with the vehicle and these problems shouldn’t be happening on a brand new 100k vehicle. Luckily when the vehicle wasn’t starting it was in my driveway or my wife and new born babies would of been stranded on the street. I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone.

First off, who wouldn’t want to come to a Cadillac dealer. Friendly staff with plenty of snacks and water while you wait! I want to thank John Drummy, Jerry Kelly and Cheryl for getting me into a Chevy Cruze. I couldn’t be more happy.They communicated very well, even so much to text me with updates. My Chevy Cruze had low miles and was so clean. If you want a car, come to Crestview Cadillac, and they will get you out and on your way! Thanks again guys!

I made an online appointment at Crestview Cadillac for engine oil change and tire rotation. The cost confirmation on my appointment is $59.99 as you can see in the attached confirmation e-mail from Crestview Cadillac. I confirmed from websites and Cadillac of Novi that my 2020 XT4 takes 6qt of oil. When I arrived for my appointment, I was given cost estimate of $77.87, which is almost $18 more than my appointment e-mail. I drove 2 hours (round trip) from Northville for this oil change only because of the Saturday appointment. The service advisor was Duane Wittels (I think that was his last name). First he tried to convince me that the price of $59.99 is for 6qt promotional and that my car needs 5qt. He said that $59.99 is not for my car. This of course doesn’t make any sense as 5qt cannot be more expensive than 6qt. As I mentioned and confirmed before, my car does take 6qt. When I made the appointment on Crestview web site, I selected my car and then I was given the option to select service. That’s how I was offered the $59.99 oil change and tire rotation package. If my car doesn’t qualify, the website and appointment confirmation should not say my service cost will be $59.99. With tax, I’d be willing to pay up to $65. Then he proceeded to say that the cost is $59.99 plus other fees. How in the world the other fees can add up to $18?! I have been driving and maintaining new cars at numerous dealerships around the country for many many years now. I can tell when a dealership is exercising marketing fraud. This experience is an example of one of those situations. If they want to charge their customers $78 for oil change, that’s how much they should list on their website and appointment confirmation. I’d be willing to pay any transparent cost; not the fraudulent/hidden costs. I normally pay $140 for 3 oil changes and tire rotations at Cadillac of Novi. Even at $65 (which I am willing to pay), I’d be paying $55 extra for 3 oil changes. I only decided to come here today for the weekend appointment I was able to get. As they say, when it looks too good to be true…. It probably is. No wonder they had available appointments for Friday and Saturday when I made my appointment on Friday morning, where there’s 3-4 weeks wait time at Cadillac of Novi. They just lost me as a customer and my friends/family circle. These behavior and business carried out by the service advisor (also the assistant service manager) is not a fault of the assistant service manager only. It’s the dealership management allowing such practices that yield such experiences. If you drive a Cadillac, take your business elsewhere. Pretty much all the dealerships are greedy… Crestview is just next level. Also, this dealership looks very dirty and and messy.Update 1: Attached is how much I paid ($60) at Suburban Cadillac of Troy. Troy also has the 3 oil changes for $140. I went here because Novi location doesn’t have any appointments until few weeks later.Update 2: Before I left Crestview, I asked to speak with the manager. He was not available, so I left my contact info with the Showroom receptionist to call me. It’s too late for any call now.

I had quite a bit of adventure trying to find a Escalade I had many dealers take advantage of me and try to overcharge me. I located a Escalade called and spoke to Kara Saks. What a experience with her. I had no issues what so ever and she got down to business quick and was able to locate me one and close the deal. She did the same for my friend. You want a Escalade call Kara. Easy to communicate over text and won’t do you dirty like other people have been doing me day after day. Thanks again!

