Great place to have your computer fixed. I have a fast computer but the hard drive was small. My drive crashed. They replaced it with a great 1T drive that will keep my computer current for years. The price was less than 1/4 of a new one. These guys are good honest and reasonably priced.

The space bar on my Mac was stuck. To get it looked at within the same day, I paid an extra $50. Well worth it. They were fast and provided me recommendations to repair it and gave additional options to transfer existing data onto a new computer. I will be back with any other technology issues!

Needed a non-discript screw for a NVME drive where for some reason my original screw had fallen out. I brought the device in, and they found the right screw. Simple, but really really important. These are really good guys. Sometimes, you just need something simple done right.

Brought in my wifes computer that we had built that wasnt turning after a GPU swap and we couldnt figure out why. Weve been building computers ourselves for 20 years but anything we tried to do to fix it wouldnt work. To save ourselves a headache, we decided to bring it to other folks and pay them for it to no longer be our problem.It ended up being a simple, easy fix (The one thing I said to myself Nah, couldnt be that!), but they were prompt and we had the computer back up and running in less than 24 hours. They also explained what was wrong, how they fixed it, and what to watch out for in the future if we need to take any future steps on our end.Will definitely be back for other computing needs!

Brought in a Mac Mini which was slowing down and in trying to fix it myself I completely bungled it.....couldnt get it to boot. I wanted them to re-load the MacOS. They called and also recommended replacing the hard drive with an SSD, which I agreed to have them do. The performance improvement was remarkable. All my communications with them were very pleasant and would definitely recommend their services. Very pleased.

I want to personally thank Charles and the group for their outstanding service of my computer. They ran a diagnostics test to see what was wrong with the error messages I was getting with a reference to stop codes and screen freezes and other things. They completed these diagnostics in record time and I received it back within a very short time. I hooked the computer back up and now I do not get anymore error screens and it is running much, much better. Great service. Picked up a used pc to hold me over until I can get a new machine. I got the thing home and it didnt work. Took it in and they checked out for free. I didnt want to put much more money into a temporary machine, but they took care of me very well and sent me with a working machine at a much cheaper cost than I was expecting. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable.We had our computer in to have a virus removed and they got everything back on track. Another time we had our tablet looked at. Although the tablet problem wasn’t remedied I certainly appreciated their honesty and advice and the number of hours they worked to retrieve my lost downloads. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

The owner, Shane was kind and very honest about expectations. His employee did a great job and they even got the work done the same day for me at a reasonable price.

I have now taken 2 desktop computers in to get serviced. One had a bad drive and yet they were able to save all information. The other was running slow and had weird issues. They added a very fast drive and saved the old one. All is working great now. Both were done ahead of time and correctly. Staff are all friendly and very helpful. Cost is reasonable as well. I would recommend them for any repair!

Walked in with what I thought was a possible malware issue and potential hacking problem, but Shane was very reassuring and was quickly able to assess the problem in just a matter of minutes. He was very kind and knowledgeable did not even charge me for his time.

Brought in a laptop with two very serious issues. The first being that the charging port would not retain the charging cord. The second being my keyboard would not work. Not only were they able to replace both but they even offered options to make the machine run better. They were up front and honest about the repairs and made contact as soon as they were finished. These guys are just great. Every time! Thats why I keep returning. Charles and Shane listen and try their best to help you out...and I was in a pickle this week. They got my computer back to me as I had to do a payroll/bill issue by Friday am, no ifs, and, or buts....and it was Thursday afternoon. Im fairly savvy and have replaced hardware and reinstalled operating systems and etc. These guys figured out my problem and fixed it quick. They are cheaper than me losing a day or more reinstalling everything.

Shane was able to get my computer going again in a short span of time. I appreciate that he offers an expeditious service option. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I had everything back on my system that I wanted. The location is nice and they stay open a little later than some places which is helpful for those of us who work a little later.

We got the Express Service, to have our computer back sooner. Even though, it was not done as soon as we had discussed, our MacBook Pro problems were fixed; and, now it runs better than before!! Shane is the man! When my hard drive died and I needed the data from it, Shane was able to get the data for me within a day. Plus, I found out that the hard drive actually had a large area of scratches from the actuator arm - cant believe I got my data back after seeing how bad of condition my hard drive was in! I have been working with Bright Eyed / Shane for many years. I am dedicated to him because he is dedicated to us. He immediatly walks me through things on the phone or sends a tech or himself right over to resolve my issues. I tell everyone to use his services, and everyone is always pleased as well.

I took my laptop in for repair in May 2013. After working on my computer it booted up so they sent me home with it. When I tried to do a few things I discovered the it did not recognize any USB ports and there was no sound.I returned the computer and the dug deeper and determined that the mother board was defective. They refunded the charges, less the charges for diagnostics. I was very happy about this.Shane and his associate are great, treated me like they really wanted my business.I have dealt with two other repair specialists in this area that took my money and said tough luck. It is wonderful to be able do business with Bright-Eyed Computer, Shane and his associate.

Some computer applications would not open or would open very slowly and finally the computer would not shut down or boot. I took it to Bright-eyed Computer and they said they would do a diagnostics at no price and let me know what could be done. They called a few days later and said everything worked fine. I picked it up today and all is working again. There was no charge but I did leave a tip for them. I will be going back if I have any other problems with my computers.

I have bought several used parts from Shane and Charles and Bright-Eyed; they have always worked well! Recently, I took my Macbook Pro in after it had crashed. They diagnosed the hard drive failure, and when I decided not to repair it there they did not charge me anything for the diagnostics. Seems like a couple of guys with integrity and great customer service!

Tim was very nice and knowledgeable. The only real problem I have was being charged for him having to make an extra trip. When he was initially scheduled there was a power outage, we could not enter the house and he could not access the network. So I had to pay for 20 minutes of driving time.

Outstanding Customer Service .... reasonable and worked with me to keep the repair cost down and suggested good computer back-up solutions.

I took a badly damaged hard drive to Bright-Eyed for data recovery. I was sure it was toast, and all data lost. But Shane recovered everything I wanted from it. And at a bargain of a price. Im so happy I took my computer into these guys for a second opinion after being told from Lenovo (I have a Yoga 3 pro) that I needed a new motherboard and it would cost me $1095. This was after being without my computer for 3 months while the diagnosed it 2 different times.Charles was very prompt and let me know when Id hear back from him. As promised he contacted me the day he said he would and said that it was my SSD had simply failed and needed to be replaced. So, for about half the money they fixed my computer. I waited a couple of months to make sure it was still working correctly - and it is! :) I highly recommend starting your search or repairs there, or worse case go there for a second opinion. Youll be happy you did!

I brought in my desktop PC tower when it wouldnt start and the screen was all black shortly after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The technicians ran diagnostics on the hardware, tried some replacement hardware, and did some other tests. Shane then called me to discuss options, and spent some time on the phone where we tried to figure out some other symptoms together. I OKd them to proceed with a system restore, but got another call from them about 30 mins later and Shane said an automatic update had apparently fixed the problem. He suggested I take the PC back, with no charge for their time. I was very impressed with their honesty and willingness to work with their customers. Id definitely go back to them in the future if a need arose.
