Was good for advise on repairing my controller and getting storage for my xbox

I really love game stop at this location I live in Greece and always travel to this one it seems they have all the games my fiancé needs and he was able to find it and the guy working was very friendly and a hard worker I really enjoy going my time looking at game with my SO

Tried to buy hard copies of game and support brick and mortar stores but they didnt have any of the 3 games I was looking for due to shipping errors.

I don’t like the customer service I have experienced there at the Jefferson rd location four years ago, and I haven’t been back since. I had a kind and friendly demeanor and no attitude and I guess that was enough for them to talk to me very aggressively as if I had ruined their day for existing in the same time and near space.

I was actually very impressed with the staff at GameStop today they were very friendly didnt try to hard sell me. well the chain as a whole is struggling the specific location did a good job

Spent more time trying to being sold memberships and protection plans, than the item i wanted. Hope you like sales pitches.

My favorite spot to pick up gaming material. The staff is always hella friendly and knowledgeable, and this will be my number one spot for such things.

We have always had great luck with used games for the 4 devices in our home. Always fair prices. Great staff.

This is a great place to buy and sell old computer games. Very knowledgeable staff and they are ready to answer all your questions. This place is a must before you go to the big boxes and pay high prices for computer games.

This Gamestop store is much better than what was (is) in the mall at Marketplace. Its larger much more room and not crowded.Staff have always been very friendly with me every time I have been shopping there.

This place absolutely REEKS of weed! It hit me in the face as soon as I walked in. Couldnt even stay one minute, it was like someone had just smoked in the store. Instant migraine. Guess Ill spend my money someplace else.

This store is FANTASTIC. They are always so helpful and friendly. Dean, the manager is one of the best employees in any retail store I have ever dealt with. He continuously goes out of his way to make his customers happy and does so in the most efficient way possible. I REFUSE to buy my games and gaming electronics elsewhere.

Great place to find the games you want

Held a game for me when I called for an hour until I got there. Staff knows what theyre talking about when it comes to games and actually shows passion about games. Store is also really clean, organized, and well managed!

Since my boyfriend and I reserved limited edition games and controllers and we had no problems since today. I came to a staff and asked for the reservation of pokemon switch lite edition and a staff said that they cant preorder anymore. My boyfriend searched and found the proof that preorder is still available. They played dirty with me in which isnt cool. Some other gamestop in different states able to reserve even its getting close. They offered me the other way. They stated that I had to pay in full for reservation of delivery. In usually, we pay $20 way before the date of release then later on that day, I pay in full next time. I will update to 5 stars if staffs improve themselves and listen to customers.

Whenever we come in here we always get asked what were looking for. When they dont have what were looking for there they are willing to recommend where else to look as well. Some of the newer staff there are doing really well and have great ideas for games. Always happy here besides that the space is kinda cramped.

Typical gamestop! Prices are good, staff are usually very helpful and friendly. However, a few years back, one of the employees asked one of my friends (a girl) if she even knew what DLC was when she was buying some games and said she didnt want map packs, so that was disappointing.