The worst dealer I have ever been to for service. I had my Cadillac towed to Crestview with multiple electrical issues and a no start condition. I did not hear anything for 3 days so I called and the Service Manager who said Oh I am so glad you called as I had these keys sitting here and had no clue who are what they were for. ( Even though I had already received a text/email confirmation from the dealership advising they were aware the vehicle was incoming and what the issues were). He then proceeded to advise that his mission that day was to actually find my Cadillac as he had no idea where it was. A week passed with no call - so I contacted them to inquire status for which I was advised it was next for evaluation that same day. Another week passed and still no word - so I made another follow up call with same useless update. Sill another week passed without a call - so this time I showed up at the dealership in person. After 15 minutes of the service representative fumbling around saying he didnt even see my vehicle in their system - the Service Manager appeared and told me that it just went into the shop and would be looked at by a Technician that morning. That was a complete lie as I saw my Cadillac in their back lot sitting like it had been for over 3 weeks. I advised him he was lying and took my keys and left!

I recently leased a new vehicle from Crestview Cadillac and am extremely pleased with the experience I had. This was my first time leasing a Cadillac and my sales consultant, Kara Sacks, took every effort to make the process as seamless as possible. She had prompt communication whenever I emailed or texted her with questions. When I arrived at the dealer, she had the finance manager, Cheryl Noda, have all the paper work ready to minimize the wait time. Signing the documents was not a long process as most of the signing was digital. Rather than take home a pile of signed copies, Cheryl put digital copies onto a memory stick. I thought this was a great idea! Walking out of the dealer all I had was the key fob and memory stick in my pocket. My overall experience was fantastic and will continue to visit Crestview Cadillac for all my future service and leasing needs.Thanks for making my first-time Cadillac experience exceptional!

I purchased an XT6 from Crestview. The car had and still has 10 weeks later a rotten smell. There is a constant grinding noise. There was a 2017 tire on the rear passenger side. I took the car finally to another Cadillac dealership who found the tire to be 4 years old with 30-40,000 miles on it. All 4 break pads were replaced. I have called 3 times to speak to the principal owner/general manager with no return call. I spoke to Mike the service manager in person who “promised” me an immediate solution to all of the issues. I have also heard nothing from him. I initially called the salesman Steve, also with no return call. This has been a horrible horrible situation. I would never recommend Crestview

My most recent visit to Crestview Cadillac. Brought in my 2018 CTS in for service on Thursday 9/2 at 8:00 am. I called service today (Friday 9/3) at 5:00 pm to check the status only to find that the car hasnt even been looked at. Why was it necessary for me to bring it in early if no one was available to work on it? Also, service never answered the call. The receptionist had to leave a message for them to return my call. To make things worse, I found out from Duane that a loaner wouldnt be available until October. There was no effort on their part to reschedule me for Tuesday after the holiday, just add me back to their schedule for September 15. Poor service and lack of concern on their part.

Very nice and helped with fixing the car under warranty. I was not happy with the courtesy car deal. They told my wife that we didnt have to fill it backup with gas. Then I got charged over $40 dollars when I could of filled it for 20. Oh well! I learned my lesson.

Left a $500 deposit over the phone with Cara to hold a car overnight with the assurance it was fully refundable .I called back a few hours later the SAME DAY and left a vm that we were still looking at other options and would not be coming by the next morning at 8:30 to look at the vehicle and to release any pending charge to my debit card.Two days later the charge is on my account and no response from Crestview.DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!

I probably should wait until after the law suit is settled, but if I can keep one person from entering Crestview, let alone buying a new car there, the risk will be worth it.I leased a new Cadillac here predicated on the condition that they would pay off the remaining payments on my previous GM lease vehicle. Shook hands on the terms. When the time came to sign the contract though, there was no reference to the payoff. My wife and I were told that the payoff would be handled in a separate transaction. Made sense, so we signed the lease contract.When it came time to pick up the new car and return the previous lease, there was no mention of the payoff, but we assumed there was another transaction pending. It never came and the next I heard about the payoff was a call from GM financial stating that the lien was never paid off and that the payments were past due. My next call was to my salesman John Dew who claimed the contract (which we signed under false pretenses) did not reflect the payoff terms and therefor the dealership had no intention of paying the remaining/outstanding balance. I left messages with Crestview management, but my calls were never returned. So I paid the balance myself and proceeded to sue the dealership seeking restitution.Expect a slimy, car dealer response to this review about how my version of the story is misguided, so it will be up to you to decide who’s version is right. But, keep in mind this is a car dealership.As mentioned earlier, the suit is still pending, but I consider it worth the risk of jeopardizing the outcome in an effort to prevent anyone/everyone with a shred of dignity and an expectation of being treated respectfully (as you should when shopping for the “best” GM has to offer) from entering this business. They are a stain on the otherwise beautiful city of Rochester.Avoid this dealership!!!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Customer service was horrible. Tried to charge me more than what was stated on my on-line appt. They talked bad about another customer while I stood there paying for my service. Guess they didnt think I could hear what they were saying.Les Stanford in Dearborn knows how to treat a customer, give that dealership a try, you will not regret it. I live in Troy and drive there for all my vehicle needs, with the only exception being an oil change in which case I typically go to Suburban Cadillac of Troy (both listed dealerships didnt have an open appt for a week)Response to Owners comments: I will not be calling, all of my concerns were listed in the survey sent to me post appt. I will always give a company a second chance, and in this case 3rd. I have spoken to a manager in the past and nothing changed, there is nothing you can say to me to convince me your dealership will change anything.

To summarize my most recent trip to Crestviews service department in two words: horrific nightmare. They tried to outrageously over-charge me without properly diagnosing the problem, and retaliated after I refused the repair by leaving the vehicle in a mess on pick up.I took my vehicle to Crestview for service on the OnStar hardware system after noticing the status indicator by the 3 buttons turned red. Prior to the trip to the dealer, I called the OnStar call center, which ran a remote diagnosis and identified the problem being in the OnStar system. A follow-up automated e-mail provided the error code B1447, which was related to the back-up battery for the module. Note that the call was placed through OnStar from within the vehicle, which meant the communication system worked except when the vehicle lost power in a serious crash, the main reason to have OnStar service in the first place.I relayed all information above to Crestview online when making the service appointment and was assured that it would be passed along to the team.On the day of service, Crestview called and said per their diagnosis, the entire OnStar unit needed to be replace or none of the OnStar functionality would work. Furthermore, the replacement part would cost over 700. I called their bluff by mentioning the prior diagnostic session with call-center as proof that the module itself worked. I even successfully requested the vehicle location through Cadillac / OnStar mobile app right after the phone call; this required connectivity to the vehicle. On top of that, the module does not cost 700 even if a unit replacement is needed. Disclosure: I am a former GM / OnStar employee and knows when its over 8 times the actual cost.After the back-and-forth, they came back with yet another overpriced quote to just replace the battery: over 500 dollars with 3 hours of labor. I declined the repair and waited to pick up the vehicle. When handed back to me, the rear seats were still torn down and a pick in the middle propping up the panel. Ironically, the OnStar unit is visible next to it on the right. Was it just my imagination or was it a pay back...to the customer that refused to be ripped off??Before I left, they apologized and offered to discuss this issue some more the next day. Well, take a guess whether they called me or not...

Kara was my sales woman.This is my 4th Esclade and Ive bought else where till now.Kara sold my wife a vehicle and she recommend her.Im a busy businessman and my lease was not up but I still told Kara with one phone call what I wanted.She brought on a vehicle in a matter of few weeks and I came at close to look at and she had all her apples in line and we literally closed this thing down in less than 1/2 hour on what was needed.Next day I picked it it up.This dealership and Kara is by far the most professional pulled together place I have done business with.I would not hesitate to recommend or do future business with Crestview.

My brother works here. The only reason I have taken my car here was because of him. I always took my dads Cadillac or my hummer to the Cadillac of Troy. I drive a hummer so it’s a little harder than others to find a place that has employees that work on them. This place has employees that actually worked on them and knows the problem. But my brother had always spoken good about this place and highly recommended them. The workers/mechanics had always fixed the problem on my car fast/perfect. It takes good workers and management to finish something faster when they have no loaner cars available! So far I have no problems here. They are the best Cadillac dealership in Michigan! Will always go back to them whenever I have a problem! Prices are good! Might be higher than others but when it comes down to doing the job, it’s always perfect! I highly recommend them!! I have never written a dealership reviews but this place actually does the job right than going back for problems like others! Good job!!!

For a “luxury” car dealer, I sure didn’t get that feeling when I took my brand new vehicle with 750 miles on it in for service. Misdiagnosed and the mechanic stated there was “no issue”. I drove 3 miles away from the dealership only for the exact issue to come back. They had my vehicle for a week and had to put me in two separate loaners. They went through my center console and didn’t explain why until after I picked the vehicle up. I live 45 minutes away from this dealer and had to drive there twice, because of THEIR mistake. What a waste of time and they didn’t even offer to comp. gas in the second rental as an apology. I won’t be returning, and will service my vehicle at ANY other cadillac dealer.

The worst customer service ever experienced.This our second Truck purchased from them.We purchased the second Truck on 2/16/21 and prior of purchase the sells rep promised to get us rubber mats and cargo net for the truck because it didn’t came with it. And he told us that he was supposed to have them by the following week of the purchase date. After several phone calls/texting and weeks of waiting he kept telling us that they are getting shipped! And I also called the Sales Manager to make a complaint about this matter and left him a voice mail with no one called us back called again and left a message with the receptionist to the general manager with my contact information and also no one called us back!I would not recommend this dealership to any one.Very bad customer service

NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP! It took over two months to complete the work that needed to be done. During the two months I called every week, once a week, to ask for updates. No one ever called me back and only provided my insurance company updates every two weeks. My insurance company had a hard time getting Crestview to call them back. And when someone finally decided to call us, each conversation ended with Crestview promising the car would be done the following week. This promise was made 4 different times. The worst part was being promised that they would give me a call when the vehicle was ready for pick up but no one called to let me know. It was even more surprising to find out that the car was done and ready to be picked up on a Thursday but they never told me or my insurance company until the following Monday. Terrible customer service.

The body shop is horrible. I took my CTS in for an accident that was covered by insurance. Every time I called I never had any one pickup the phone in the body shop. Several calls went unreturned before I received my car back. When I picked up my car I noticed that my car was two different colors. The manager (Craig I believe, he is a big guy wearing a suit and tie) agrees with me and get the technician that worked on my car. Craig leaves and leaves me with the technician. When I was in the shop I only saw two technicians and the other is the painter. The technician tells me he dont remember what he work on on my car. It was on the shop and being the only repair technician I find this hard to believe.The technician takes me to the office where Ryan and Craig are in the body shop office. The technician requests a copy of the work and from Ryan. Ryan says the printer is not working and then emails me the work order. While in the office the phone rings and neither Ryan nor Craig answer the phone. I was emailed the paper work which was hard to decipher of the work done. When arriving home I noticed that when I opened my car door it rubbed on the lower rocker. I also noticed that the push pins holding my wheel liner were missing. A week later my wheel liner fell off my car. I called my insurance company and told them of the lack of service I received regarding the work. They reached out to the dealership and said I should call them back. I did and my phone messages were not returned.Crestview, please dont tell me you are sorry when managers wont handle issues themselves and leave it to a technician who dont have the power to do anything. I will never return to the dealership again.

Louay my sales rep was great and fast! Had my first experience with the service side as I got an oil change and had them look at a few things for me. Trevor was awesome and thorough. They are always respectful and quick. Provided me a loaner vehicle as they were working on my car. Clean and always sent me texts keeping me updated on eta of my vehicle

I went in for an oil change while they advertise a special on there website for 49.99 they charged me 109.99. When pointed out the special on there website they responded by saying they have been trying to remove that add but haven’t been able to do so. Trevor the service adviser insisted I pay the 109.99! I have leased, purchased, used the service department, and dropped of vehicles in the collision department many many times. Unfortunately will not ever go to crestview again!!

Took my car in a week or so ago to change a rim and a tire I asked them to bring me a vehicle to my house. They ended up taking it to another house luckily I used to own that house and the owner of the house called me and told me that the dealership dropped off the car. Later on in the afternoon luckily they brought the vehicle to me. I took a look inside the car not paying any attention to the paper that was in the vehicle it stated The car left the lot with 63% fuel so a week later when they came to pick the car back up I left it at the fuel level it on the paper. Over the weekend I noticed that there was a miscellaneous $30 fee on my bank statement. After further research I realised that the paper they left in the car belonged to someone totally different Melissa and I wont say the last name, her address with her credit card information on the paper. I called and spoke to Dan and he said he would call me back and still nothing,, so Dan if you reading this just know that I reported this as fraud to my bank.How can you charge a service fee to a customer that clearly never agreed to the terms of the contract because he never signed off on itHow is it the customers fault that the dealership delivered the car to the wrong address 20 or so miles away and having the person drive another 20 miles to the correct address.Melissa no worries ill throw away your personal information awayOBTW that Survey is in my email waiting to review you.

From the moment I walked in I felt the professionalism. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and took us to our salesman immediately. All the paperwork was ready. The worst experience of my life. I took my 2012 Cadillac to get fixed at this location. At first they told me it would be $2200 for the repair and I paid it. The dealer claimed they fixed my car so I went to go pick it up. I didn’t even pull out of the driveway and we still had the same problem. They charged me another diagnostic fee for the same issue and refused to waive it or to give me a refund. The manager and Trevor were very disrespectful. I will never recommend this place to anyone again.

Excellent Products but very poor Delivery Of Car! I am a first time leasee and was very exited for leasing a Cadillac brand .After price negotiations, I arrived in the showroom the paperwork was easy and quick. I was explained the features and was told to take the delivery of the car which was not clean as per Cadillac standard. I am sure even if we buy a preowned from any non brand dealer too the interior is very well detailed but the delivery I took was disappointing with dust and unclean mats and had dirt on the doors and the sunroof . This was made worse after they promised me to take care of it on another day So I went there on a Monday and was promoted a loaner for day but at the last minute they promised me to get it done in 15-20 minutes which I was ok with too. I was expecting them to get all the detailing done and clean the dust. I had to tell them to clean the car 3 times after every time they took the car by making me sit in the showroom for more than an hour by just cleaning the exact spots I pointed but missing all the other unclean surfaces. Really disappointed with the way they treated this particular delivery process. Also had to point them to a scratch on the dashboard of the car too. Crestview Please don’t take customers for granted!!!

I shouldve known when the credit was pulled 6 times this wasnt the place. Credit that is above 750. Not all inquiries were Automotive and therefore this caused multiple dings to the credit. The customer service is not there. The honesty is not there. The integrity is not there. We were told lie after lie instead of just being told the car we wanted had been sold. A car that we had insurance on at that point. The communication just stopped all together. Finally on Saturday we were told by the used car manager that the car was sold. He also stated we didnt put down a deposit. A deposit that was never requested. We thought this was a done deal. Our salesman Brandon refused to get back on the phone and say anything to us. The finance manager Ryan just let his phone ring and ring even after the receptionist stated she thought he picked up. It became clear we were being avoided. All because they were not honest. I wouldnt count on Crestview. Look elsewhere.

Terrible experience since day 1. Complained about a noise during test drive, was assured the problem was fixed. Came back to pay for the vehicle and got down the road to hear the same noise. I immediately called back in and complained again. Only to be told the rims are bent and not under warranty. Only problem is rims were bent before I bought the truck.

We didnt end up getting a Cadillac but the experience with the dealer was still very pleasant.The salesman was great to work with.Showroom was set up nicely and we had no trouble with test driving the vehicle we were shopping.Next time I am in the market for a Cadillac, I would definitely shop here.
